yah they are but they choose to drink blood u can get the vampire perk

they said specificly they werren't cannibals the just love the taste of blood ..maybe vampire is an understatement but cannibal is overdoing it ...

There's another entrance somewhere (I forget/don't have the map in front of my eyes/am too lazy to google search for the map) but the whole path is trapped like crazy.

you can also go through the tunnel under the suger bomb collecting goul's lab...(the manhloe next to the toxic waste...)

i recently got there the second i talked to the old guy i knew something was up but once looked in the basement i said these exact words "i knew it"then i went outside found everyone whipped out my alien balster and killed everyone mrgreen it was really fun

My most recent playthrough I just shot all their weapons out of their hands and ran around avoiding them for as long as I could. It wasn't as fun as I thought it would be, seeing as I didn't take them far. Just ran a couple laps around Andale before one of them got his gun back and I ended up missing the gun and hitting his stomach. The other 3 quickly followed suit with the same gun...
