Omfg I just found the bodies and stuff in Andale down in that guy's basement Finally more cannibals (If you have the cannibal perk theres a special speech option where you say " I wouldve grabbed a snack but that would be impolite") Go cannibals!!! wooot

There's also random encounter cannibals.
Surprised they don't eat each other.
Edit: The Family are cannibals too, aren't they?

The family's hideout is in Meresti Metro Station, which can only be reached by entering Meresti Trainyard, east of Arefu.
Quest related (Blood Ties). Don't forget to talk to Vance about learning their ways. Reward: Hematophage Perk. ^^

Racuvar The family's hideout is in Meresti Metro Station, which can only be reached by entering Meresti Trainyard, east of Arefu. Quest related (Blood Ties). Don't forget to talk to Vance about learning their ways. Reward: Hematophage Perk. ^^ There's another entrance somewhere (I forget/don't have the map in front of my eyes/am too lazy to google search for the map) but the whole path is trapped like crazy.

i recently got there the second i talked to the old guy i knew something was up but once looked in the basement i said these exact words "i knew it"then i went outside found everyone whipped out my alien balster and killed everyone mrgreen it was really fun

My most recent playthrough I just shot all their weapons out of their hands and ran around avoiding them for as long as I could. It wasn't as fun as I thought it would be, seeing as I didn't take them far. Just ran a couple laps around Andale before one of them got his gun back and I ended up missing the gun and hitting his stomach. The other 3 quickly followed suit with the same gun...
