For awhile now people who have supernatural abilites have been appearing all over the globe.But due to the fear and suspicions have pressured goverments into creating special laws for the ''genesis children'',even a special police force was created to enforce these laws any injury or death resulting from a gensis childs power was met with a hail of bullets,and after awhile enough was enough a revolution was started ''normal''people against ''not normal people''.But the revolution due to problems in the chain of command sabotaged itself.Now a yr later some normalcy has returned but two factions of the ''specials'' have formed each blaming the other for the faliure and another war between the two has begun in the underground.
