Financial District: Filled with towering skyscrapers that form vast canyons of glass and steel, the Financial District is the center of business in Citadel Creek, and every corporation with a local power base (along with several that lack one) maintains an office in the area. To both prevent villains from crippling this valuable economic center and to stall corporate warfare as much as possible, the police presence here is the third highest in the city. Of particular interest to Metahumans are the offices of Super Solutions, the one and only Super-Powered mercenary agency.
Super Solutions exists because, in Citadel Creek and across the world, there are tasks that normal Humans simply can't complete. When businessmen need super-intelligent folks to come up with infallible corporate plans or clever stock market moves, or when millionaires find that normal bodyguards aren't sufficient, Super Solutions puts out advertisements through channels both public and private seeking an individual with the desired powers on either side of the moral spectrum. When a Meta is found and accepts the job, fifteen percent of the fee goes to the company, while the Meta pockets the rest. There are so many requests, and each for so much money, that Super Solutions can easily pay its bills and much, much more with its income, and the company is highly successful and respected in the city and, to be frank, the world.

Waking from the short two hour sleep LoudMouth removed himself from the sheets of his bed. Sliding his bare legs over to the side he began to gauge the soreness in his body from the hiest hours ago. Finally he stood up and walked to the large window of room. Resting his forehead and hands on the glass he peered outside sixty stories above the world. Living in the finacial district was a slap in the face to all that stood against LoudMouth, especially living in a penthouse sweet next to the police station.
He couldn't help but smile as he watched the citizens of the decaying world act as if everything was normal, okay, even sane. LoudMouth began to turn away. Living in a world such as this place sane was the crime. Finding a clean pair of pants in his closet, LoudMouth threw them over his shoulder making his way to the bathroom. The steam of the shower quickly filled the closed room. The beads of water burned his skin. The aching wounds, still freshly cut, released a hue of red from them. A small pool of blood gathered at the bottom. He winced every once in awhile.
After a good half hour he finally left the room with a towel hanging from his hips. Picking up a dart from a lone back desk, LoudMouth launched the piece across the room. This would be his objective. Reading what he had to do he laughed and soon got dressed for the long day ahead.

Having his signature jacket slung over his shoulder LoudMouth slowly began to take a stroll to the elevator. Seeing a couple already moving torwards the open doors ahead he began to sigh. Following them in he pressed the lobby button. Having his back to the norms he began to hear whispers. He softly chuckled as he knew exactly what they were talking about. He looked back to see the women. She was of stunning beauty and the man, a bulky meathead. "
"Gotta problem?" The man Grunted
LoudMouth smirked "Not at all"
"Freak" the man whispered under his breath triggering LoudMouth to turn around. Without any form of hesitation Loudmouth punched the mans throat only hard enough to drop him to his knees, choking. The women began to panic and move to the farthest corner.
The man stood up holding his throat, gasping for air until he finally bellowed a retort.
"Your dead" He coughed as he lunged at LoudMouth.
LoudMouth easily caught his leading fist with his own left hand before unleashing a violent elbow to the man forehead. LoudMouth peered back at the board of lit buttons seeing the count before he reached his destination.
He turned back an spoke "Ive got seven more floors to kick you a** big guy" he laughed as he broke the man down to size. With the man on his knees, LoudMouth procceded to beat the man continuesly in the head, drawing thick amounts of blood. The girl began to scream but was soon silenced. She held her mouth as she felt herself become mute. LoudMouth stood up from the unconcious body.
"Your boy toy needs to learn not to ******** with strangers" he softly told her as the doors opened.

Exiting the complex with the sound of security rushing to the mans aid, LoudMouth felt a sense of fullfillment. Pressing down one of the few buttons on his keys a lone siren sounded. He opened the door to his muscle car and turned the engine. The vehicle roared as it was revved. Before shifting he cranked the music to a obnoxious level before driving off. Coming to red lights LoudMouth haulted. He checked his mirror to see a squad car pull up behind. Than soon after another at his side. He looked over at the cop who was running a very long and detailed rap sheet on him. He turned down his music and rolled the window down. The cop did the same as if he knew what was up.
"Wanna race" LoudMouth asked before shifting and running the red light.
Both cops followed him into the dangerous cross traffic. Both were totalled withing seconds. LoudMouth himself was T-boned and spun in the reversed direction he had been going.
"s**t" he groaned as he walked frrom the car, accessing the damage. A scrawny man withdrew from his car screaming at the top of his lungs at LoudMouth. LoudMouth began to laugh as the man got in his face and started pushing. Placing his hand on the mans face and pushing him away with ease LoudMouth entered his car again. The man sprinted to the front of LoudMouths vehicle and began to protest his leave. Shaking his head he put the car in reverse and quickly shift to first gear slamming into the man causing his small body to roll over the front. Hearing more sirens appraoching Loudmouth sped off away from the scene. Coming to an auto body shop he turned the car off. The men around the shop seemed to know some sort of drill taking the car in, working with the frame, and painting it a new color. The whole Job would be done in a few hours this gave Loudmouth plenty of time to do his buisness. He picked up the latest edition of Citadel Creeks paper and began to skim the reading. The Water Bearer made yet another appearence and was making LoudMouths stories second in importance.
"Oh hell no." He threw the paper aside. Everything else that the day was worth was now not important. This reincarnation was stealing his moments and he would not have anymore of it.
