If you want to add your roleplay to this guild, this is how to do it:
Things to Consider Before Posting Your Topic: • Is your idea complete? • Is there already a roleplay similar to yours here? • Will NNR members like your idea? • If accepted, will your roleplay stay active?
Do's: • Make sure your topic is organized. • Make sure your spelling and grammar is correct. • Add some pictures/descriptions of your roleplay world. • Expect that there will (most likely) be things changed/removed/added to your roleplay. • Check your roleplay topic every time you log on to see if there's been anything new said about it. • Once posted, title your topic as "The Name of the Roleplay (Pending)"
Don't's: • End your roleplay explanation with a question. EX: How will you survive? • Post your topic if the plot is sloppy or incomplete. (If you need help figuring out the rest of it, contact GoldenSparrow, or ask fellow members.) • Post in your topic's title that you are accepting characters. • Get mad if your idea doesn't get accepted. Not everyone's does.
Follow this outline, and you have a good chance for your idea to be accepted. We can't wait to read your idea!
Any questions? Post them here!

I'm confused at what you mean by Don't post the character profile skeleton. If you don't post it, then how with the roleplayers fill out a profile to join?

The roleplayers won't need to join until the roleplay is accepted. We wouldn't want them getting confused, thinking they could join when they shouldn't.

Oh, I see. So after it's accepted, the profile skeleton will be added, correct?

If it's an OOC (the description of the roleplay and the characters), it should go... in the Roleplay OOCs sub-forum, obviously.
The actually place to roleplay (but you only post this once your idea is accepted), is in the Roleplays sub-forum.

So do we wait for the RP to be accepted in full, do we need a certain number of people who are going to join?

SkyGanko So do we wait for the RP to be accepted in full, do we need a certain number of people who are going to join? Sorry I took so long to reply... I didn't see your post here.
Yes, you wait for the idea to be accepted before continuing to add characters or other things. And, depending on the style of the roleplay, there will need to be a certain amount of people who've joined before it can open. With most roleplays here, it's about 10 people. But, if it's something with clans or tribes, such as a Warrior Cats roleplay, it would need plenty people for each clan/tribe, not just 10 members total.
Hope that helps!

Is it alright to post a roleplay you're creating and have it under construction? Or do you have to have it already fully created before posting?

Under Construction is fine, so long as you don't take too long! We just want to make sure that you're not still coming up with the idea after you've posted.

So.... What if I just joined, and don't like any of the roleplays already out there? Must I join one before I can create one more to my tastes?

Well I would certainly hope you'd at least try to join one. We've all joined a roleplay once in our time that we didn't like so much.
But, if you really don't like any, you can fire off some ideas. Just know that you'll have to be extra careful at staying active and participating so that we'll know for sure that you will stay a good member in the guild.
