Do you mean when you lower your CL on the field and then you want to change it back to full power?
You have to go to the null chamber.

You can lower it anytime, but to unsupress you need to go back to the null.

you go to the null chamber click suppress cl and put the meter way up and you will get your cl back

to unsurpress, u have to go to null chamber then either click on menu-> surpress CL (or its changed to change CL or something now >_>)
or talk to trixie (idk if its still like that but thats how it was for me)

Although she used to do so, Trixie no longer provides that function...
At this point in the development, you can only unsuppress your CL by going to the null chamber and accessing the charge level under your menu option.
