I was thinking that because in EA's NHL games, they have the option of playing with the teams in the Swedish, German and Finnish hockey leagues, and with the farm teams that back up Professional hockey teams with young players, that in future Madden games they could do like they did with NFL Europe in Madden... 2005, I think and put in the option of playing with the CFL teams. I say this because I am a resident of Canada and I love both the CFL and Madden, and not only it would help the CFL generate some more revenue for the the players and for better sponsors like what the NFL has. It could bring together the two major football leagues. Im tired of NFL fans thinking that the CFL is just a bunch of the NFL's rejects, which for some players, is true, but not all of them. The CFL is just a different type of Football than the NFL, thats why you see players from the NFL who try to gets some glory back in the CFL fail epically each time. An O-line from the NFL is much bigger and slower than a CFL O-line, because the difference in the games demands different qualities. Anyway, this was just an Idea to pitch, sorry I got so into detail with it.

yeah Probably no time soon, maybe in the future but for now only the north Americans can enjoy football.
Oh and the first time I saw the CFL I was severely confused but soon after figured some of it out.

It would be hard to do what NHL and MLB do because their isn't a source to do it with (unless they can add in the CFL), they could try to do more of actual collage players but the NCAA has some kind of gay rule were the collage players can't make money off their image, meaning no modeling, no endorsement unless collage related, and no authorizing Madden to use their likeness or name to make money (also includes the NCAA games, another reason I don't like collage football).

It's always true in Madden. NCAA and Madden do have a draft but thats it.

I hope so, I'm tired of getting bench warmers in the draft that are clearly computer generated. More realness in the draft would make it a lot funner. I usually trade my draft picks to sure up my team after a fantasy draft.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think I remember a lot of customization for a particular game. I had a PC version of Madden 03 I think, and I could have sworn I made my own team, created players, and customized my stadium. Don't remember any of that stuff being in the recent versions.

And yeah, players should have their own styles more.

My problem with EA football games is that when you're on defense, and you're not playing defensive line, they become useless and cant do anything, same with linebackers, they just charge into blocks. The secondary? Dont get me started. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE OPEN!!!! Its doesnt matter what coverage I throw at an offense, someone is there. I mean, I crush running games like bugs, they get a maximum of 30 yards a game against me, but passing yards alwyas end up from 150 to 250, and even if they dont score touchdowns, it pisses me off how much I have to use Rewind in Madden 09. And on the offense? The O-line cant block for s**t when you're playing offense, When I run the ball, if I get anywhere near a d-lineman being blocked, he immediately breaks off and tackles me, and I end up getting 2-3 yards. And on pass blocking? They fall apart like an old building, I've watched the replays, and all a Defensive End has to do against even a overall 99 LT or RT is run away about 3 yards, then comeback inside, and the Tackle wont do s**t. The defense also gets waaaay too smart when you're playing offense. I'm sick of running a large variety of plays, and the Defense still knows EXACTLY where I'm going. And with create-a-player/team? They need to make the uniforms more realistic, with trim for the numbers, and they need a better color palette, I dont like taking 10 minutes to make a single color right. With stadiums, you should be able to color everything in the stadium the way you want it, not by how the game reacts to your color choices for your uniform and logo. The Logos? You should be able to go in full depth with the logos, being able to color each individual section, like on the bulldog logo, I should be able to have separate color for the eyes and the trim. Now thats a rant.

Yeah, cause my custom QB is a Scrambler, my RB is just a powerhouse and runs through the line like it's nothing, and my WR has good hands.

And look at Steve Smith. He can catch in any type of coverage, and when he gets the ball, he can break through the Defensive Back with ease, but in Madden he just catches, and gets tackled. And for throwing in the pocket, that hard because you basically only have a limited amount of time before you get sacked. Which is way I scramble a lot and throw out of the pocket. Also, when you create a team for the PS2, you can't make your own type of logo like you can on the 360 and on the 360 customizing stadiums is a whole lot cooler. So they should make the PS2 version in creating, like the 360s creating.
