Regulations
Alucard sez:
1. Spamming and bumping
This is a seperate forum, therefore bumping is not required. Please refrain from doing so. Also, spamming will not be tolerated. Please avoid creating spam threads and posts which impede discussion.
2. Leet Speek
No chat/leet/noobspeak. It irritates me and a great many other people. Keep your posts civilized and somewhat interpretable. That's how questions get answered.
3. Character Discussion
Favorite character discussions are fine, but please say WHY you like them, not just "walter pwnz", as that is somewhat vague and inconclusive. Along these lines, you are entitled to your own opinion on certain characters, but please do not insult other's opinions about said characters. The are entitled to their own opinion, not to yours.
4. Topics
Topics not directly involving Hellsing are permitted and encouraged! As the guild home page states, you don't have to have even seen Hellsing to be a member. Just keep them in the general realm of the subforum topics.
Try to stay on topic within the thread you're posting in. If you notice the rest of the people in the thread are wildly off-topic, bring up a new one to get the discussion going again.
Alucard_ Please note that you ARE allowed to make new threads, as long as there's not already a thread like it (that may seem obvious, but I've seen guilds who don't allow creating new topics)
5. Respect
Do NOT flame this guild, the admin, or other members. Differences can be used productively for discussion, not for offense. Flaming and Flame wars will NOT be tolerated. All participating offenders will be issued a warning if such an event should occur.
Respect fellow officers, and the guild regulations and this organization will run smoothly and efficiently.
-------
These may or may not be added to at a later time. Thank you for your patience.

Donations
Kindly make any and all donations to The Hellsing Organization user account rather than the guild itself. Thanks!
Staff Members
Captain
Ace of Death
Vice Captains Gorenza Sir_Catherine
Treasurer The Hellsing Organization
Please don't ask to be Crew. All Crew are secretly selected. We're kind of like the mafia that way, except we carry our guns in plain sight instead of wimpy violin cases biggrin
If you would like to be CONSIDERED for Crew, show me that you're decently active around here and that we can trust you to deal with things without implementing your own brand of vigilante justice. ------The Crew

Forum Etiquette
This list was originally created as a guide of what to post and what not to post in this forum. I had taken for granted the fact that most people know how to conduct themselves in Gaia and that the rules on the front page would suffice. Since then, hordes of people have proven me wrong by making the most random threads imaginable.
Disregard the fact that many of these pointers seem to be very strange. They have indeed happened, and they're listed here to show you just how lacking in common sense some people are
First of all, let me just say that even if something isn't in the rules or in here it might still be considered spam. Do not get mad if one of the staff locks/deletes your spammy topic because it "wasn't in the rules". The most extensive list of rules on earth cannot replace common sense
Weird things people have posted
arrow A thread about Alucard as a shoe salesman
arrow A disgusting vampire joke
arrow Some people tried to trick members into clicking on their Outwar/SamuraiWar/any kind of site where when you click it it says you've been recruited, or you've given so-and-so more units. A guy got banned for doing that.
arrow Creating threads about how inactive the guild is. This is especially stupid when the person posting it is very inactive compared to the rest of the guild.
arrow Making a poll that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic they posted.
What to do before you post: arrow Use your eyes. In particular, use them to locate threads that deal with what you're about to post, then post in them instead of creating repeat topics.
arrow SCROLL DOWN and see if something about your topic has already been posted. If it has, post on that user's thread rather than making your own thread and cluttering the forum.
arrow think about whether it's something people other than yourself would find interesting enough to reply to.
arrow If you don't know whether something you want to post is considered spam or not, or whether it should be posted in a sticky instead, ask one of the crew. It takes a lot longer to confer with the other crew members and decide to lock/delete a thread rather than taking 10 seconds to say yes or no to a PM.
arrow Think about your thread's topic. Using your supernatural sixth sense (reading), place the thread in the proper subforum. If you can't find one that fits, you probably shouldn't post it.
arrow Title your thread accurately and descriptively. "Hi" does not qualify. Neither does "I was wondering..." "What if..." or "This is so funny!" Finish your thought, make it clear, so people will know what on earth your thread's about. People don't have time to look at every wacky-titled thread.
Common things people do that they shouldn't:
arrow Asking to join then never posting
arrow Posting threads about Alucard being Dracula. We know, ok?
arrow Posting "vs" threads/polls
