It doesn't really annoy me, thou' I'm not really a 2D/Muds fan...I'm just a 2D fan. But most of th'people who like it're aware tha' it's just a fantasy. So let em have their fantasies, y'know?

Dude. It's called a fantasy. Some chicka's (like me) enjoy the fact of Murdoc and 2D being hot for each other, but they do know it won't happen. If you're a homophobe or just think it's wrong, don't read the posts or look at the pictures. It's our perogative on what we like and dislike.

You know, just because you don't like it, doesn't mean no one else does. I mean, On dA, if you know the right people, you'll find it. I, personally, like the stuff. But I like the Murdoc and Noodle(I know its wrong... ._. wink pairing alot, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy a little Yaoi. You shouldn't freak out of yaoi lovin' freaks just cause its annoying you. I personally just prefer Murdoc, actually. But still, please don't whine.

... The reason Gorillaz exist is because they have fans. Because they are not "real" like other stars, fans have a bit more influence over what they are, and what they can become. How often do you get such amazing "control" as it were over Rock stars? I personally like this pairing, but let me say to you this:

Judge not. It's never fair to tell someone what to like or dislike.

That's my moral plug for the day ^_^; Sorry.

Anyway, I enjoy this pairing myself because I'd like to believe that people can change. I have noticed that when artist fans get into Gorillaz, Murdoc is drawn with that usual ugly demeanor (which for some reason is so loveable)... but when they get into Murdoc/2D as a pairing, he changes. He evolves to be a bit more personable... still a chainsmoking jerk, Satanist, etc., but the outline has changed, and he seems like an imp-like man, a bit younger... Just the way I've seen love affect people in real life. I'd like to believe that attraction, and love that may come from attraction can change people for the better. For me it was never just "action" at all, but the interaction between the characters, the mindsets, the morals, the conflicts and possible sweet moments. It makes them oh so much more "Human" to me. It's where they break the threshold from being "Just Cartoons" to being "Inspirational". Jamie put up a stencil, Damon put up a voice, and each fan gets to fill in the rest as they see fit. They can crush on these "Virtual People", have them crush on eachother, or WHAT EVER THEY WANT. That's why the Gorillaz have been a driving influence in my life. It gets to be so you feel like you know them personally after a while (something that you can't do very easily with "real" Rock Stars).

So, is it really wrong to fill in the stencils and move them closer to one another?

hmmmmm.....why is it always girls who like the Yaoi? personally, the thought of mudds w/D makes me scream in horror. BUT that IS just my opinion, If they like it, let 'em have it ya know? The only thing that bothers me is the FAN GIRLS!!!!!! **screams and hides under bench** one time, I went to some chat room and the ONLY thing that was posted was '2D IS MINE b***h!' then the other girl would go 'NU UH! I'LL TAKE YOU ON! HE'S MINE!' honestly....if he doesen't even exsist , is it really worth hogging him like the last peice of meat in a house full of ethiopeans?(no offense people of ethiopea...or meat...)

I'm straight and definantly not a 2d/Murdoc fan.But to those whom are,it probaby is the only thing that makes their happy place so happy.Just let them have their fun.
