Sorry if I'm putting this in the wrong place. You can delete it. But! I think I have a great suggestion! >O
I think that, since we're getting so many job applications, you should make a directory so that it's easy to find people. Either by name, literacy level, or both. I think it would be rather convenient.
Of course, this thread is a great opportunity for other people to post their suggestions on how to improve the guild. I hope they get the drift.

I hear you calling, but I'll stay quiet til you go. You might be that jackal that tries to steal my bones; Or you might be that preacher man...
I think sorting them by literacy would be a good idea. We'll see what Ryu has to say. I don't mind reorganizing...
That tries to cleanse me with his dirty hands; Or you might be the voice of reason convincing me to stand. I cannot fall; I'm on the lowest place on earth.

I definitely agree. Literacy level especially, would be a really convenient way of sorting members, even roleplays. My way is really just the lazy way. xD;
Have at it, then. I'll start with the open roleplays, I guess.

Yay! I made a good suggestion! X3
Back in the good old days, when Kaze had a roleplay guild, I organized all my profiles with an index thread and it worked out really well, so I thought I'd suggest it.

Okey dokey. I'll do my best! X3 You know, they used to have a Captain's Guild that was really helpful to people just starting out with guilds, but they shut it down. Can't imagine why. -.-
Oh, well. Que cera cera. =3

I have a suggestion!
Perhaps a thread (or even a post in an already-existing thread) for all the colors Gaia's BBCode accepts. I have a list of them.

That would be a cool idea, but you can actually find a list of colors in a Sticky in the Barton OOC, I believe. :3 Not... that anyone visits that forum... regularly... >.>;;
I'll consider a help topic with information like that. I'm sure there are some burning questions about flobs and things floating in the air, too. xD

I'm pretty sure there's a generator and index on tektek too, but I could be wrong. ='D Make a post in the rules or something with important links to stuff like that?

You can post a roleplay application in the main forum, and one of the crew will put that form in our open roleplays list here. Please don't post anymore than that, because we don't advertise roleplays, we make them formerly available.

Okay. You can post your roleplay in the main forum. I want you to use the form provided for roleplays in the applications thread. When I said I don't want you to post anymore than that, I meant that I don't want you to post more about your roleplay that doesn't go in the form (personable comments).

You wear guilt like shackles on your feet, Like a halo in reverse. I can feel the discomfort in your seat And in your head it's worse...
I have a suggestion:: Since we allow for people to color their applications for roleplays, how about we italicize the entry to indicate idleness.
There's a pain, a famine in your heart An aching to be free. Can't you see all love's luxuries Are here for you and me.
