Here's a list of stuff that can't be done in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Now I can't be 100% sure whether it can be done with some of them, so there's something I can say before you start complaining. Also, if there's something you know you can't do and it's not on my list, I'd gladly put in your ideas :3

Things You Can't Do ● You cannot WiFi in the city
Notes: Though I can't be completely sure, all the things I've tried failed.
● You can't get a golden axe/silver axe during WiFi activity
● You can't go push a villager/have a villager where the bus drives
Notes: When you go up to the bus sign the 2nd sentence will say "The bus can't come when someone's in the way!"
● You can't have Wisp come out during WiFi
Notes: He'll just say he's shy and doesn;t want to come out when someone's at your town/while your at someone else's town
● Unable to enter cuss words into catchphrases, greetings, etc.
Notes: The only time you can cuss is in a letter cause they don't fully filter it I guess. (this is a theory, cause I tried it in Wild World/Population: Growing)
● You can't glitch while WiFi is off.
Notes: I guess there are probably some glitches, but I think it's only available with hacker stuff.
● You can't grow trees right next to each other or another object (other than dropped items, fruit, and flowers)
● You can't do menu chat while sitting
Notes: Duh, all of you should know this. But you can talk while sitting/laying down/etc. with a keyboard. (visit the next post to see what you can do)
● You can't jump/swim
Notes: Now THIS is the thing that made some people sad. It would be nice to be able to jump so you can dodge incoming bugs or something. Swimming would just be a fun game to do with friends.
● You can't be able not to do the job at Nooks
Notes: Now this is what makes most people pretty mad. He does ask you if you'd like to do it in the beginning but he makes you do it anyway.
● You can't put 3 or more things on a table and 2 or more thins on an end table
● You can't use magic to grow back grass
● You can't have people die when you hit them with an axe.
Notes: ...BECAUSE THEY'RE RUBBER!
● You can't take pictures in the bus
● You can't hold more than 15 (?) things in your pockets
Notes: I need to check how many things you can hold in your pockets...
● You can't manual design while your gates are open/you are hosting or traveling in your or friend's town.
Note: You can make pro designs in Able's when your gates are open
● You can't save designs while someone is in your town
● You can't order from your catalog while in another persons' town
Note: You can order while someone is in your town. :3
● You can't talk to Rover on the phone during WiFi
● You can't brutally murder other characters on City Folk.
● You can't not have a triangular nose if you don't have a mii mask.
● You can't crossbreed tulips with roses.
● You can't steal other animals' furniture without cheating.
● You can't eat the other animals.Now, I'll be updating soon. :3 I ran out of ideas xD

Things You Can Do
● You can talk while sitting, fishing, looking in the sky, walking/running/jogging, and laying in a bed with a keyboard.
● You can talk in the WiiSpeak either know the page is loading, you're talking to someone, listening to K.K. Slider in a live performance, etc.
Notes: You can basically do anything while a WiiSpeak has the blue light activated.
● You can fish, dig holes, and catch bugs while in a glitch that involves being on top of it.
● You can make Pro designs at Able's (though when a friend is coming it'll say 'please halt conversations') when your gate's open.
● You can push people (not villagers) out of houses or into another room.
● You can kick people out of your town.Again, I ran out of ideas. sweatdrop

I have something to add to your list: You can't take a picture of either Redd or the Resetti Surveillance Center and then save it to your SD card. When you try to save it, it the game tells you that there is no SD card inserted even when there is. I originally thought my card was busted, but then I realized that of course Redd doesn't want you saving his picture because it might get out to the fuzz. xd And as for Resetti, I guess pictures of his place would cause security issues. That or he hates having his picture taken. xp

i took a pic of the resetti center place XP so that ones ruled out o.o

i took a pic of the resetti center place XP so that ones ruled out o.o
EDIT: you also cant design in ables when gates are openWell I can. Whenever I open my gates I make pro designs. I just can't make regular designs that when you press "edit design" on your design tab when my gates are open.

Well I'm sorta sure everyone knows they can't do that. It's just those then that when you do it your character or whatever says you can't do blah blah blah. I guess I'll add these just for laughs xd
