I seem to strugle with arms and hands I've seen many instructors and "How to's" on anime hands. Can you show me different styles. I usually avoid drawing arms be makeing the picture look like their hand are behind their backs.

Stop selling yourself short by hiding the arms and hands. You'll never improve if you don't at least attempt to draw them. So draw them! And use references like people sitting around you, or yourself in a mirror. Draw them often, draw them from life, pay attention to the underlying structures, and you'll start to see improvements in no time! 3nodding

I know what you are coming from. I used to hide arms and ignore the existence of legs as well. When I started to actually draw the full body (all parts included) the hands and feet looked horrible, especially compared with the face and torso. Spend a few scraps of papers to just jot down a big load of hands, feets and whatnots. Try imagining as many different poses you can! The worst part will be to later on match the limbs with the actual body...
