There may have been a misinterpretation of how the layout was going to be done.One of the mods told me that it may be messy having to go through each forum. I'm not sure if I made a mistake making 20 subforums instead of making them into one large forum like someone else suggested after the fact.
If it turns out to be messy or a problem,the best thing I can think of is not using them all at once. Does anyone have concerns about this or is it fine.

I would love to see four subforums over twenty any day.
A: We don't have enough character to play that amount
B: It will be way to annoying to have to check and read twenty different rps just to know whats going on. We could have a mod to every zone to overlook and keep balance over the four different zones. This would be much easier to build, less time consuming, and less stressful on the already long awaited opening.

Their isn't any way to delete them or change them.What I have in mind is to make some of the districts event places. Use them every so often. That way we would only have to go through certain districts every so often.

Why don't you just change the Forum names to something else..... like the First few Red Districts, Green Districts, Yellow Distrcts.....then like the Haven can stay the same....and make a Crew Issue Discussion Forum......and put Coming Soon on the Rest...except Imput and Ideas.

Maybe Later on in the Forum when we have more Mods and we have The Time to do things as such....Like we add a new City to our universe and then Then we have Forums for them.

'Twas I who noted, too late, that individual subforums had been made; however, I believe this can work to our advantage, just as Static suggested. Within each story arc, several districts will be selected as "Active Districts" in which events will occur and characters will be allowed to RP. I'm planning out a story arc right now, and will submit it for approval in the story arc discussion thread as soon as it's finished. I'll include active districts.
Let's not worry about what's been done, only about how we can use it to our advantage.

If you're able to change the name of the subforums, you could add "ACTIVE" onto the end of the name, so that people can quickly which ones are in use. smile
Also, if you can lock the subforums, you could do that as an alternative.
