This divisions goal is to protect those on earth from Hollows plain and simple. As such most people in this squad should be well balanced in both Kendo and Kidou.

1. Avoid infighting as much as possible, if you really must take it to the training grounds but once its settles its settled.
2. Don't kill each other, Giobe frowns when he has to scrape a body off of the wall.
3. No godmodding or Auto Hitting, I will personally kick you out of this division and then go punch a baby in the face. (The Captain is an exception though trust me this will only happen if you are foolish enough to do so first)
4. Leave your crap at the door, if you want to whine go blog about it or cut yourself. (Don't actually cut yourself though if it's that bad find a person to talk to privately please)

Listen its going to happen, it always does. There will be someone that will make the same mistake over and over again grammatically. Instead of grumbling about it behind the persons back help them out even if it is me. If you are the person recieving this advice take it and don't be offended if you are never told what you do wrong you never trully learn from your mistakes and if I am this person please let me know and I will do my best to improve.
