Welcome to Namiah's Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all the necessary books and equipment.

We await your owl no later than July 26th.


What will you owl exactly? Why this form of course.
We will need a little information about you before we fully enroll you as a student. [I.E you will be making up your own character, whom staff will make a perma teen Hogwarts student, complete with cloak and scarf, once registration closes]

Please, the only rule here is..ALL POST STYLES MUST BE DOCUMENT!

Also, Do NOT bother entering if you don't plan on participating.

Little Notice on Forms:

These are NAMRAH, not people. Please take that in to consideration with filling out your forms. Some things you post for your character may not make it through cause..human..animal..somethings can’t be transferred over.

Also, even if it is just for fun, please try to put some work in to your form. It will show you are serious about joining. You have enough planning and edit time, there is NO excuse to have a thrown together form. If one is posted, oh we can consider tossing it out and having it erased from student files.
We like fun, but we want those who are serious about having fun. 8D

General appearance: Long strawberry blond hair with bangs that curl back except for one or two strands that dangle between her eyes, teal eyes, wand behind ear, coin-shaped pendant with a celtic unicorn design.
House Pref List: Slytherin (=3), Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor
Location: A large 3-story house on the outskirts of Amesbury
Likes: The Appleby Arrows, cats, Fizzing Whizbees, unicorns, nature
Dislikes: High-pitched noises, water, cold weather, being judged based on her house
Best Class: Potions (because I'm GOOD at it XD); loves Charms, but not terribly good at it

Little about yourself: Both of my parents are wizards, but I've nothing against Muggle-borns. The thing I want most out of school is friends, real friends that will see me and not my house. I consider myself friendly enough, but if you shoot your mouth off at me I'm not above a good punching. So what if half the fights I get into are with Gryffindors; they have the biggest mouths. XD

Any Past Crimes?: Sneaking off into the Dark Forest (hoping to spot a unicorn), fighting with other students. Outside of school? I don't bother enough with Muggles to cause that sort of trouble. XD

General appearance: I have magnificent ivory colored skin/fur and bright purple eyes. My perfect silver hair is kept short and never goes past my shoulders. To avoid having wretched sunlight mar my perfect coloring, I rarely take off my wizard hat. (similar to the one in the picture, with class colors instead of the green and white. Unless he gets Slythering, then yes the green and white xD) My mom says the hat makes me look cute, I think it makes me look evil. To add to the evil effect, I keep my black want with me at all times, gripped in my mouth.
House Pref List: Slytherin preferably, if I can not be in my desired house, then Ravenclaw.

Likes: Power, ruling, and people worshiping the very ground I walk on
Dislikes: Being told what to do, weaklings, being clung too, and not getting my way.

General appearance: I'm always wearing my house *mittens that match ravenclawgryfindor* mittens. I have regular cream skin color, but I have some hints of silver streaks in my body hair. Not like I'm getting old, but metallic silver, or something. just not faded silver. I have orangeish red hair that looks kind of messy.like styled just got out of bed look. It also has one or two streaks of dark blue in it. The style is like this. I also have TB stitched into my scarf, in case I loose it. I have a necklace around my neck on a chain, It is exactly like this. And I am well trained to fight with it, or any small dagger.
House Pref List: Ravenclaw, if not, then Gryffindor
Location: Wales
Likes: Brewing potions, learning new spells, hanging around magical creatures and learning about them. Turning things into other things, and learning about animagi's so he might one day be able to do it.
Dislikes: People who are too ignorant to care about spells. People who think fighting is everything. People who mistreat animals/creatures.

Little about yourself: My da' was a muggle, so I'm not pure-blood. I like to talk to anything that talks back, or listens, as long as it doesn't piss me off.
Interesting Fact: I'm really good at making potions. Anything that resembles a bird is naturally drawn to me. They love sitting and nesting in my hair so I'm often seen with one just chilling on or by me. I also get along great with any winged creature, but feathered mostly.
Any Past Crimes?: No crimes, but I have gotten a little adventurous with my potions/magic before.

Name: Alpha One Scree (But my stage name is Glitterspit, or, The One That Got Away)

Age: 17!
General appearance: I carry my garden gnome Phyllis Willard Scott with me everywhere I go. Mammi says it's good luck and that the rock people will help me get good grades...I don't know if I believe that, but, sometimes Phyillis's pose is different...one day he could look happy, and the next day he could look sad. Maybe it was that spell I casted on him...Anyways, instead of a normal pet, like a cat or whatever I have my gnome. He's a strapping young fellow, inn't he?
I also have straight brown hair with straight bangs and green eyes and freckles. Aside from the typical house garb I wear a lot of Plaid shirts, but in the house colors instead of the plain white shirt...D: But it's not my fault white shirts are so ugly!
Just like most Reyjavik-ians, I'm pasty pasty white. We rarely get sun way up there, you know.
House Pref List: Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor (or however you spell it) and Hufflepuff. D< I don't like Hufflepuff 'cause one time I was watching some Hufflepuff kids sleep and I woke one up and he tried to beat me up. I kicked his butt though! HAH.
Location: A magical little northern hamlet called Reykjavik.
Likes: Banjos, being annoying, music, roller-skates, gnomesstealing, maiming, and burning things.
Dislikes: Work, popular kids, HUFFLEPUFF-IANS (you know who you are), ice-cream and People that don't like banjos.
Best Class: I'm not really good at any classes...but I really like defense against the dark arts! I don't like defending myself though. But the animals and stuff are all really cool.
Worst Class: Potions is so boring...so I guess that's my worst class.
Little about yourself: When I grow up I wanna be a super awesome super villain. And I want to make my banjo fly like a broom! Because I can't fly on brooms...I always fall off! But I think a banjo would be easy to fly on.
Interesting Fact: I can play the banjo? But I think I already said that.

Little about yourself: Although I love to goof off and cause trouble after making sure the teachers will never suspect me, I would never, in a million years, harm a friend. However, I am a bit of a vengeful girl. I'm a pureblood but blood doesn't mean much to me. Also, I'm prone to try anything once as long as I am aware of any poor consequences.
Interesting Fact: I have a major addiction to sweets....

General appearance: Black hair, slightly messy and sort of choppy with bangs pushed aside, covering his right eye slightly. Hazel eyes. Fair complexion, almost pale. Always carrying around a few books in hand.
House Pref List: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, then Hufflepuff in that order.
Location: Born and raised in Cambridge, England.
Likes: Being outside, reading, trying out new spells, and playing Quidditch. (Yes, can you believe it? A nerd liking sports!)
Dislikes: People who are full of themselves or think they know everything. People who are stuck up. Lazyness. And Clowns. (They're just creepy.)
Best Class: That would have to be Defense Against the Dark Arts, but a close second would be Charms, with Potions in third

Little about yourself: Well, what's there to say? I'm pretty easy going, with a sort of go with the flow attitude. I don't let what people say get to me, because I honestly just couldn't care less. All I really need is a good book, and I'm fine. I hardly ever get into trouble, unless you count that time with the Venomous Tentacula and the Weasley twins. They're a riot, they are.
Interesting Fact: Umm, my wand is 11 1/3 inches made of Elm and a core of Phoenix feather? Oh, and my patronus takes the shape of a Hippogryph.

General appearance: He's very tall for his age, and could probably pass as a seventh year. Ashton has kind of ragged brown hair and bright blue eyes, and a crooked smile that everyone finds alarmingly creepy.His general good looks get him attention from girls, but Ash is rather insensitive and doesn't care.
House Pref List: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, Ravenclaw
Location: He lived in Wales for the first half of his life with both his parents, his mom (Muggle) and Dad (Wizard), but after they got a divorce, they thought it would be best for Ash to move to Southampton in England with his dad. It was partially because he needed to practice magic closer to Hogwarts, and partially because he can't stand his mom.
Likes: Exploring, Muggle clothing, food, practical jokes, magical creatures, and Quidditch (he's a Beater)
Dislikes: Know it alls, his mom, strict people, and push overs. He thinks that everyone should be as bold and strong as he is .
Best Class: Care of Magical Creatures
Worst Class: Potions, Ash is too impatient to measure out ingedients properly.

Interesting Fact: Ash as a pet hypogriff named Dawney. He's had it since he was a kid.

General appearance: I have jet black hair, slightly spiky and ruffled at the top, that hangs down to a little below shoulder level. I always wear a yellow ribbon in my hair. I'm considered pale but not pasty-pale. I always wear a silver heart necklace above my clothing because my mother gave it to me before I left for Hogwarts.

Location: Born in Arizona, now living in London.
Likes: Eating at buffets, reading, experimenting with potions, getting good grades, watching Quidditch matches.
Dislikes: Failing classes, misunderstanding things, lack of physical strength, inability to participate in Quidditch.

Little about yourself: Though I don't look like it, I can sure eat a lot. In fact, I always eat when I'm bored. It's a wonder why I'm still horizontally challenged. Aside from that, my physical build is pretty slim, my immune system is terrible, and a combination of those two renders me unable to ride a broomstick, let alone play Quidditch.
Interesting Fact: My parents are both Muggles. My father's from Japan, while my mother was born and raised in the U.S.. Also, I can play flute.

Little about yourself: My father was a muggle and my mother was a magic folk... When I was little, my father passed away from a heart attack. My mother was so proud when I got my letter... I just hope she will be ok by herself.
Interesting Fact: My mother and I tamed a Cat Sìth *when it was a kitten* which almost always follows me around.
Any Past Crimes?: I got ahold of my mother's spellbook and taught a bully a lesson.... ^^;;
