Each role play will move at its own pace as well, so it would be easier if each mission thread had it's own calender in the first post. As for main forums like the BO or the Noah's Mansion, this can be posted in places of importance such as Komui's office.
Also, for the first post of the mission thread, put up everyone's present synchronization rates. At the end of the mission, calculate how much your syncro rate went up and add it to your current rate. Refer to the Battle system thread as needed. Feel free to ask questions in the Chat thread in the main forum.
