To set up the actual city. Now I'm assuming we are going to have the different districts listed for us to above the . I'm guessing it's going to be set up like this
City Center
Historic District
Financial District
Tek Town
The Outpost
Northern Docks
Gordon Park
Paragon Lane
Kirk Square
Shepard's Hill
Oaken Vista
Severance
Quarantine
Kindhart Place
Winters Edge
Angels Walk
The United Technocracy
Bannock Grove
Southern Docks
The Haven
If not, someone can say otherwise.
Going over Pans post on the Issue System, It's obvious that we are going to have to all play under a Story Arc System. With the amount of districts we have, I can already tell that we would have people just wandering around different districts trying to cause trouble or someone would patrol and the occasional fight would breaking out.
Another thing is how are we going to go about setting up who goes where?Are we going to have heroes just popping up where ever they feel like?I'm thinking we can have certain heroes who are known for patrolling certain areas.For Example: Daredevil is known for protecting Hells Kitchen, Batman is known for patrolling Gotham City, etc. Not everyone has to patrol a certain area but at least have a couple who do.

It's a good idea to have people patrolling areas that mean something to them. We could twin this idea with possible alliances.
What I mean here is if there's a superhero team, they could decide to split up and patrol various areas, so that they cover more ground, but are in almost constant communication to know what's going on.
An idea that I have for this, which would probably be rather difficult to keep on top of is having a thread saying which area each character is in. If this were to go into place, every mod would have to check it every so often to make sure that it's correct, and if something is out of place, they'd have to edit the post.
As I said, difficult to keep on top of.

I agree with the Certain area thing. See Dorian will be in the University Area because he's Studying there. So it makes sense that he'll be there fighing crime.....though im thinking about having him start at the airport and make his way to the College.......

As I said, difficult to keep on top of. Maybe it could be updated once a day or something,so it gives you an estimate of where the person is. Or in the corner of your post,you could write "Is at the university" Or "Is at the haven" or something

Just because its in LoudMouths character to live on the edge he is definitly going to be stationed at the Financial District lol. Mess with the little kiddy supers and play with Citadel Creeks Finest.
