I have a member that I declined a request to but now would like to accept, but I can't send an invite and I don't know if she sent another request. Is there any reason why I can't send her an invite? The warning message I get says that she has a request pending, but it is clearly false.

We're having the same problem in my guild. Just PM the person and tell them that they can submit a new join request two weeks after the original one was declined.
