She certainly does. After I had watched the anime and started playing the game again, her much deeper american voice through me off a bit.

I just realized a few days ago that besides Luna from Lunar: Silver Star Story complete (Which is an awesome game mind you) Tear is the only other RPG character I can think of who's voice is magical.
