So for the past two days now, I've been watching some shows (anime) on hulu. Which is in either Chinese or Japanese. But what's odd is that a lot of the stuff I understand, and after a while, it seems like english. I read the captions, of course, but that doesn't really seem like that would make it sound like my only language I know. I've never learned any other language, other than bits of German and Spanish. And tonight, a few times, I've heard some people talking in the background, and it sounds like a foreign language. When I know they're not. I'm starting to think something might seriously be wrong with me.

You're just watching too much. I had the same thing happen two years ago when all my anime series were taking too long to sub. Such a shame I lost the ability after switching to manga.
