1- King Kartwright [1] - Undisputed Champion
After Heatwave, Kartwright was able to show that possibly he is the true King of WWE:E; after defeating Saint Joey, he then became the WWE:E Undisputed Champion, as well as merging both Evolution and Destiny. An absolutely enormous streak this man is on, so far he looks set to carry on with his title of WWE:E's 'King'.
2- Matt Stone [2] - Warped Champion
Now Warped Champion for seven months, Matt Stone proved his mettle once again by defeating the resilient Rhamm. Teaming up with Mike Landry to form The Tag Team, they now have their eyes on the Evolution Tag Championships. However, Stone will also have to watch out for Marxx, who has recently become #1 contender to his Warped Championship.
3- Mike Landry [4]
The Tag Team has shot up immediately since forming, and the two have definately molded well. But even when it comes to singles action, Landry proved himself more than ready to fly solo, defeating AJ Warner in singles action before going on to win his Rumble. Now in the main even frame for The Crusade, Landry has his eyes on both the Undisputed Championship as well as the Evolution Tag Championships.
4- Kelly King 2.0 [6]
After creating a brand feud and heading a faction planning to take down King Kartwright, 'The One True King' went on to Heatwave with the hopes of winning his Rumble match. However, this didn't go as planned, and now maybe 2.0 has to consider another way of getting at Kartwright. Interrupted in his promo by The Tag Team, King did end up humiliating them with the unique creativity of turning the Heatwave ramp in to a drawbridge.
5- Duane Wages [5] - Venom Championship
After the Venom Championship was vacated, Duane was given his chance in a Triple Threat Cage match at Heatwave. Placed against the resilient Poisin and opportunistic Soul Enigma, Wages prevailed in the end, hitting Poisin with the Sensational Warlock before pinning him for the title.
6- Phoenixfire [NR] - Divas Champion
A sensational string of results on Evolution from Phoenixfire secured her a title match at Heatwave, and she took full advantage. Coming out the victor and new Divas Champion, what can we expect from Phoenixfire's second era as Champ?
7- Disciple [18]
Aligning himself with 2.0, a former nemesis, seemed to do this monster a world of good. Walking in to Heatwave, he missed out on a WWE:E Championship shot by a mere coin toss from Rachel Hollett, but was instead placed in to matches; a tag match and a Tri-Rumble match. In the tag match, he teamed up with Draze to go up against Harli and Lance Hawkwind, but when Lance didn't show up, it was always going to end badly for Harli. Ending the match by Count Out, Disciple obviously had other targets on his mind as he then went on to win his Rumble, getting himself within touching distance of the newly formed Undisputed Championship at The Crusade.
8- Shadow & Way [15]
Yet another victory for this dynamic duo has kept them high up in the Power 25. Stealing a win from Cyrus Everblaze and Kody Godert, these two seem destined for great things here in :E, and we can only hope that the management gives them their chance. They've made an impact from the very beginning here, making people laugh with their antics, as well as brewing up storms during heated matches. They definately work brilliantly as a team, a true asset to WWE:E.
9- Harli [25]
A huge push up the Power 25 for this man, even though he took a defeat in his tag match. When his opponent didn't turn up, and GM Rachel Hollett decided to make it a handicap match, the odds were always against this veteran. Deciding to take the easy option out, Harli opted to have himself counted out, resting himself for his later participation in the Tri-Rumble. The dividends seemed to be payed off as well, as he came out the victor in his Rumble, propelling himself in to the main spotlight at The Crusade.
10- Saint Joey [NR]
Making an enormous comeback on Destiny, the week before the PPV began, Joey was able to talk his way in to the Main Event .. As well as the flip of a coin. The Brit fought hard at Heatwave, but was eventually defeated by King Kartwright, a worthy opponent. Even after that, we still expect Joey to shine his light upon :E, as the Saint seems to have finally settled once more in this company.
11- Nate [3] - Evo Tag Champion
Wherever this man went at Heatwave, he needs to get back quick in to the squared circle, as his Championship is under dire jeopardy. Amongst a lot more controversy at the beginning of the PPV, Nathan was informed that his Evo Championship was to be converted back to tag titles along with having to defend it in a Triple Threat match against Matt Stone and the returning Jed.
12- Marxx [NR]
Securing a #1 Contendership for Matt Stone's Warped Championship, Marxx marches forward on to Evolution with high hopes and intentions. Looking at gaining the Warped title to rest upon his waist, it's going to be a hard task, but one that we're sure the Midnight Role Model will take happily. Creating a new blog on Evolution.com, Marxx has shown that he's a changed man, not one for caring about the cheers of the crowd anymore.
13- KKK [NR]
These two fit, fighting Japanese high-flyers have already taken the hearts of many WWE:E fans, their promo's always set to gain more than a few smiles in the crowd. Whether they mean it or not we shant know, but what we do know is that they mean everything that they do in the ring. Going up against the Irish team of Brad and Shannon O'Connell, they were able to pull off a big win, and possibly prove that Japan has the better abilities than the island of, well, Ireland.
14- Chrono [NR]
A huge victory was gained by this leviathan, able to take down the skillful Kai Lane. We do expect big [no pun intended] things from this man, and for him to become a domineering force in this company. We've yet to see if he'll take alleigances anywhere, or whether he prefers to still stand solo, and keep his enemies close.
15- Travis Nighstky [NR]
Travis proved his versatility in a Tables match at Heatwave, taking on Dean Roxbury, who had Roxx alongside him. Looking sharp as usual, can we expect Travis to do such great things in this company as he has in others such as EEW?
16- Xavier Cross [NR]
A victory against John Cena, a man recently on a roll, has pushed Cross on to the Power 25. Now looking at going all the way, everyone at :E expects a lot from this great Superstar, really someone to watch out for.
17- Jarel Drako Damone [NR]
Time and time again this veteran has proved that he has the experience and skills in the ring that only the best can hold. Taking on the stubborn Mike Stevenson, Jarel was able to overcome him, picking up a big victory that will hopefully give him momentum to carry on to Evolution.
18- Draven [NR]
Every chance he gets, this big guy seems to take them instantly. Yet another victory has given him some momentum to roll over with to next week, a chance at proving himself to new management.
19- Yuke [NR]
Defeating Christina Parks is an extremely hard task, but Yuke did this with class, strength and great quickness. Can she carry on her great start under new management, maybe gaining a foothold in the contendership for the Divas Championship?
20- Snypa Rifle [NR]
Picking up a big win against Matt Shanahan, a truely great Superstar, Snypa will be more than happy with his effort at the PPV. Wherever his vision is now,
21- Matt Shanahan [7]
Walking out with a loss at The Hottest PPV of the Summer, Matt can't have been happy, especially when he had to deal with the smugness of Snypa Rifle. Perhaps Matt needs to spend more time in the gym, and less time sitting around playing WoW?
22- Soul Enigma [21]
A name change seemed to do with Superstar some good, as he really excelled in his Venom Championship match at Heatwave, against Duane Wages and Poisin. Although he technically lost the match, this Enigma showed that he really does have the soul for this business, the willingness to give his all every night. Although not coming out the Champion, he wasn't pinned, and can take heart from his performance.
23- Kage [NR]
This is one young man to really look for on the match card, because he's bound to make an impact. Hitting the Power 25 for the first time this month, we do expect this young gun to prove his mettle on Evolution. After a Triple Threat victory at Heatwave, he's proved that he's versatile and skillful in abundance, defeating Jack Jones and Jeremy Bradford.
24- Cyrus Everblaze [22]
Even with a loss etched on to his :E record, Cyrus will surely point out that it wasn't his fault that he lost his match at Heatwave; really, he could blame it on his partner, Kody Gordert. It'll be interesting to see how Cyrus reacts to this loss, and we will definately keep up to date with him.
25- John Cena [19]
Although taking a loss at Heatwave, Cena can take comfort in the fact that he lost to a worthy opponent. On a roll lately, we wonder what we can expect from this man, hoping to see something dramatic.
Look out for ..
Lance Hawkwind [20]
A no-show from Lance proved costly for Harli, as he was left in a handicap match against two behemoths. We all now await an explanation from this young Superstar, and look forward to him stepping back in to the squared circle.
Ryuu Sakamoto [NR]
Even without a match at Heatwave the Sexy Strong Stylist was still able to make an impact, causing a slight distraction for Kai to be taken down with a neckbreaker, allowing Chrono to pick up a victory.
Evan [NR]
This young, talented Superstar can take heart in his performance at Heatwave. Going up against another possible future 'star in Brady Rogers, Evan reached down deep to pull a crucial win so early in his career.
