I m p o r t a n t - I n f o [ R e m e m b e r ]

D e v i l F r u i t : Hana Hana no Mi
D e v i l F r u i t P o w e r s :
* Un Fleur (ウンフルール) (One Flower) This attack only appeared in anime, Rainbow Mist filler Arc, she use it to push Pukau out from hiding. While 'Uno' is the typical form of the spanish number one, and 'Un' is the french word for one, thus causing confusion among some, 'Un' is also used by spanish speakers to mean the number one, and so it is valid.

* Dos Fleur (二輪咲き (ドスフルール), Two Flower): Robin sprouts two arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used on Franky.[9] With two arms sprouted from Franky's legs, she used Grasp on his "treasure".
o Grab (グラッブ): A technique that uses two arms that Robin has sprouted. This has so far seen being used to persuade Franky to join the Straw Hats when he initially declined to join them. With her two arms sprouting from his legs, she grasped and crushed his "treasure" in a rather hilarious scene in order to change his mind. The pain inflicted by her using this technique was obviously unbearable and brought Franky to his knees in agony. In a response to a fan, Oda stated that Robin pretty much felt what she was touching at the time.[4]

* Tres Fleur (三輪咲き(トレスフルール), Three Flower): Robin sprouts three arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used against Pell in his half-falcon form.[2] Two of her arms held back his wings while the third grabbed his sword. This prevented Pell from unsheathing his sword and was subsequently sent crashing down. In the 4Kids dub, this technique is called Three Floret. In One Piece TV special 2 Robin use tres fleur to clutch Luffy, but instead of planting 3 she sprouted 6.

* Cinco Fleur (五輪咲き(シンコフルール) ,Five Flower): Robin sprouts five arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used to swing her away from being bitten by Norla.[10] By sprouting first from a tree and then from palm after palm, she created a line of arms she could swing with like a vine. In the manga when this is first shown, she sprouts 5 arms, but in the anime she sprouts 10 arms despite saying also "Cinco".

* Seis Fleur (六輪咲き(セイスフルール), Six Flower): Robin sprouts six arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used to hold Pell before using clutch to break his back.[2]
o Twist (ツイスト): A technique that uses six arms that Robin has sprouted. The six arms sprout from around a foe's body and then twists it around. This was first seen being used on one of Eneru's men.[11]
o Clutch (クラッチ): Two arms grab an opponent's legs and makes them fall backwards. Two pairs hold the foe up at their back, and a pair grabs his upper body. The pairs at the upper body and legs pull, cracking the foe's back
o Slap (スラップ): A technique that uses six arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting the six hands on certain location of an opponent's body, Robin can slap them. This was first seen being used repeatedly on Spandam.[12] By sprouting her hands from his torso, Robin slapped his face repeatedly to a bloody pulp.

* Ocho Fleur (八輪咲き(オーチョフルール), Eight Flower): Robin sprouts eight arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used against Kapoty in order to stop him attacking.[13]
o Flip (フリップ): A technique that uses eight arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting six arms to hold the opponent still, and two from out of her opponent's lower back to hold the ground. Robin can flip the opponent over to crash on their head. This was first seen being used on Kapoty during the Donut Race portion of the Davy Back Fight.
o Clutch (クラッチ): This work the same as 'Seis Fleur Clutch', however this time it's seem to hold the person tightly so they can't move. This was first seen being used on Usopp during Sea Train event of the Water 7 Arc.

* Nueve Fleur (ヌエベフルール) (Nine Flower): Robin sprouts nine arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used against three Marines who held up Duval and his men.[14]
o Twist: A technique that uses nine arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting nine arms on specific points of three enemies, Robin can twist the bodies of three enemies to a side. This was first seen being used to save Duval and his men from some Marines.

* Once Fleur (十一輪咲き(オーンセフルール), Eleven Flower): Robin sprouts eleven arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used on a General Zombie.[15]
o Slam (スラム): A technique that uses eleven arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting her arms on certain points of her opponent's body, Robin is able to grab and slam them against a wall. This was first seen being used to slam a General Zombie.

* Doce Fleur (十二輪咲き(ドーセフルール), Twelve Flower): Robin sprouts twelve arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used in an attempt to bind Jigorou.[16] This technique also used by Robin in One Piece 5th movie to pull Boo Kong from top of a cliff.

* Dieciséis Fleur (十六輪咲き(ディエジセイスフルール), Sixteen Flower): Robin sprouts sixteen arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used to stop several Arabasta guards from reaching the palace.[17] By sprouting her arms on the door to which leads to the palace, she temporarily stopped them from opening it as her moving arms created a hindrance for them.

Robin forming her Veinte Fleur Calendula

* Veinte Fleur (二十輪咲き(ベインテフルール), Twenty Flower): Robin sprouts twenty arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used to protect the ruins in Skypiea from Yama's attack. In the anime, this number of arms was seen being used to save Usopp from falling instead of six.[18]
o Calendula (金盞花(カンデュラ)): A technique that uses twenty arms that Robin has sprouted. By spreading about the ten new arms out of each her two original arms, Robin can create a shield of sorts that can block attacks. This technique however is not exactly defensive for Robin herself as she still receives wounds from the attack and is used more to defend something else near Robin. This was first seen being used by Robin to defend some ancient text from Yama's attack.[19]

* Treinta Fleur (三十輪咲き(トレインタ・フルール), Thirty Flower): Robin sprouts thirty arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used to choke several Marines that were blocking her way to the Arabasta tomb.[20]
o Strangle (ストラングル): A technique that uses thirty arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting her arms from several enemies' chests she can choke them into submission. This was first seen being used on a group of Marines blocking her path.
o Hang (ハング): A technique that uses thirty arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting arm after arm from a high place, Robin can catch an opponent in the air. After catching an opponent with Hang, Robin can slam the opponent onto a nearby vertical surface. This was first seen being used on Yama when Robin decided to fight him back.[21] Despite the number of arms used, Robin noted how heavy Yama still was while using this technique, however, due to the anime pronouciation, fans have often mistake hang as pound, since the voice actor pronouce it as Hung.[5]
o Pound (ポーンド): A technique that is used after using Hang with thirty arms. After catching an opponent with Hang, Robin can slams the opponent on to a nearby vertical surface like a tree or a wall. This is apparently an anime only technique and was first seen being used on Yama after Robin caught him with Hang.[21]
o Clutch (クラッチ): A technique that uses thirty arms that Robin has sprouted. It is similar to the other versions of Clutch, but with more arms holding each part of the body. This version was first seen being used on Aokiji to completely break him apart.[22]

* Ochenta Fleur (八十輪咲き (オチェンタフルール), Eighty Flower): Robin sprouts eighty arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used to hold down Moria with Cuatro Manos.[23]
o Cuatro Manos (四本樹 (クワトロ・マーノ), Four Hands): Robin uses the eighty arms she sprouted to combine them into four gigantic hands.
+ Hold (ホールド): A technique that uses four huge arms combined from eighty regular sized arms that Robin has sprouted. With these four huge arms, Robin sprouts them from a large enemy's body and holds them down with them in a fashion similar to the way she would normally hold a normal sized person.
+ Clutch (クラッチ): A technique that uses four huge arms combined from eighty regular sized arms that Robin has sprouted. It is basically the same move like the other versions of Clutch where Robin snaps an opponent with her arms. The only difference in this version however is that this is the larger version of the technique. It can thus be used on larger opponents. This was first seen being used against Gecko Moria in an attempt to defeat him.[24]
+ Shock (ショック): A technique that uses four huge arms combined from eighty regular sized arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting two pairs of large arms on the shoulders of a large opponent, Robin interlocks each large hand with it's corresponding one on the opposite shoulder and slams the opponent's head with two simultaneous blows. This was first seen being used against a Pacifista before it could fire it's mouth beam at Nami. Having forced the Pacifista's mouth closed with the blows before it could fire, it caused the beam to go off inside it's mouth.[25]

Robin creating wings using Cien Fleur Wing

* Cien Fleur (百花繚乱 (シエンフルール)), Hundred Flower): Robin sprouts one hundred arms. This number of arms being used as a named technique was first seen being used against Yama with Delphinium.[21] In the 4kids adaptation, this is called Hundred Floret.
o Delphinium (大飛燕草(デルフィニウム)): A technique that uses a hundred arms that Robin has sprouted. By creating a path with the arms, she can systematically roll or lift both opponents and allies alike. This was first seen being used on Yama to roll him off a cliff. She then used a Clutch move with the use of apparently twelve arms wrapped around his body to finish him off as he fell.[21]
o Wing (ウイング): A technique that uses a hundred arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting her arms from her back, by the shoulder blades, and having them hold each other tightly in certain way, Robin is able to create two giant makeshift wings made from fifty of her arms per wing. Robin is then able to briefly fly in mid air for five seconds. This technique was first seen being used to carry Franky and herself after Franky destroyed the bridge they were standing on.[26].
o Spider Net (蜘蛛の華 (スパイダーネット)): A technique that uses a hundred arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting her arms around each other in a certain formation and having them hold each them tightly, Robin can create a net that resembles a spider's web. This was first seen being used to save Zoro from falling after Oz kicked him high up into the air.[27]
o Big Tree (大樹 (ビッグツリー)): A technique that uses a hundred arms that Robin has sprouted. By sprouting her arms all together in one area, Robin can create a mass of hands that resembles a giant tree. This was first seen being used to bind Oz's massive left arm after Zoro knocked it backwards. While Robin immediately grabbed Oz's arm with this technique without stating any other technique in the manga, the anime extended this technique a bit. In the anime, after Robin created the Big Tree, she moved the entire mass like one gigantic arm, grabbed Oz's arm, and performed a Clutch move on Oz's arm with it.[28]
o Flip (フリプ): A technique that uses a hundred arms that Robin has sprouted. This is apparently an anime only technique. This was first seen being used on several Marine captains to flip them as they were running down the steps to the evacuation ship in Enies Lobby.[29]
o Defense (ディフェンス): A technique that uses a hundred arms that Robin has sprouted. This is an anime only technique. By sprouting her arms in crisscross fashion, Robin can create a giant net-like structure made from her arms. Using this, Robin can block against cannonballs. Though the cannonballs hit Robin's arms directly, she apparently didn't show any signs of pain. This technique was first seen being used in the anime to protect the Going Merry from cannonballs fired at the ship during the Straw Hats escape from Enies Lobby. The cannonballs after being blocked were then thrown back by Franky.[30]

* Slalom Vine (回転蔓 (スラロームバイン): A propelling technique wherein Robin uses an unspecified number of arms one after another like a chord and winds it around somebody else's (who had been placed with their bodies parallel to the ground) torso before pulling it. This results in a spinning vertical top-like effect that lasts even while at mid-air.

* Dos Manos (二本樹 (ドス・マーノ), Two Hands): A technique in which sprouts an unspecified number of arms to create two large arms. This was first seen being used against a Flying Fish Rider. Depend on her Cuatro Manos performed from Ochenta Fluer, we can judge the number of this skill, Cuarenta Fluer.[32]
o Clutch (クラッチ): A technique that uses the two huge arms that Robin created. She basically grabs an opponent with these two and breaks him. This was first seen being used against a Flying Fish Rider while he was riding on his giant flying fish in an attack.

Oh, s**t. Not another canon Devil Fruit. And to make matters worse, she just copied and pasted the descriptions of Robin's attacks, right down to keeping the name "Robin".

What, are you not creative enough to come up with your own attacks? Or just too lazy?

That's right. I'm on a skin medication that's making me a moody b***h, and I'm gonna take it out on anyone stupid enough to make a mockery of the One Piece world! scream

Then I'm gonna go cry because I feel bad about being such a moody b***h and taking it out on everyone. crying

How can you accept this character? It may, by far, be the most acceptable character posted so far, but the attack set is just carbon copied from the One Piece Wiki! Ulyenov himself said he won't stand for copy-pasting attack sets (though what he should be saying is that he won't stand for copying canon Devil Fruits, but then he wouldn't get his preeeeccccciiioooouuuussssssssssssssssss Mera Mera no Mi.

Please stop with this Cyber-chan. It's getting annoying. This profile is not approved, please think of some original attacks before you post it up.

I have already stopped. Did you not see my recent posts?

And I do raise an interesting point. When Blade Swiftknife first created this guild, the first thing he did was claim the Mera Mera no Mi for his character. And the first thing you did when the reigns were handed to you was claim the Mera Mera no Mi.

Is this Devil Fruit a fan favorite? I mean, it is nowhere near as powerful as the Goro Goro no Mi, Hie Hie no Mi, or Yami Yami no Mi. If anything, it is one of the weaker Logias, though significantly stronger than the Suna Suna no Mi or Moku Moku no Mi.
PostPosted: Tue Jul 21, 2009 6:35 pm

Thanks for stopping. That was written significantly before those posts, though.

I've just always liked the Mera Mera no Mi. there's something about being able to control something as basic and straightforward as fire that's just so appealing...

Plus, unlike the rest of the Logia it's elemental opposite is already an automatic DF weakness.

So you are attracted to simplicity? Why not creativity? Why not one of the more creative powers, like the Bomu Bomu no Mi? Or the Bara Bara no Mi? Etc.

And why does your character even need a Devil Fruit power at all? Characters can be strong without one. Just look at Zoro and Sanji.

Better yet, look at Shanks and Whitebeard. Whitebeard and Shanks are two of the most powerful characters revealed in the series thus far, and neither have Devil Fruit powers. They get by on their own abilities, rather than relying on a Devil Fruit power as a crutch.

Sigh. What I am about to say is not directed at you, but rather directed at my general disappointment with the fans of One Piece. And with humanity in general...

I have found that people rely too much on Devil Fruits. Many forget that characters can be strong without them, such as Whitebeard and Shanks. Are people these days so uncreative, so unimaginative, that they cannot think of any other way for their character to fight other than with a Devil Fruit?

More importantly, why is a powerful character necessary at all? Characters are much more fun to play as as well as read about when they have obstacles to overcome, when they have challenges to conquer, when they have struggles they must go through. A character without powerful abilities is often much more exciting to watch.

I mean, personally, which would you more prefer to watch? A god-like character completely annihilate an entire area with enormous powers and not get a scratch on him? Or a character with a gun or sword fight his way through an army of opponents, dealing with injuries, growing tired, struggling, and yet still coming out on top?

Better yet, of the two examples above, would you not find it thrilling to see the "badass normal" fight and take down the god-like character? Proving that you could have all the power in the world, yet you would still fall against someone with drive. Someone with determination. With resolve. With willpower. Someone with... guts.

Yes, guts are far better than any superpower anyone could have. Yet few people see this. They are too focused on enormous destructive power. Truly, we are watching the decline of humanity...

I created three characters out of four in the last incarnation of this guild without DF. Also, I find that the simplest Devil Fruits can have some of the most creative effects if you apply the given ability correctly.

Yes, exactly. Take these abilities, for example:

Adaptive Lungs
Allows the user’s lungs to adapt to any environment. This could mainly be used to breathe underwater, but it also grants the user immunity to airborne poisons, and even allows the user to breathe in areas with no air at all.

Age Control
Allows the user to manipulate their own age, letting them shift from one extreme to the other at will. The user could turn into a small child to avoid attacks by becoming smaller, or turn older to gain more wisdom for understanding the enemy's attacks. It also has non-battle benefits. Being a small child allows the user to fit into cramped spaces, and smaller hands can make delicate work such as fixing things easier. Children can also get into certain establishments at a lower price. But keep in mind that though the user’s body changes age, their mind does not. While there may be slight differences due to the development of the brain as one ages, their overall mind and personality will remain unchanged from how it is for their normal age. But even though the mind does not change, there is always the benefit of people assuming a small child has the mind and innocence of one. And because only the body is changing in age, the clothes will not grow or shrink when the user goes from child to adult or vice versa.

Attention Manipulation
Allows the user to make themself the center of attention, drawing the attention away from allies. They can even intensify the attention so that the enemy will hyperfocus on them, blocking out everything else. Likewise, they can make it so that the enemy ignores them. They could make as much noise as they wanted and get right in front of the enemy and they wouldn't notice them.

Blood Manipulation
Allows the user to manipulate their own blood and the blood of others. From a distance, they can manipulate an enemy’s blood so that they spontaneously and slowly bleed from several parts of their body, causing them great pain. But the real strength of the power is that the user is able to crystallize their own blood. By gathering some of their own blood, the user can crystallize the blood into a red crystal form that’s extremely hard and durable (but not unbreakable). This allows them to easily make all kinds of weapons out of their own crystallized blood, or even create a crystal wall of blood to block attacks. Granted, using their own blood will tire them out, but they can always manipulate their blood to make more from their bones (the bones make blood). Naturally, being able to control the blood of another person means they could elicit or stifle the erection of a man at their will.

Body Mass Control
Allows the user to manipulate their body mass, going from super-obesity to supermodel skinniness and anywhere in between. Increasing their body mass to super-obesity gives various benefits, such as increased strength for one. The weight it gives also can make the user an immovable force, allowing them to easily push and topple much larger foes. And they can make the fat so thick that it can repel any force, even blades. The fat also acts as an insulator, providing heavy resists to fire and ice-based attacks. And it can also take on properties similar to rubber, making the user highly resistant to electricity. Likewise, supermodel skinniness has its benefits as well, such as being able to avoid attacks by suddenly becoming skinnier, or becoming skinny and swaying like paper to dodge a flurry of strikes. They could even increase the body mass of only parts of their body, as well, rather than just their whole body at once.

Force Fields
Allows the user to erect walls of light to block attacks. But keep in mind that the fields aren’t impenetrable. A hard enough blow or too many strong hits can break down the barrier. The user must also concentrate to maintain them, rendering multiple barriers more difficult. Naturally, dome and sphere-based force fields would require more energy and concentration. And they can get creative with them too, such as summoning multiple horizontal force fields for platforms. They could essentially make a series of barriers to use as stairs.

Gravity Manipulation
Allows the user to manipulate gravity to varying degrees. They can pull objects toward them, push objects away from them, make things float in the air and push or pull them with gravity from the side, and increase the gravity on an area to make the enemy heavy to restrict movement. They could also lessen the gravity on themself so they can jump very high.

Hovering
The user can only hover a foot or two off the ground, but they can hover for as long as they want. Hovering allows these abilities:
- Smooth movement: Hovering is a smooth, stable movement, allowing the user to fiddle with something in their hands or read something without being disturbed by the jarring motions of running.
- Water scuttle: They can hover across the surface of water without fear of falling in.
- Sharp turns: Hovering allows the user to make sharp turns and move backwards and sideways without changing direction
- Mobile action: Hovering allows the user to use both their arms and legs freely while moving.

Intuitive Mechanical Idea Manifestation
Allows the user to perceive mechanical energy in action, allowing them to recognize the function, potential, and weaknesses of any technological or mechanical device in their sight range. It also bestows a natural talent for inventing. Whereas most inventors need to devise, plan out, and work through ideas for inventions and devices, the ideas for new devices will emerge full-formed from the user’s mind, allowing them to easily devise counter-measures for obstacles and speedy solutions to urgent problems.

Perceptive Comprehension
Perceptive Comprehension is the cognitive ability to understand how things work. It is the innate, non-conscious understanding of how products, processes, and systems operate. The user can intuitively perceive operational flaws in these products, processes, and systems, and unconsciously formulate how to repair them. While it seemingly only has everyday uses, it can be used to comprehend how an enemy's powers work by comprehending their body’s processes, and thus allowing the user to devise a strategy against them.

Probability Manipulation
Allows the user to manipulate probability. But it's actually more complicated than it sounds. Really, it allows the user to see the Probability Threads. These threads surround every living thing, and there are multiple ones snaking from each person. Some are white and some are black. By severing or cutting these threads, the user can affect probability. White threads are called Luck Threads, and they cause good luck to happen. Useful for causing good luck to befall allies. Black threads are called Jinx Threads, and they cause bad luck to happen. Useful for causing bad luck to befall enemies. However, not even the user will be able to affect exactly what happens when a thread is cut. Each thread will cause something different to happen. One Jinx Thread might make the enemy's next attack miss or backfire. While another might simply make the enemy trip and fall down. It's really a matter of luck in itself when it comes to cutting the strings and affecting probability. However, though the user is "cutting" the strings, it really requires no cutting tool, as they're not actually "cutting" them. In fact, they don't even need to be next to the person to cut the Probability Threads. They can do it from a distance, really. Not a long distance, but still a bit of a distance.

Self Control
Allows the user to control the aspects of their body. Their can directly manipulate their hair and its growth, control the growth of their fingernails, eat all they want without getting fat by controlling their metabolism, make it so they only have to use the bathroom once a week, make it so they can go a long time without food, and even control their heart beat and breathing to put themself in a state that makes it seem like they're dead. They could even control whether they sweat or get goosebumps or not.

Sense
The user’s hearing, smelling, touch, eyesight, and taste become animalisticly strong, and it also gives them a strong sense of intuition and instincts. They could feel the slightest changes in temperature, tell where an enemy is by smelling them, hear a projectile whizzing toward them, track a fast-moving enemy by feeling movements in the air, and tell when it’s about to rain by smelling moisture in the air. They also have a Sixth Sense, a precognitive sense of awareness, which warns them of upcoming danger.

Temperature Manipulation
Allows the user to manipulate the temperature to their will. Generally, the user can use this to control their own body temperature and the temperature surrounding their body, allowing them to remain comfortable in any environment and any clothing. But they could also heat up their body to burn direct attackers, summon balls of condensed heat to their hands for use as projectiles, or break metal objects by sharply dropping their temperature.

Tracking
Allows the user to find anything, whether it be something someone lost, or the enemy's weak spot.

Word Manipulation
Allows the user to manipulate words. They could make written words appear on a piece of paper just by thinking it, or change existing words written in books or on signs. They could also use words to attack. By saying a word, the user could solidify the speech in the air, turning it into an actual word to bludgeon the enemy with. Different words would have different properties. Like the word "sticky" would stick to the enemy, or the word "spike" would be spiky.

I've actually done extensive work with the power of laser vision, even turning it into a Devil Fruit (the Meka Meka no Mi).
Meka Meka no Mi

But this raises an interesting point: If you believe this, why did you choose such a basic power as fire, something very descructive and so simple a child could come up with things to do with it? confused

OK, my analysis of each DF poer above:

Adaptive Breathing: Impossible. It's been stated that the sea hates those who use Devil Fruits, and this power would nullify that disadvantage.

Age control: Theoretically possible, but might have repercussions. What if you aged yourself to a point in your life when you sustained horrible injuries?

Attention manipulation: godmod, controls other characters

Blood manipulation: was rejected as a godmod DF in the previous incarnation of this Guild

Body mass: Is this based off the Blob from X-Men? I see a resemblance in the 'sword-repelling fat' concept.

Force Fields: Very nice idea.

Gravity Manipulation: Already present in (I think) the Yami Yami no Mi, Blackbeard's DF

Hovering: could work, nice concept.

IMIM and Perceptive Comprehension: Also seem to be based off an X-Men hero, this time Forge.

The rest: time for bed, so I'll do these tomorrow.

I know. I'm just saying you need to think of some original attacks. It's obvious that you copy-pasted the attack list from a 3rd party source. You even left the name 'Nico Robin' in the text.

Very well, I suppose.

You seem to misunderstand. I am not pitching these as Devil Fruit powers. I am just pitching these as powers in general. Powers that seemingly do not have an apparent use, but are very useful when used in the hands of someone with creativity.

Uhhh... You really misunderstand. That would be self-based time manipulation. It does not revert you to how you were when you were that age or how you will be when you are that age. You just progress and degress in age at your will. It hasn't nothing to do with what happened to you at that age. It is biological, not chronological.

In fact, I have no idea where you could have possibly gotten that idea, as I was very clear in my detailed explanation.

Oh? And invisibility isn't? Because it is essentially invisibility.

Besides, since the power only works on the user, if they move anything else in the environment, such as picking something up or kicking a stone, the enemy can easily notice them.

How is it a godmod Devil Fruit? I see no hint of godmodding in the detailed explanation I gave.

You've never read the Great Lakes Avengers, have you?

Thank you. I worked hard on it. I feel the stairs idea was a stroke of brilliance on my part.

I even came up with the perfect name for a Devil Fruit for this power: the Kabe Kabe no Mi. "Kabe" means "wall".

In fact, I would use it for this RP if I was not so fond of Zoans and "badass normals".

Again, I'm pitching these ideas as powers in general, not specifically as Devil Fruit powers.

But I actually hate how Oda did that. Why waste a darkness-based Logia on gravity powers? Why could he have not just had a gravity Devil Fruit? There are better things you can do with powers centered on darkness and the lack of light.

Sadly, I am probably the only person who thinks so. Most would take the idea of "darkness" and come up with a plethora of attacks centered on demons, devils, and the general concept of pure evil. Few realize that darkness is not inherently evil, just as light is not inherently good.

Thank you. I personally would prefer it over flight. I feel it works best with long-range weapons, such as bows, as the user can remain still to aim and fire while strafing. The user can also remain in motion while reloading.

However, I feel it would not work well as a Devil Fruit, as the water scuttle component would allow the user to partially avoid the weakness to swimming.

Then again, the same can be said for flying Zoans and lighter-than-air Logia users...

Happy to see that you read X-men. But actually, only the IMIM is based on Forge's power (the most awesome X-Men power ever XD ). Perceptive Comprehension is based on one of the main characters from the American live-action TV series "Heroes".
