Occupation: Little Eagle is a nomad at the moment, so she has no job other than taking care of herself and Resi.
Gender: Female
Hair Color: She has waist length dark brown hair.
Eye Color: Her eye color is green.
Complexion: Her skin is a creamy shade of tan.
Appearance: Little Eagle is somewhat short, around 5'1", and slightly on the skinny side. Her hair goes down to her waist, which is usually put up in one braid and sometimes adorn with beads and feathers for certain occassions. Her clothing is rather plain, but then again, she does not try to make herself look pretty, but presentable and able to work in the clothing that she wears. She wears a sleeveless shirt (sort of like a tank top) that goes to her stomach and made of buffalo hide. The skirt is mid-length that goes down to the middle of her shins and made of the same material.
Personality: A lot of the people in her tribe would say that Little Eagle is mute, but she is not; she's just rather quiet. When she has something to say, she will say it. Since she doesn't talk a lot, she observes everything around her and is more perceptive on what is going on. Along those lines, she is quite the thinker and has more than once helped her tribe come to a decision on a matter. She is generally able to get along with everyone, just as long as they do not tease her about her height or want her hand in marriage. With large groups of people, she tends to be shy and will stay back to let others get to know each other. Because of her quiet nature, she has a way with animals, and loves to help out with taking care of the livestock and dogs.
History: Coming from a normal Native American tribe, Little Eagle is not anyone of high importance. Born into a family with one other child, Little Eagle is the youngest daughter. Her older sister is married and expecting her first child. When Little Eagle was young, around the age of 5 or 6, a disease was spread through her village via "the white devils" and wiped out a good portion of the tribe members. Little Eagle caught a random string of the disease and was spared her life. But the side-effects would always be with her through the rest of her life. Her name when she was younger was different than it is now, but the witch doctor claimed that her totem animal was the eagle, and she was given a different name.
What's new: Little Eagle has decided that it was time to venture off into the world and leave behind her old tribe. With this decision, a special present came into her like and that was Resi. |

Kireiryuu Lying on her side, shallow breaths were drawn as Little Eagle was fast asleep. Just as she was dreaming a peaceful dream, a sharp pain shot through her. Waking up instantly and bolting from the ground, the pain came from her head. Turning her gaze slightly, she blinked back in surprise. There was a foal standing right next to her! "Where did you come from?" As she tried to look for the basket, it was no where to be seen. Then, she put two and two together as she slowly smiled. "Ah, were you in the basket then?"Muzzle was slightly lowered as Resi sniffed the strange thing on the ground. Ears flicked before she opened her mouth and clamped down. Pulling it back, she let out a huff as it was hard to move! Her tail swished before she shyed back at the large object that was moving in front of her. With a puzzled look on her face, head canted slightly as she nickered and stuck out her tongue, "Ugh, that was not good."
diamanh Mika was used to being alone with the creatures of the wooded forest - the pathways strewn out before her untrodden - almost virginal in appearance had it not been for the loosely disturbed soil. She hadn't really been paying attention so when she saw Risu, she stopped immediately and her eyes widened. She hadn't really been out as much as she would have liked (this was her first true outing), and somehow she had avoided the Soquili altogether. It wasn't surprising however that the first one she see be beautiful. Her lips parting as she almost squeeled in delight (note the almost) she took one step back and waited. What would happen next?
Kireiryuu Deciding to wander slightly away from the strange person, Resi was curiously taking in everything in. The world sure did look different now than it did in the basket. Just as she was wandering around, an ear flicked at a strange sound. Perking up and turning her head slightly, crimson eyes landed on a person other than the one she had woken up. Canting her head to the right, she swished her tail and let out a nicker. Tossing her mane, she took a few steps towards the person, trying to make herself look innocent while eyeing that hair of hers.
diamanh When the foal stepped towards her, Mika started to get a little more bold and a little bit more confident about how to handle the situation. She'd always been told by her elders that she had a gift. They had never said what kind of gift, but did that matter? She could always pretend. With a little bit of hesitation, she moved forward and held out her hand, whispering as if she thought that she were imagining the creature before her. She didn't want to scare it away. "Hey, erm, girl?" She didn't really know what the foal was... but her colouring was absolutely stunning. Taking precautions to not move suddenly, Mika relaxed. Okay, so maybe this meeting wasn't going to go bad after all.
Kireiryuu Crimson eyes followed the girl's movements as Resi came closer to the person. Once she was close enough to touch the person with her nose, she let out huff of air before butting the girl's side gently and nickering. A flick of her tail was all that she did before trying to grab the girl's hair in her mouth to play with. Resi was one that liked to get into things she was not supposed to, she was a trickster at hear. An ear flicked in the girl's direction as she nickered again.
diamanh She couldn't help. Mika let out a little laugh before semi-panicking with the Soquili's teeth clamped on her hair. If it was worth knowing anything about the Soquili anatomy, she knew that once they bit down they had to go through the chewing motion before releasing whatever they held. Oh drat, her beautiful hair. Oh well. Immediately forgiving the young foal for her little mistake, Mika reached out and gently attempted to brush a finger across the Soquili. Her full lips curling into one of those satiated smiles, she murmured, "You like to play, huh?" Leave it to Mika to state the obvious.
Kireiryuu A chew or two, Resi releashed the hair and stuck out her tongue. Well, that didn't taste good either. Crimson eyes looked at the girl as she flicked her tail in response to the strange sound that was coming from her mouth. She did not exactly understand it, but she had heard Little Eagle make the sounds before. An ear flicked back as she turned to be greeted by the sight of her caretaker. Taking a step towards Mika, she gently nudged the girl's side with her head before walking to the other side of her, like she was hiding from Little Eagle. She peeked out quickly before drawing her head back behind Mika.After she had woken up, Little Eagle had turned to get a drink before realizing that Resi was gone. Yes, she had named the soquili, Resi. For some reason, the markings were similar to that of a black widow. As she called out the soquili's name a few times and getting no response, she was about to give up when she had heard a voice. Walking in that direction, she was greeted with the sight of her soquili hiding behind a girl. Clasping her hands together, she gave the other a shy smile, "Hi." Green eyes looked at the hiding soquili and let out a soft giggle, "I can see you, Resi."
diamanh It was really comical how Risa hid behind her, as if she was actually hiding from something or somone. It was only when she caught sight of Little Eagle that she realized the Soquili wasn't exactly pretending to hide at all. With a quirk of her lips, she nodded her head towards the girl and looked almost apologetic. "I'm sorry, I didn't know that she was hiding." She glanced behind her shoulder at the intricately marked foal and smiled. "So, her name is Resi? That's a pretty name. I always wanted to have one as well... I wanted to name it Taraku or Nagasi." It was only then that she figured out she was basically rambling. Blushing faintly, she lowered her gaze towards the ground. Her heart was still fluttering from having first met Resu. If only all dreams could come true.
Kireiryuu Making her way slowly over to Resi and the girl, Little Eagle stopped and raised her hand slightly, "I'm Little Eagle." She pointed to Resi, "Yea, that's Resi. It's alright, she's just playing." Settling herself on the ground, she turned back to the other girl and spoke in a soft voice, still a little shy around others, "I didn't know I had gotten one until just today. I was wondering what that basket was..." She trailed off sligthly before looking towards Resi.Peeking out from behind Mika, Resi huffed and let out a whinny. She was caught! Rubbing her head softly against Mika, she side-stepped and made her way to Little Eagle. Once she came to her caretaker, she pressed her nose in the girl's hair and blew out a hot breath before jumping back. It was all for play, of course.
diamanh "Really. Only today?" She was almost stammering in surprise. It wasn't until Resi rubbed her head against her that she awoke from her momentary shock. "Well, she's beautiful." Brushing a piece of hair out of her eyes, Mika frowned softly and then let out a rather loud sigh. The sun was setting in that manner that meant home was calling - so she had to go. Well, at least she had a story to tell. She'd seen Resi and Little Eagle. Holding out her hand, she smiled in a friendly manner. "I'm Mika. It was great meeting both Resi and yourself. I hope we meet again." She didn't want to seem rude, but she truly had to go. It was customary for her to return home at a certain time. Perhaps they would meet again. It was hopeful. Turning to go, she waved back to Resi a little shyly and then went her own way. |

Takakun
Sora has seen the black and brown soquili around and started following . At first it was because he hasn't seen him before, and now he is just curious and wants to be friends......
but for some reason the young andalusion wasn't his usual perky self. He doesn't run over and start leaping about, pulling the other to play, but instead quietly clops along behind.
((i said he, cos sora has yet to learn about female soquilis =p))
Kireiryuu Standing there, the black widow was getting used to being able to move around freely and not confined to the basket. An ear flicked back as she caught a strange scent that she did not know. Crimson eyes scanned the area before they landed on a somewhat distant figure. Her hand slowly canted to the side as she flicked her tail. What was this? Another one that was just like her?!
Takakun The grey colt ducks behind a teepee when the one he had been following shifted and looked back.His light green eyes widened as he sees the soquili in the sunlight. He has weird red markings on the back, and looked much like Zephy with his markings.........
Sometimes Sora wonders why he didn't have any......was he different from the other soquilis...?
His head droops alittle at the thought but he looked back up just incase of the other soquili. Moving nervously behind, he thinks he may have been spotted. why this matters he didn't know because he usually wants to be seen by the other soquilis. It's just with big brother and little playmate that he plays hide and seek...oh, maybe this is a game! His small ears flickered and he giggled inside.
Kireiryuu Catching the fleeting movements of the other as it hid, Resi was a little confused. Swishing her tail, she began to wonder and then that wonder turned into amusment as she trotted in a wide circle around the teepee and area where the other soquili was. Every couple of seconds, she'd let out a whinny and kick her back legs out in a playful buck. Crimson eyes where caught on the area where the other soquili was, but it wouldn't be any fun if she went straight to him, now would it? Another whinny escaped her muzzle as she pranced with high knees as she called out softly, unsure if she was able to talk with others. "I see you."
Takakun
he's coming this way he's coming this way!
Sora panicked and ducked behind the teepee. Then he heard the soft whinnies and hard clops of the soquili walking around, coming nearer and nearer. Alarmed, the young colt started running the other way, his long legs tripping over the teepee stakes and he fumbles around in a circle.
He uttered a small eep when the other spoke. But the brown and red soquili's voice was so different from those he usually plays with....this one was soft and rather...musical......
Curious, Sora stopped, and nervously poked his head around, large eyes blinking....and bumped right into the other soquili!
"ow" he uttered and ran back a few steps, shaking his head.
Kireiryuu Just as she was rounding around the area, it took just a mere second, but the other soquili had run into her! Fallen back and feet slightly sprayed, Resi shook her head before regaining her balance again. Well, that didn't go exactly as plan! Crimson eyes grew wide as she gazed at the grey soquili. He looked just like her, yet different. Moving her muzzle closer to his neck, she sniffed him before tugging on his short mane. It didn't taste good either! She released his mane before taking a step back and then it dawned on her. The other soquili had said something she understood! Canting her head slightly to the left, she let out a soft nicker, "Hello."
Takakun
Sora gives a small n** back as the brown soquili bites on his mane. Shaking his head furiously, he peered at him with one eye, while blowing out snorts through his muzzle, clearing the dust.
"hello" the other soquili said....oh what a voice. Sora felt funny and wondered if he was sick. Quickly, he bent his head and snaps up some grass roots, chewing away, and felt better. The he trotted forward and whinnied...
"Hi. never seen you before. I'm Sora" he started to leap about, his wavy silver mane and tail flicking about.
Kireiryuu An ear flicked as she jumped back from the n**. The other introduced himself as Sora. Dipping her head slightly and a small swish of her tail, "Sora. I think I'm called Resi." Resi was not too entirely sure about names and such, but that's what she got from her caretaker and the weird sounds that Little Eagle made. Prancing slightly to the side of Sora, she gave a small smile, "Really? Well, I just came yesterday...so I've never seen you before!"
Takakun
Sora smiles happilly. A new player!
"did you just emerge from your basket?" he has heard big brother use that term many times talking to the other two leggeds. "I did too, but some time ago. it's alot of fun"
He leapt about, taking small nips and sniffles like he does with zephyr.
"wanna come play? big brother always takes me to the place of tall trunks. i can take you if you like. we cant go too far cos one time i got lost and it was really scary, but we can go search for berries...those are tasty."
Coming closer, he ran his nose over her neck, liking her scent, which at first smelt weird to him. Unconciously he gave a contented whinny.
Kireiryuu At the question, Resi blinked. That sounded familiar to her as well...like Little Eagle had called it that. A quick nod of her head, she agreed with that. "I think that's what Little Eagle called it." At Sora's small nips, she turned to circle around Sora slowly. Ears perked up, going somewhere was always fun. As Sora nosed her neck softly, she turned to gently n** the tip of his muzzle. "Okay!" Prancing a little ways away from him, she turned her head back at Sora to see where they would go.
Takakun
"ow" he uttered slightly at her n**, then grinned. Seeing her move away, Sora cantered over, and whisks his tail over her haunch, then galloped away towards the forest. "last one in is a brown nosed mushroom!" he called, and whinnied loudy, his silvery hair streaming behind him making him seem a silver blur.
Kireiryuu Just as Sora rushed past her, Resi jumped slightly as his tail touched her haunches; not expecting that at all. As she heard his challenge, she took it and charged after him. Though, she was a little wobbly on her feet and stumbled a few times here and there, but got herself back up. Letting the wind whip past her mane and tail, she let out a whinny, "I'll get you!" Crimson eyes settled down on the forest as she banked slightly towards it and weaved slower through the trees. Keeping slightly to the side of Sora, she'd get him.
Takakun
Trotting to the trees, Sora has slowed down, enjoying the coolness of the tall trunks and filtering sunlight. He looked eagerly around, trying to find things that might impress Resi. As she approached, he gave a wide grin and gave a friendly n**.
"Don't you love a good run? my legs feel all jittery now."
Suddenly he dashed off and leaps into a bush.
Kireiryuu Rounding a large tree, Resi came face-to-face with Sora and another one of his playful nips. With a toss of her mane, she did enjoy the run. That was the first time she got to run and it was fun! She had to admit that, "Yes!" Just as she was about to play with Sora, he dashed off. Slightly curious, she turned to swiftly follow him. Where'd he run off to now? The forest sure was a lot less sunny and the shadows danced along her darken coat. Each step was careful so that she wouldn't let Sora know where she was. She wanted to find him before he found her!
Takakun
Sora has spotted some of the juicy nuts that grows on the low bushes in this area. He loves those but could never find them because they look like the hard craknuts which gives him bad pains in his tummy. He leapt into the bush, sniffing curiously to determine if thiese were the good ones or bad ones, and once satisfied, he chomped on several in his mouth and popped his head up; proudly displaying a row of brown nuts in between his teeth.
"cpoma mnahr..thwst ahr rammy gpdos" he called out (come here, they are really good)
But Resi had disappeared! He thought she was just behind, and the little grey colt swivelled his head around, looking for the brown and red coat. oh no...did she get lost....? big brother will scold me.......... he thought worriedly.
Kireiryuu As quiet as she could, ears flicked as Resi now knew where Sora was. An equine smile was slowly growing along her muzzle as she called out, "Sora..." And then she walked some distance away from that spot and called out, "Sora..." She did that a few more times till she walked in a complete circle around the area where Sora was. As she stood next to a tall tree, crimson eyes spotted the grey colt. Silently, or as silent as she could, she snuck up behind him and whinnied.
Takakun
Turning his head around bewilderedly at the call of his name, Sora couldn't make heads or tail where Resi was. The nuts were yummy in his mouth and he wanted to eat them but first he has to find his new friend!
The suddenly a loud whinny sounded behind him! IN shock, Sora scrambled forwards, his front legs flailing wildly to get out of the bush. Standing slightly bruised and leaves stuck in his mane, Sora wheezed and stuck his tongue out at Resi. "Watcha do that for" he whinnied in his clear voice, not really annoyed.
Kireiryuu A small whinny came from Resi as crimson eyes watched Sora's reaction. Walking over to him, she nosed him softly and picked a leaf out of his mane as she spoke with a slightly playful tone, "I couldn't resist." Eyeing the bush, she reached out to grab one of the nuts. Blinking back in surprise, those things were hard! How were they supposed to eat them? She stood there with the nut inbetween her teeth and a slightly puzzled look on her face.
Takakun
As the brown and red soquili came right up close, Sora shifted side to side nervously. He didn't know why he kept feeling like this around Resi, he doesn't feel this way with Zephyr. He felt like nosing her back, but she had moved away before he do so. Standing there looking a little lost, Sora whinnies softly.
Looking at Resi, he was surprised at the puzzled look on the soquili's face, with a nut in his mouth. Quickly he understood! Resi didn't know how to eat it!
Sora chortles, whinnying noises from his mouth causing him to nearly choke on the nut until he swallowed it.
Trotting lightly to Resi, he leaned over and plucked a nut, then crushed it with his teeth, swallowing the juicy flesh insides quickly.
He glanced slightly towards the other, and grinned.
Kireiryuu With the hard thing in her mouth, Resi's crimson eyes watched Sora pluck the nut and then bite down on it. Eyes slowly got bigger as he bit down on it and ate it. So, that's how you do it! With the nut in her mouth, she tested it out. Biting down on it, it was hard, but it slowly cracked from the pressure and she was left with the good insides. Spitting out the shell, she followed Sora's example and began chewing. Wow, this was good! Swallowing, her tail wagged from side to side, "That was...good!"
Takakun
Sora whinnied happily at the delighted look on Resi's face. He leaned and took a few more, munching comfortably next to his new friend. The shadows casted grey fingers across the silver andalusion's back, and he looked up at the sky, not realising it has grown so late. wow...it was so much fun...... Softly he whickered and and nosed at Resi's back, then turned around. "maybe we should get back, the sun will go to sleep soon, and i have to look after little playmate since big brother has gone. your big brother will get worried too..........."
Sora trotted off, setting an easy pace for Resi to catch up.
Kireiryuu Taking another nut to eat, Resi enjoyed the taste. With Sora's nudge, that brought her attention back to the silvery colt. Ears turned forward as she raised her head slightly to look up at the slightly hidden sky. It had been a while, and perhaps Little Eagle was looking for her? Trotting off after Sora, she gave a soft whinny. "Yea...I hope Little Eagle is not looking for me like yesterday." Nosing Sora's neck, she blew out some air and teased him with a gentle tug to his silvery mane. It was fun to play with.
Takakun
Sora gave a soft whinny back and nuzzled Resi's nose. As the soquili tugged at him, he nipped back gently on the ear. Unconciously he leaned against Resi as they walked slowly back, the wavering sun setting across from them.
He felt so happy, and blew a small neigh "lets play again tomorrow....you're fun"
And Sora smiled.
Kireiryuu Leaning against Sora, Resi nodded her head to his request. Yes! They'd have to play again! "Yes! Of course, Sora!" She neighed back in response as her crimson eyes looked for any signs of Little Eagle. She'd have to go and tease the girl sometime. |

Kireiryuu After having successfully scaring Little Eagle on her return to the teepee, Resi was feeling quite pleased with herself. Not only has she found out how much fun running and eating nuts are, but she also found out that the green stuff on the ground is good to eat! Crimson eyes looked around as she let out a soft nicker. An ear flicked back before she trotted forward and a little ways off from her caretaker.
Draculas Babe Cyrus had been wondering around, and had seen a small Soquili running about. Cyrus walked up behind her, his emerald eyes watching her. "'Ello." he said rather lowly. He looked at her curiously her markings were almost as curious as Zephi's. He waited for her response.
Kireiryuu Just as she thought the coast was clear, a deep voice behind her caught her attention. Resi jumped back slightly as she turned and stared straight at an adult soquili. Crimson eyes widen for a second before regaining her posture. Puffing out her chest slightly and flicking her tail, she replied, "Hello." Would she grow to be that big?
Draculas Babe "You must be new. I'm Cyrus." he said silkily. He smiled. He hadn't seen a new Soquili in awhile so it was nice to see a new face. He tilted his head at her and asked her, "What's your name?" He was sort of looking down at her so he backed up a little so he could see her without looking down.
Kireiryuu As the other soquili introduced himself as Cyrus, Resi tossed her little mane about. Now that he had moved back a bit and she wasn't inclining her head so much, she gave him a small, equine smile. "I am known as Resi. Nice to meet you!" She must be on a roll, two soquili in one day. She took a step towards him and nudged her head against one of his legs, "I woke up from my basket yesterday. Do I get to be as big as you?"
Draculas Babe He chuckled. No wonder she was so small, she was immensly young. "Probably some day." He smiled at her. "I'ts a pleasure to meet you Resi." He watched her curiously. "What have you been up to today Resi?" he asked her casually.
Kireiryuu Once he had asked her that question, Resi's face lit up with happiness! Her tail swished from one side to the other as she replied, "I met Sora today, and he's small like me. We ran to the forest, then showed me how to eat nuts." A nod of her head helped to confirm all the fun that she had during the time she spent with the colt. Crimson eyes lifted up to Cyrus' green ones as she canted her head to the side, "It was a lot of fun."
Draculas Babe He nodded at her "I'm sure it was. I'm afraid I don't know of a Sora. I believe the only colt I know of is Zephi." watched her as he shifted weights. He noticed that the filly was standing front of the apple tree. He walked passed her and reared up into the tree knocking down two apples. "He turned to her want one?"
Kireiryuu Ears turned towards Cyrus as he spoke of another soquili. So there was another one that was small, like her? Turning her body till she was facing him, crimson eyes followed his movements as he reared and knocked down two apples. Curious as to what they were, she took a cautious step towards it and lowered her muzzle slowly. Sniffing it, it smelled almost sweet. Like something Little Eagle would eat. Glancing back towards Cyrus, she questioned, "What is this?"
Draculas Babe "It's an apple," he chuckled unknowing she had probably not even had one at this age. "You can eat it, the red ones are sweet the green ones are sour. I recomend red ones." he smiled as he took a bite into his own. His ears flickered towards hers to see if she was going to at least try one.
Kireiryuu Oh? Something else to eat! Touching it softly with her muzzle, crimson eyes watched him bite into it as Resi opened her mouth. Clamping down on the apple, she bit it, but nothing happened. Trying a little harder, she finally managed to break the skin and have the juice fill her mouth. It was...sweet. Was that the word to describe the taste? Taking another bite, she turned towards Cyrus and nodded her head, "It's good!" Finishing up the apple, she had bitten into the middle but there were hard, little objects there. Biting into one, she spit it out immediately. "Eh. What was that?"
Draculas Babe "That my friend is called the core. You don't eat it. Sorry when I forgot to mention it." He looked up and reared up again knocking a green one down. "Try it, it won't kill you it just has a funky taste." He finished his red one and knocked a green one down for himself and started to eat it.
Kireiryuu The core....Resi would have to remember that. Turning and sniffing the green one, it didn't smell as sweet as the red one. She opened her mouth to test this one out, just like Cyrus had told her. Once her teeth had sunk into the green apple, she quickly drew her head back and stuck out her tongue. "Ek. That one doesn't taste good!" Taking her tongue and raking it across the grass on the ground, she tried to get rid of the bad apple taste. Once it was someone gone, she turned and walked to Cyrus. Raising her head to look at his mane, she put on a pouting face. It was too short to play with!
Draculas Babe He chuckled at her, "That is the taste of sour." He looked at her and flicked his tail around boredly. He laid down in the grass, he was some what look eye to eye with Resi now. "What?" he had seen her eyeing his mane, curiously.
Kireiryuu Sour. Green apple is sour and red apple is sweet, Resi thought to herself. Crimson eyes began to light up as Cyrus laid down on the ground. Now, his mane was closer to her reach! Walking around the other side of him, she went straight for his mane and tugged on it gently, just as she had done with Sora. It was fun. "Your hair is short, like mine," Tossing her mane to emphasize that, "but it was too high up for me to reach!" She nodded her head with a small laugh and flicked her tail.
Draculas Babe He smiled and he nudged her playfully, "Is that so? So if I were to stand up would that make you mad?" He grinned jokingly. "I mean then you wouldn't be able to reach it, but I could easily reach yours." He was teasing her. He flicked his tail threw the grass and leaves catching a few.
Kireiryuu Sticking out her tongue in response, Resi smiled to Cyrus. "Nope! Because then...I can play with that hair." Motioning with her head to his tail. Her hair? Oh, how would she hide it from him...? She moved closer to him and nosed him with her muzzle before spotting the leaves that he moved around with his tail. |

Takakun "hey resi!" Excited, the litle grey colt trotted over to his new friend and gave a good sniff. As he is nudged, he nipped at Resi gently on the ear, and pranced away, snorting.
"where have you been? I've been looking all over for you. little playmate went away so i can go anywhere i want!" he grinned and jumped around the leaves, scattering them in a whirl around his neat hooves.
Kireiryuu As her silvery friend came over to where she was, Resi gave a whinny before promptly nudging him with her muzzle. Tail swished behind her as ears perked up. "Sora! I met this large, black horse...Just like us, only bigger! He showed me how to eat an apple. Red apples are sweet, and green apples are sour." At the word, sour, she made a face and her tongue stuck out. Crimson eyes widen with surprise and excitment, wherever they wanted to go? "Really?!"
Takakun Sora giggled at Resi's expression and flicked his tail at her, turning round and round. He was full of energy this morning.
"A large black horse? WOW. the only soquilis i know are small like us!" he whinnied happily at the word apple, "apples are sweet!sometimes the village women gives some." He leapt to Resi and nudged her quickly around," come on come on come on, lets go explore!"
Kireiryuu Nodding her head, Resi confirmed Sora's question. "Cyrus was huge!" Just after she spoke, and Sora's leap towards her, she returned that with a leap of her own. Upon landing, she raced forward. Crimson eyes looked back at Sora before sticking out her tongue and flicking her tail, all in play. Like a taunt. "Catch me now!"
Takakun He reared as Resi leapt before him and silver hooves pounded into the soft ground. As the lithe brown and red soquili raced off, Sora grinned. what fun! i'll catch you yet! He gave a loud whinny and raced after her, enjoying the wind across his mane and back and they leapt over the tags and baskets and finally out of the village. Keeping close to Resi, he called out , "lets go towards the river!"
Kireiryuu Crimson eyes glanced back at Sora before Resi raced forward. After being on her feet for more than a day, she was getting the hang of moving around, and better yet, running. Tossing her head up and whinnying in reply to Sora's comment, she searched for some water. After a few moments and a few strides later, she could barely make out the water up ahead. Ah, this would be Resi's first encounter with water.
Takakun The bright sun glinted far off, a perfect day for two young soquilis. Sora galloped forward, and catching up to resi, gave a n** at her back but misses. In the open glade, the scent of fast moving water came wafting to the soquili and he neighed excitedly, pushing ahead of his friend and finally plunging into the clear blue waters, its coolness swimming around his slim feet. Laughing loudly, Sora leapt about, splashing Resi in the process. The river here was lower so they didn't need to fear unlike the deeper lakes downstream where big brother often warned Sora not to go further than a few feet in.
Kireiryuu Resi could sense that Sora was getting closer, and just in the nick of time did she dodge a playful n** to her backside. She stuck out her tongue playfully before he sped ahead of her and leapt into that moving thing. Skidding to a stop just on its banks, crimson eyes stared at it curiously. What is it? She watched Sora play in the water and got some on her because of it. Shaking herself, she took a careful step in before quickly drawing her hoof right back out. Crimson eyes looked to Sora, "It's cold!" Carefully, she took a few steps before she was standing almost knee high in the water.
Takakun Bright greens sparkled, watching Resi take hesitant steps into the river. He whickered and splashed gently over to his friend, blowing bubbles from his nostrils as he has stuck his head into the water."isn't it nice? the river moves around and sometimes i fall in! and we can drink from it and see the fishes. big brother said they can be eaten but i dont like to. they look like me! my color anyway.." he gave a shy smile and flicked a wet tail at Resi.
Kireiryuu Crimson eyes followed Sora's movements before Resi let out a peel of giggles. What was Sora doing?! Fish? Canting her head slightly to the side, she looked down at the water to find little things moving away from her. Little silvery things. Fish! Ah, they did remind her of Sora's color. Nodding her head, she leaped in the water, splashing Sora and landing with her legs splayed out. "That was...fun!"
Takakun Sora nodded excited and leaps after Resi, enjoying the spatterings of water over him marking dark grey droplets on his coat. Taking a few steps towards the brown soquili, he suddenly stopped and then plunged one hoove into the water which caused a big splash over one side of Resi. His smile widened and he jumped out, running away before stopping a few feet away, " Resi resi resi resi resi..." He snorted.
Kireiryuu With the splash, Resi shook her head to get rid of the water...only to have Sora call out her name. A snort escaped from her before the wet soquili followed after Sora. Dripping water everywhere as she came up to him. Once she was close by, she leapt in his direction and landed by his side before she snaked her head towards his tail and gave a playful n**. "Gotcha!"
Takakun His laugh only lasted so long just as Resi came suddenly and nipped his tail. "ow!" he uttered and laughingly leapt about her, shaking furiously so water droplets flung about him. His tongue lolled, and Sora slowly dopped his legs below him and curled up on the grass, his head down and resting.
"wow that was fun." he looked towards resi and tentatively took a few bites of the sweet grass.
Kireiryuu As Sora laid himself on the ground, Resi followed suit. Rolling over and successfully getting bits of grass on her coat, she looked back to Sora. "Yea! I've never played in the water before!" Leaning slightly against Sora as crimson eyes gazed around.
Takakun Sora gently nipped at Resi before his eyes dreamily fell shut and he slept on the grass, warm against Resi. |

Kireiryuu Spending some time with her Indian counterpart, Resi had some time to go off on her own; just as long as she didn't wander too far off and got lost. With the sun beaming down on her darken coat and crimson eyes dancing with excitment, the black widow made her way to the forest, the first place she had visited with Sora. Ah, the nuts! Perhaps she should bring some back to Little Eagle; she was sure the girl would like that. Just as she was weaving her way through the trees, ears perked up and she stopped. She had heard a sound not too far off. Sneaking off slowly, she wound her way over to the area only to come in sights with a strange looking creature. Upon further inspection, it was a soquili, just like her! Only this one was not a single color like Sora, but a couple of colors.
chemicalstar Zephyr noticed another soquili from a distance... She was dark and she carried interesting red patterns on her body. Curiosity risen, Zephyr slowly walked towards her. He noticed that her eyes were crimson colored, just like his.. He had never seen a soquili which resembled him of himself this much... the unbearable hardness of carrying thr bone shaped patterns,being different.. thought he started to like it quite a lot.. she would understand. hwoever it would be rude to jump infront of her without a proper inttoruction, so Zephyr stopped a little further away from the female and gave her a bow "Hi there! I am Zephyr!"
Kireiryuu Crimson eyes widen as the other soquili came into full view, and Resi was surprised as well! Though, she couldn't really see the similarities between them for she has never seen what she looks like! Canting her head slightly to the side at his bow, she walked over to him cautiously before stretching out her muzzle and sniffing him. He was a soquili all right. A sly grin grew along her muzzle as she gently nipped at his mane before replying, "I'm Resi! Nice to meet you, Zephyr."
hanging gallow Alona laid down underneath the shade of an oak tree. She could hear two young soquili's a fair distance away, introducing themselves.
I wonder how it would have been like to have met other soquili's when i was younger or even these two legged creatures
Alona thought, however she didn't not let the thought bother her too much, she was happy, much more happy than what she had been, she was tired of being lonely and was glad to be able to meet new creatures, creatures like herself, or even the two legged creatures, especially the one who now took care of her.
chemicalstar Zephyr smiled "Oh Resi, please do call me Zephi, all my friends call me so!" This new soquili seemed like a nice one! He returned her sniff and then sneezed. "Oh sorry, runny nose" he blushed. It was quite embarassing, thinking they had just met and he was sneezing all over the place!
He looked into Resi's eyes "You have crimson eyes! That is lovely! I have never seen a soquili other than me with crimson eyes!" he tried to change the topic so Resi would forget about his sneezing incident and spraying saliva and mucus all over. He tried to read her eyes, but he was not very good at doing that and looked down to his hooves, blushing again.
Kireiryuu Tilting her head slightly, Resi shook her head and slightly giggled at Zephi's sneeze. "Crimson eyes? What is that?" She flicked her tail and pranced in a circle around the colt. As she did so, out in the distance, she thought she spotted a lone figure. Turning her attention back to Zephi, she whinnied.
hanging gallow Alona heard a sneeze and perked her ears up in alarm, however after declaring that it must had been one of the young soquili's, she turned her in to attention to her surroundings.
Alona was happy it was fall, she loved the fall, she loved the change of the leaves colors, and the how the weather was a little bit more chiller than before, Fall excited her a little and made her feel a bit giddy at the same time.
She snorted at a brown oak leaf infront of her and watched as it flutter up only to land on the ground again.
hmm, leaves Alona thought got up and looked around the oak tree, she then quickl pranced around the tree just to hear the crackle of the leaves as she trotted over them. Alona giggled a little and laid back down and looked to make sure no one had seen what she had done.
Draculas Babe Cyrus was wondering around aimlessly when he spotted Resi. He trotted over to her. "Hello Querida." He smiled at her. "How are you faring today?" His ebony coat glimmered in the sunlight. He peered down at the small Soquili. He had met her yesterday and she was nice.
Kireiryuu Ears perked up at a familiar voice as Resi spun around and landed right in front of Cyrus. Smiling, her tail flicked from side to side, "Cyrus!" Crimson eyes shifted back to Zephi, two friends in one day! What her luck! Rearing up on Cyrus' side, she tried to get that short mane of his.
Draculas Babe He teased her with his name brushing it against her side, suprisingly it wasn't firm and rigid as it seemed. It was smooth. He nipped at her own main softly, careful of his strength. He looked up at a crackling noise. "Is anyone there?" He called out.
chemicalstar Zephyr giggles at Resi "Yes your eyes are red.. haven't you noticed?" he asked with surprise. He had seen his reflection so many times in the water.
Then he noticed Cyrus... "He Cyrus!" Zephi yelled to his symbolic brother. He had missed him since their adventure in the cave! "How are you?"
Draculas Babe "Good and how are you?" he smiled at Zephi. He knew Zephi and Resi would sometime meet since their both foals and in the similar area. He flicked his tail around, watching the two. He aswell hadn't seen Zephi since the cave. Coinsidence? (lol)
hanging gallow Alona's head perked up, she noticed a large black stallion meeting the the younger soquili. Alona turned her head away to put more attention into the large oak leaf. She hoped that the the black stallion didn't notice her prance around the oak tree.
Kireiryuu Resi blinked. "I have red eyes....like you!" Wow, she didn't know that, but now she did! Trying to get Cyrus' short mane, the little blakc widow shook her head at Cyrus' teasing. Sticking out her tongue at the male, she turned to Zephi. They knew each other? "You know Cyrus, Zephi?" Another attempt on the male's mane before prancing in a circle around the stallion.
Draculas Babe He titled his head at the sound again. He looked and he had thought he had seen something or someone. He looked harder and seen a coffee colored mare. He nickered to her to join him, Resi and Zephi. He watched the mare's response.
chemicalstar Zephi was glad to see Cyrus was OK, he was injured badly in oreder to protect him some time before. "I am good, thank you so much!" Turning to Resi "Yes I know Cyrus! He is like a big brother to me!" He gave abig grin to Cyrus and pricking his ears, he noticed another soquyili was around too. Then he turned his attention to Resi one more time. He wondered why he didn't meet her before. She was different than other soquili he had met.. she was so innocent and sweet.
hanging gallow Alona's head perked up, he had spotted her she nickered back that she would come. She looked around careful and got up and slowly trotted over to the young soquili's and the soquili.
"Hello, my name is Alona", she said softly as her eyes watched for the expression on the other soquili's faces.
Kireiryuu Listening to Zephi, Resi made her way to the colt and leaned up against him. Flicking her tail against his haunches, her curiosity was peeked by another soquili. So, she wasn't seeing things after all; she had thought she spotted a figure some ways off! Crimson eyes looked over the larger soquili and marveled at Alona's size. Almost the same height as Cyrus! "Hallo. I'm Resi!" The mare's hair was long and curly...oh, she could surely get that to play with!
Draculas Babe He smiled at Zephi's comment, "And you are like a little brother aswell." He looked up at the mare's approaching. "Hello, Alona. Tis a pleasure to meet you. I'm Cyrus." He looked at the foals he was about to introduce them and figured they were old enough to. He smiled warmly to the Alona.
chemicalstar Zephi blushed again as Resi leaned against him. What was with all this blushing?? He thanked that his fur was dark and more or less hide the blushing. It was such a gily thing to blush yet here he was... He cursed his shy personality and flicked his tail with an emotion in between nervousness and happiness. "Hi there!" he shoudted to the new comer.
hanging gallow Alona smiled back at Cryus,Cryus's smiled made her feel welcomed to meet them.
"It is also a pleasure to meet you Cryus, and Resi" she said warmly. She enjoyed meeting other soquili's, especially the younger ones. However these two young soquilis looked different from other ones she had seen. Both were colored very unsual, unique in a different way, and both bore the same mishevious crimson eyes, however Alona was sure that Resi looked a little more mischevious as if she was noticing something she could get in to.
Kireiryuu Since Resi was closest to Zephi, his fluffy mane would do just fine. Snaking her way over to his, she nosed it before gently nipping it. Apparently she liked to play around with manes. Letting go of his mane, she walked over to Alona and looked up at the mare before nickering. "Nice to meet you." And as she said that, she slowly snaked her way around the mare towards her mane for a gently n** and a happy whinny, "I gotcha!"
Draculas Babe Cyrus smiled back at Alona and laind down tired of standing up he had been standing up for awhile and was getting bored with it. He flicked his tail back and forth. He looked at Zephi and noticed he was blushing, To put it out there he said, "Your blushing Zephi," rather loudly. He winked at him so only Zephi could see him. Cyrus and his sarcasm. Just lovely. He watched Resi's mane frenzy expand to Alona. He chuckled a bit at Resi she was so young and lively. It was good to see so much enthusiasm in one say.
hanging gallow Alona giggled slightly as she saw Zephi blush and watched as Resi nipped at his mane. Alona watched as Resi made her way over to her nickering at her. Alona nickered back saying, "Nice to meet you too" however watched as Resi snaked her way around to n** at her mane. When Resi nipped her mane and whinny at her Alona giggled at the enthusam of young filly, and playful pretend to try to n** at Resi little mane.
chemicalstar Zephi was rather happy with Resi fiddling with his mane. He then heard Cyrus' comment and snorthed and blushed into deep bordoux. He tried to act if he has not heard it but it was impossible cuz all he could do was to smile rather childishly.
He then pranced to Resi and bite her tail!
Draculas Babe He watched Zephi, "Hey kid, pick on someone your own size." He chuckled at him and got up, playing with his mane teasing him such as a big brother would do. He acted as a big brother to many it was just his personality aswell as being serious. He is serious quite a bit but he was feeling rather playful today. He knocked him around with his muzzle playfully.
Kireiryuu Blinking as Resi smiled to Alona, she turned to look at Cyrus, but not before sticking out her tongue. With his nuzzle, she was about to get his mane since he was close to her, but she jumped. Something had her tail! Leaping in a circle, she landed before looking at Zephi. Crimson eyes narrowed playfully as she raced towards him, "I'm going to get you." The comment about blushing forgotten at the moment, since she didn't know what that meant.
hanging gallow Alona couldn't help but laugh at Cyrus and Zephi, they seemed to be as close as two brothers would be. Alona decided that she enjoyed the two company of the enthused soquili's. She aslo decided that Cryus seemed to be kind and caring however some how she could see that he had a deep serious side to him somewhere, however it showed just a little presences at the time being. Alona smiled back at Resi and watched as the mishevious foal aimed for Cyrus mane again. However Resi noticing something else bothering and chased after Zephi. Alona couldn't help herself, but laugh even harder.
chemicalstar Zephyr mumbles something at Cyrus but it did not make any sense because his mouth was full of Resi's tail. H ewas sooo going to get Cyrus after Resi! Then letting go of her tail he shouted "Get me if you can!" and started to run in circlers around the Black Widow.
On his running he winked at Alona and giggled. She seemed like a very thoughtful and nice soquili!
Kireiryuu Whinnying in response to Zephi circling around her, Resi leapt in leaps and bounds after the colt. After a few attempts to get him, she tried for his tail, only to miss by a few inches. Crimson eyes followed his every movements as she weaved around the larger soquilis playfully. Then, she blinked and looked to Cyrus as she skidded to a stop. "Tag? What is that?"
chemicalstar Zephi smiled at Resi "See?" and he stuck his tongue and giggled. Then trotting up to Cyrus he gave a playful bite at the mane imitating Resi and then he turned to Alona "Nice to meey you! But I have to leave to check on my owners... See you soon?" Then looking at Cyrus he shouted "See you Cyrus!! I will make you suufeerrr" he laughed rather happily and then finally, the hardest goodbye was that he had to give to Resi. He didn't know what to do, panicked and gave a sloppy kiss on her cheek and ran off with embarassment. He hoped she could stand him after such a lousy behavior! What was happening to him?
Kireiryuu With a peel of laughter coming from her, Resi watched Zephi copy her and tease Cyrus. Just as she made her way back over to the group, Zephi declared that he had to leave. As he was saying good-bye and making his rounds, she got a sloppy lick on the cheek! It felt strange and wet, but happy to know that she had made more friends. |
