Okay so i figured my last journal wasn't going so well and i was getting sick of updating it and restarting it so im just going to make a new one. This time i have one major goal in mind...PROM. I want to look amazing for that night, you only get one prom. (but theres still senior ball...) My goal is to lose 40lbs by may, but 50lbs is my main goal. July 17th 2009, Week 1, Day 1:Breakfast: Rasin Bran, milk: 210Lunch: Scrambled eggs with ketchup ^_^: 359Snacks: 2 pieces of gum: 10handful of peanuts: 50dinner: bad. not my fault but bad. french toast sticks, suasage patty, syrup, bagel: 1,050 gonk water: X X X X X XTOTAL: 1,679exercise: hour of ddr, random dancing in the living room for about 10 minutes lol...
Not too bad today, besides the crappy dinner, but hey i have to eat what my parents cook so...yea

sorry i didn't post these last few days. i got grounded from the computer. July 22, Week 1, Day 2:Breakfast: Cereal:150Lunch: Eggplant parm: 400Snacks: Saltines: 120gum: 10Dinner: has happened yet...Water: X X so far...Excercise: yoga, core work, ddr will write more later...

August 12th, Week 3 day 2 Breakfast: Fruit Loops...:160Lunch: good ole pb&j: 350snacks: popcorn:100oatmeal cookies that my sister made that were really gross but i ate them out of common courtusy: 240ishDinner: hasn't happened yet...Water: X X / so far...exercise: went for a run this morning, did some kickboxing, going for another run later.
