I got FF7 for my PSP and am playing it now. 4laugh
I also got Suikoden for the PSP as well. 3nodding
They were originally PS1 games, but they converted them to be able to be played on the PS3 and PSP. :3 I bought em, FF7 for 10$ and Suikoden for 5.99$. blaugh
(Also, I figured I would use the General Chat for this one. xP)Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

Sweetness! I have all the suikoden games in original form. They are awesome! I've played through the first one at least three times.

Yeah, it is pretty awesome. I'm still in Midgar on FF7. I just got to the Wall Market with Aeris. I am level 11 at the moment.
I need to go to the Mt. Whatever at the beginning of Suikoden and fight off bandits.
I have Suikoden 4 for the PS2. I never beat it though. It is a really freaking long game. O: I don't like games that are too long. Mainly because I can never manage to finish them before I get bored. sweatdrop Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

I understand what you mean about long games. I love them, but it's hard to finish some of them. The only Suikoden games I need to finish are Tactics and 5. I'm a good chunk of the way through 5 and I will most likely never finish tactics because I dislike tactic styled games and the story moves so slow. FF VII was really good. I need to start playing my rpgs again. sweatdrop

I love tactic style games. One of my favorite games was Final Fantasy Tactics for the PS1, it's one of the few games I've actually beaten. I have FF Tactics: The War of the Lions for the PSP. blaugh
I've played hundreds of games, but have only beaten a handful because I can't finish them. Either because I get stuck or because I get bored. gonk Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

I just get bored with the slow pace of tactic styled games. I know what you mean though. I'll get bored or stuck or just burned out on a game. Oh! Hubby and I started playing Suikoden V again last night. Sounds corny, but we play together. Like I'll sit on the couch and he takes control for an hour and then we switch and I play. It's actually more fun that way and it's nice since we both want to play and complete the game and we each dislike waiting on the other to finish in order to start. Either that or we'll be at different points in the story line and one of us will make and oops and tell something that the other doesn't know yet.

Yeah, that is a good idea. Though.. my brother likes to do that. I don't like playing games with him. He is no fun to play with. He is very bossy and tries to control what you do and where you go. It's very annoying. That's why I hate playing games with him.
Now... if I had a girlfriend IRL that loved final fantasy games as much as me, I would be a happy man. Because we could go on and on talking about a lot of stuff FF related. <3Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

Yeah, that would get very annoying! If I were in that position, I'd have to hit him with a controller to get rid of some of my rage. burning_eyes

I, fortunately, have a abnormally large amount of self control. I got that from the anger management I had many years ago. It's helped me countless times, actually. o:
If I did not have the self control I have now. I would be sitting in prison for killing my brother. Yes, I would get that angry. Fortunately, I have not had that kind of rage in many, many moons.Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

Well, I do have a lot more patients and not so much in the rage/violence department. I wouldn't get agitated at being told what to do and how to do it when I'm doing fine on my own. I prolly would hit him with the controller, but not all that hard (don't want to damage precious gaming equipment) and on the hand or thigh. blaugh

@ Len: xD Yeah, I suppose that would be true. I don't rage out when play games really, I just get really frustrated when I can manage to do something on the game after more than 2 tries. I also tend to get frustrated and become even more of a perfectionist that it seems like every single thing has to be perfect. And by every single thing, I do mean every single thing. It gets to the point where I just put it down and do something else for a while, while I cool down. Occasionally, if I have been up all night, the night before, I would get really angry at the game and begin smashing my fist onto the table when something bad would happen. I remember, back in Elementary school and/or Middle school, there was this one kid I knew who nicknamed me "Mikey the Controller Breaker". I have broken controllers over games before lol.

Oh wow, that's intense. When I get angry at things I get away from it as fast as possible, including games xD I think that might of included my previous hobbies of writing and reading and drawing too... Stephen King does not make me happy, let's just say that. *yawns*

Yeah, it was kinda intense when I would get raged like that. Now, if I get really frustrated at it, I want to throw the controller or whatever is in my hand, but I try and find some alternative so I don't break anything. So.. I usually end up slamming my fist into the table, which only hurts me and doesn't hurt what I am holding.Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

Yeah, better to hit a table. My little brother has busted countless controllers and put a few holes in his bedroom wall over games.
I couldn't be that much of a perfectionist. It would just drive me mad.
