I live with two other girls my age,
and they seem to be really jealous that I'm hanging out with the guys they like.
As a result they're being really mean to me.
They lock me out of the house.
They swear at me.
They try to blame things on me.
Does anyone have advice?

If possible, move out. If not, explain to them that you have no interest in the boy's they think are cute. Not too terribly much you can do.

invite them for tea, then c**t punt them. :)
orr, what i'd do is just tell them to grow up and act their age. stop being idiots, and if they're getting so worked up about it, just plan some hangout time with the guys, too. and if that doesn't work, the above plan always works.

But yeah, other than talking to them... I quite like repair's idea of hanging out with them AND the guys.

You can go the saint route and offer to bring them and the guys together.
Or you can do the opposite and tell the guys how bitchy they are and get them to yell at the girls.
I'm sure there are many intermediate steps.
Personally I would just never room with a girl. sweatdrop
