I've finally got around to changing the blank forums to their proper names. There are currently three blank subforums all named "Member's choice Forum." any ideas for what these should become will be welcomed, and the top 5 best ideas will be put up in a poll. the three ideas that get the most votes will be implemented.

Well, it kinda makes it easier to find a place to get images for flags if someone can't draw or is having a hard time finding a suitable flag. o__o
Signatures/Banners is another idea although it could probably be put under one thread on the main forum.
