Turyaza, srry if you dont want this, but I thought it would be a good idea. My guild has a whole bunch of events!
Events:
Artist of the Month: select something to draw, and best drawing wins artist of the month. You could throw in a prixe *optional*

Nono, ideas are great! :3 I'm a little pressed for time right now, but I'll definitely pop back in with ideas XD
One I was thinking of was maybe a staff appreciation contest hosted once a year where anyone, artists and customers could make art (or a story, or something) about any staff member.

We could offer prizes for art on each staff member--if all the prizes are the same, I think everyone would get about the same amount XD
