In our world, thee are Heroes, Villains, Neutrals, and Civilians. The true Heroes are like in the comic books. Kind, caring, helpful, and completely and utterly honest. The Villains are all powerful, and completely evil. The Neutrals just don't care and use their powers for good, evil, or entertainment. And the Civilians are clueless as to who each hero really is.
Basic storyline, right? WRONG!!!!!
In this RP, your Hero can be kind and caring, but come on, no one is perfect, right? A Hero needs to eat too, and can't live off a part time job they keep disappearing from! If you're a hero, you'd probably take a little something, right? Stop a thief, earn a few bucks that just "disappeared."
A Villain can be a total goofball and dork, but they could hate the heroes so much it drove them into the evil side, even if no one really likes them.
Neutrals and Civilians are pretty much the same, only certain Civilians are able to distinguish the Heroes real identity.

Rulez!!!!
1. NO GODDMODDING!!!! You will be murdered and destroyed for it!!!!! I am willing to overlook the possibility of when you are talking to someone who isn't on for a few days, and you say the two said good bye and parted ways. That is O.K, as long as the person hasn't been able to post in a few days.
2. Absolutely NO Test talk or chat speak, unless your character is either A) Says it or B) In OOC.

4. PLEASE use proper grammar to the best of your ability!!!!!!! I really don't like seeing this: She skippeded to the biggerest part of the grocery store.
5. PLEASE use third person type of writing. I don't want to see either of these: I walked home and got a sandwich. Or: Walked home and got food.
6. Please try and avoid one-liners. They drive me INSANE when they are used frequently in an RP by one person over and over and over and OVER!!!!!!!!
7. You can't be all powerful with your power. No magic over anything, but magic over things like an element or two is fine. ^^

Once she was out she moved into a small apartment and started practicing her powers, realizing she could also fly and change the weather. I would write that: I was never the perfect child in the world's eyes: I got in fights, lost my temper, took ecstasy, got tattoos, went to raves; the whole shebang. Yet, although I wasn't an "angel" so-to-speak, I was, and still am, extremely intelligent and showed that in my academics, including the way I expressed my beliefs in the world. Already, I disliked the government: I thought they were corrupted; and when it got to those sleazy C.E.Os who would do anything to get their product sold, including those damaging cigarettes, I got fired up just talking about the day when I'd make their industries crumble to the ground. When it became apparent that the world was disintegrating in front of human-kinds' eyes, instantly I pinpointed the problem to the ones that I hated with a passion. Now that I had an excuse to get rid of the devils on Earth, with my skill in swordsmanship (I took classes at a young age) and divine intelligence, I secretly trekked across the nation at age 17, cutting down anyone that I believed apart of the demolition of our home. I have an apartment in every major city in the country especially for my traveling situations.
People say I'm: hard to keep track of, truthfully. It's what makes my unexpected nature quite unique, though, and it is something that I take pride in. Yes, I do have a raging temper, but it only leaks out through the cracks when I'm insulted or have something that I need to protect, especially my beliefs. It was soon after that, on her fifteenth birthday to be exact, that Saria died her hair and went into hiding, becoming the hero Sakura Wind to help save the innocent from the Super Hunters. When she was sixteen she found Rolex when he was running from the Hunters, and she helped him escape. However, when he refused to help her protect the innocent, she left him behind.

I would write that: Mark was the kind of kid in school, that ignored everyone else because he thought lowly of them. When in his high school years he learned sword fighting and he worked out,still unaware of his powers. At first the sword fighting was mostly for fun. When his father died from an accident that a hero cause he started loathing all heroes, then discovering his smoke powers. After getting a job he made a costume and mask, since he was usually an angry type of person, he hid his emotions and decided to be a knight of evil who would slay heroes instead of being good. His father was a normal human but his mother was hte one with powers.

I would write that: In the beginning, my parents showed undying love for me: buying anything I wanted, keeping all of their attention on me, and supporting me in anything I did. Although many children wished for something like this from their parents, I despised it. I could never be left alone to do my studies, and the attention was overwhelming and stressful! It wasn't until they had an other child that they left me alone, and finally I was able to relax and do my own thing. It was at that time that I got deeply involved with the world of science, and when I read up on Darwin's Theory of Evolution, I was simply taken by the sheer genius of it. I began growing infuriated at the church, angered that their beliefs were simply impossible according to science. I couldn't hold this anger in, and when I discovered that I had special powers that others didn't (it must have been a genetic mutation in my cell structure), I decided to use them to take down the church.
People say I'm: a busy body, for I am constantly seen carrying around books and going to my part-time job after school. I enjoy keeping to myself, believing that the outside world isn't as great as the inside of my room. If I do ever talk to people, which is extremely rare, it would only be at work, and school. I'm not sure if I'm kind, or mean; I've never had the time to notice when I speak to people, but I do know that everyone thinks I'm cold, and heartless. I don't know, maybe I am.

I would write that: Sarah lived an average life, right up until her senior year of high school. Her boyfriend, who was moving away to someplace in Asia, asked her to come over the day before he left America. Thinking it as a 'good-bye' thing, she came over. He raped her, then drove her home. Before she got out of the car, he told her that if she squealed, or said anything about it, he would come back and find her, and kill her. He then half-pushed her out of the car and drove off after a posed kiss on the cheek.
Terrified of the threat, which she knew wasn't empty, Sarah said nothing about it, pretending everything was fine. However, everything was not fine. The next time she went to the doctor, he told her that she was pregnant. She, feeling guilty, told her mother that she was pregnant, but refused to tell her who the father was. When her mother begged to know, she simply said, "He will kill me if I tell." In a motherly, protective fashion, Sarah's mother told her to go ahead and have the baby, and they'd take care of it together.
So Sarah had the baby when she was nineteen and went to collage for freshman year, with her mother helping with her daughter Alexius. But it was too much of a strain. Between Alexius, collage, and work, there was no time for Sarah. She'd lost an unhealthy amount of weight, and she dropped out of collage the next year. She stayed at her mother's place over the summer and some of the fall, then decided to get herself a place to live. What she could afford was an apartment. And so that's where she lived.
Fast-forward six years. Sarah, who had been working as a teacher, found herself being fired for being late to work every day for two months straight. Panicked, she tried to find herself a job for weeks, with the product coming up to nothing. Absolutely sure she was going to starve to death(and Alexius was getting tired of canned tomatoes for breakfast, lunch and dinner), she found herself the only job she could: becoming an evil warlord-type-baddie. And suddenly, she was doing it full-time.
Sarah never told her daughter that she was evil, or even that she had powers. She thought it would frighten Alexius, who, quite honestly, didn't need any more stress.
People say I'm: Bad at getting out of bed, and lazy when tired(which is almost all the time), but it's balanced out by her spaz attacks when she's awake. She's a very warm person, and is good at dealing with children. She's a little too lenient and lets kids get away with little punishment, which is not particularly helpful.
Without the cloak I look like: A woman who looks younger than she is, appearing to be around 28. Her hair is orange, and comes down to the middle of her neck. Her face is heart-shaped, her nose is pointed(a bit sharper than she'd like), and her eyes are a dark, grayish color. She stands about 5'8", with most of the height in her legs. She has very small feet and broad shoulders.

One dropped dead while the other watched. The other boy ran away, causing something to snap inside Aaron. He decided that he was better than regular humans and that those with powers should rule over them.

Something that could basically make him immortal. After their success, he dropped out of school, no longer needing it to get what he wanted.

I would write that: I remember little before my seventh birthday, when my power came to fruition. When that happened, everyone I'd known prior to then died in an explosion, and I was left an orphan, sent to live at some orphanage. I never made it there. Half way on the drive from where I'd been staying (I cannot remember where that was) we went over a cliff, falling to the bottom of a valley. Hours later, the place was found, the driver dead, but I was long gone by then. I lived just outside the city, wandering in once in a while for food and the like, but never staying long while I tried to learn my power. By the time I understood it, I no longer cared about humanity. It was nothing to me anymore.
People say I'm: Vile. I love chaos and destruction in all their forms. I am fairly good at holding a pleasant conversation, but people can always tell that there is something just slightly off about the way I look at them. Like they're prey.

I use this for evil:
Devil's Luck: Bane is lucky. Even in circumstances in which he should die, something will stop it from happening. Instances so far of this happening include: His family and friends deaths. He stepped out of the building they were in for a minute with a pet, just moments before a shaped charge destroyed everything within one foot of the edge of the building, including the building itself. This power however, does have a bad side. He can never become close to anyone, for if he does, they will die.
Shadow form: Bane melds with shadows as he walks, making him seem ethereal. As long as he is connected to a shadow, he can move inside that shadow, dodging harm. However, he cannot step from shadow to shadow without being able to reach the other shadow. However, as long as he isn't trying to meld, he is completely solid, despite how he may look.
A few random facts about me: Bane is not out to take over the world, nor to destroy it. He is simply trying to cause chaos. He simply wants to see the world burn, while he stands in the shadows. He will work with almost any other Villain due to this, wanting only to see chaos. Also, the clothing he wears when he is Bane is crafted from the very shadows. Therefore, he must step into the shadows to turn from Uash'O, to Bane. He is also always carrying a book, in either form, which seems to hold notes about whatever he has been doing recently, though he is never seen writing in it.

I would write that: Kikyo was raised to believe evilness was right and the only way to go in life. Her parents were completely evil, so she thinks that stealing, tricking and being mean is O.K. She has never seen a true hero, because she hasn't been out much. she is also very smart.
People say I'm: Kikyo shows no emotion except anger, rage, hunger, and frustration. When not feeling any of those, she has a bored and neutral expression.
I look like: Kikyo
I use this for Amusement: Kikyo can summon the dead and control the corpses and ghosts of all sorts. She can also make weapons out of thin air, but only two different ones at a time.
A few random facts about me: She love drawing and seem to be very emotional on the paper.

My Birthday is coming up, and I will be: Nineteen
I am, in fact a: Guy
I would write that: I had been surrounded by supernatural powers since I was young and I'd be honest when I say that I don't remember a time then I had not know about being a super. I had been born on a distant plant in the XX7 Galaxy, Sector 46T, Area A as a Superior, meaning the highest ranking in the Area. My parents were complete opposites, but got along surprisingly well. My mother was a Superior Level D, and my father was a Superior Level A, meaning my mother was more on the track as a Villain, and my Father would be more of a Hero. But their marriage worked, for my dad always fixed the small crimes my mom would do for fun. And so, growing up, I have experienced the bad and the good, and I have fallen in between, neither Hero nor Villain, for I protect my little sister, who has no powers, and is now blind.
People say I'm: A little bit of sugar and a little bit of spice. Although I can be sweet towards others and kind, I don't like doing anything that's out of my way. Sure, I'll help out if it means I'll get something out of it... Or if it's somewhere in my path during the day... But I won't go out of my way for it... Especially if it doesn't include getting something. I'm a hero at heart, but undependable because I think that it's not worth my time unless I truly care for the person, like my sister.
I look like: 
I use this for Amusement: Reaching: The ability to draw in raw energy from any living creature or being (be it plant or animal) and to morph it or use it as one desires. However, this does come with drawbacks. The user is extremely tired after, and risks drawing in too much energy to the point of killing themselves (especially because this is mainly a last resort, brought out by strong emotions).
Jumping: The ability to think of a place and be there. However, if the person does not have a clear image of the place, and especially if they have never been there before, there is the risk of splitting one's body, and therefore, killing oneself instantly. (Disclaimer: Idea from the movie Jumper)
A few random facts about me: I don't like to be the bad guy in situations, but I have been known to lose my temper a lot. And I don't believe in killing unless it needs to be done. My body temperature is also higher than normal. Also, my sister calls me Hikaru. Don't laugh!

I never used it, never even thought about it, until that night. I was hanging out with my friends on top of a parking garage downtown, when all of a sudden we heard gunshots. Real, live, honest-to-goodness gunshots. We were scared shitless. Before we knew what was happening, we were running through the garage. People were chasing us. There were more gunshots, aimed at us now. I saw both of my friends hit the floor. I couldn't take it anymore, and so I stopped holding back. I ran as fast as I could, leaving trash blowing far and high in my wake. I later found out that the people I saw were from a local street gang, and they were still looking for me. There's no way I can return home. For now, I am stuck on the run. I look out for no one but me.
People say I'm: Kindish, but not willing to stick my neck out for anyone.

I would write that: Rolex was born Jack Jameson, Son of a wealthy banker father and a very well educated humanitarian mother. He traveled the world with his mother, helping people where he could, but when he turned 11 she was killed by members of a group they had been trying to help, and he soon became colder and more cunning. He learned about his time controlling abilities when he knocked over a priceless vase of his fathers, and somehow rewound time around it unconsciously, putting the vase back on it's pedestal unscratched. He then started training these abilities, and when he turned 17 and his father died of lung cancer, he began investing the considerable funds left to him in building a suitable weapon so that he could become a hero. He eventually came up with a weapon he called the Timepiece, and took the name Rolex, after the watch manufacturer his father loved so very much.

I am, in fact a: Girl
I would write that: Alex grew up in a small apartment with a busy mother who didn't know that too much work made Alex grow bored. Other than learning new ways to threaten her mother into getting up, she didn't know much about the older woman in the house until she turned four, and her mother decided it was time to start school. Alex went to a public school for about two months, then needed to be pulled out because it was so awful. After that, she absolutely refused to go to a public school at all, memories of girls pulling her hair, slapping, pinching, and one actually breaking her arm swimming in her head. Alex didn't know why the girls at school hated her, and she didn't care. She didn't want to go to the same place as them.
Once, when she was six, her mother came home looking very upset, and asked Alex if she would please go to bed early. Alex, worried about her mother, did so, but later listened in on her mother downstairs, drinking and pondering what to do. She put two and two together and figured out, from eating all the canned food for the next few weeks, that her mother had lost her job. She figured, though, as many six year olds would, that when they started eating normal food, that meant her mother had gotten the old job back, and never mentioned it again.
Recently, Alex found a strange, shadowy creature in the cupboard under the sink. Panicking, she ran to her mother, who wasn't at home. The thing followed her and chased her around for quite some time. When she finally collapsed, it grew a little arm and tugged on her shirt. When she peeked at it through her fingers, it pointed towards the kitchen. She quickly found that it was very hungry, but not deadly. She brought it to her mother when her mother returned, and they decided to name it Lilan, as it was an androgynous name. However, they both pronounce it differently, and call it 'he' or 'she' as they see fit(Sarah pronounces it 'Lih-lan', like a female, while Alex pronounces it 'Lye-lan', like a male).
Also recently, Alex realized she had powers. Terrified of her mother fearing her, too(she'd read a few too many romance novels), Alex hid them, and told Lilan never to tell her mother. Alex often ran off to the park at night to practice her magic, now to a perfection. One day she plans to tell her mother. But for now, she's happy with the way her life is. She doesn't want it to change when she's happy with it as it is.
People say I'm: Shy and awkward around people she doesn't know. Alex is a bit tomboyish when in public, but in private she's actually quite delicate. Slightly like a rose in that respect. She's good at waking up, and has gained quite a bit of skill at convincing her mother to wake up. She can be very stubborn, and pretends to have a strong disliking for nearly everything. She hides behind her sketchbook when she's embarrassed.

His father forbade him from learning how to fight, but he snuck behind the man's back and learned how to use a sword from his grandfather. Until his fifteenth birthday, Roan trained every day, all day. He would often come home bloody and beaten, but he found it all worth it.
One night, his father ran into his room, glaring down at the young teenager. He raised his fist to strike Roan, having discovered the truth about why he had constantly came home bruised and bloody, and went to strike his own son. Roan growled slightly and lifted his foot, letting his dad's fist make contact with the limb. He knocked his father's fist away and flipped up, punching him in the face and knocking him to the ground. He didn't care that he'd done that. His father had been weak, not wanting to follow the code because he was a sell-out. When he ran to his grandfather, the old man gave him a custom made nihonto and told him about his powers.
Roan then ran away to another land, leaving with some clothes, his sword, and the knowledge of his powers. He had no money, but somehow found his way into getting some through odd jobs and eventually, robbing a bank once. Since he was never even suspected, seeing as he held no record either, he walked off rich. Now, he attends a local high school, acting like a normal teenager as he learns to control his powers.

I would write that: I was born on a distant plant in the XX7 Galaxy, Sector 46T, Area A as a Superior by birth, but not by power. In fact, unlike my brother, I had been born a Niason, one without powers. And so, when my parents were finally charged for my mother's wrongdoings, my parents sent my brother and I to planet Earth, where they had heard was a "peaceful" planet. I would write that: Taeko has been deaf due to an accident when she was 5 years old. She loves making music- in a sense she is a bit like Beethoven with how she plays the violin. She has also learned to read lips which helps her understand what others are saying in English and Japanese. She moved from Kamakura which is coastal town less than an hour south of Tokyo. The reason she moved was that she wanted to meet new people. She has been an easy target for con artists due to her honest and naive trusting.

Kikyo sat in a cave that had been turned into her home. Her parents were off getting more stuff for her, and themselves. She was sitting alone in her room, a sketchpad in front of her on a small desk. It looked similar to a school desk, but she didn't know that. She sighed, and looked at the paper with a bored expression, as he black hair fell in front of her face. She blew it away, and started to move her pencil along the paper.
Blade sat in class, bored. He was writing another pointless story about a dog and a fish. This one was going to end with them dieing. He looked up at the clock. Fifteen minutes to freedom! He glanced at the bored and looked alarmed. The bored was empty five minutes ago! He let out a silent groan, and began to scribble down the notes as fast as he could.
Nali watched the two thieves, a man and woman, rob another store. She had been silently following them, dressed as Psych. She glanced at the time. She needed to get to class as soon as she could. She let out a silent sigh, and continued tailing the pair.
