As vice captain and due to how we are just staffing. I don't think Shiro would mind if your character already knows most, if not all of them, but if you insist on wanting to learn I can help with it. I know Kira should be back online soon, but its really up to you, like I said, the only people who will have to earn their Zanpakuto, ban-kai, shunpo, and all that, are the members. Not crew or Captain. Once all the seats and squads are filled, or mostly filled, that's when people will have to start earning their stripes. At least that's how I think it works.
