SHINIGAMI OF SOUL SOCIETY GUIDE
Step 1 - Post a profile using the profile skeleton in the forum "Profiles" this is MANDATORY. This is for Any race Arrancar, Hollow, Shinigami, Vaizard etc etc. (You can go back and edit it as you train and grow stronger so don't worry.)
Step 2 - Go to the Shinigami Acadamy forum do all the required things. You don't have to wait for someone to approve it to make matters faster. Just check when it does get approved. But, you can move to step 3 before it is to speed things up.
Step 3 - Now you can go to Zanpaktou Training forum. You can individually train and get your Zanpakuto a seated or qualified member will assist you in this. You may not move on until your Zanpaktou has been achieved.
Step 4A- Picking a Division. Just go to the division and read how that captain has it set up for you to join. Remember each captain is different and has his/her own way of doing things.
Step 4b - Now after talking to the captain getting okay to join the squad. You can now enjoy your squad get popular with other members of your squad. Train with them. If you are a seated member of a squad you may now start your training into Shi-kai, and enter training for Kidou
Now you have completed the guide for becoming a Shinigami of Soul Society. You can now hang out in soul society and train with friends. You can go to other squads and hang out as well, you are never in shackles in chains to your squad.

VIZARDS OF REAL WORLD GUIDE
(you must become a shinigami before becoming a vizard)

Step 2 - Go to the Shinigami Acadamy forum do all the required things. You don't have to wait for someone to approve it to make matters faster. Just check when it does get approved. But, you can move to step 3 before it is to speed things up.
(The following steps 3-4b are optional however if you skip them your only hurting yourself you can't attain shi-kai, or Ban-kai unless you obtain it as a Shinigami first. )

Step 5 - You can now defect and meet other Vizards to obtain your mask. Go to other Vizards or find some other Vizard to help you control your mask. YOU CANNOT get control of your mask alone. You need another Vizards help. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Step 6 - Now you train to control your mask longer. You can do this alone after you get control. You can protect real world to if you want or whatever. You can meet Vizard leader. Then pretty much you are a Vizard.
You are pretty much free now. You are a rebel a deserter and an outcast do what you want. You are not restricted to Real World only. but, I am sure there will be action there.
ARRANCAR/HOLLOW OF HUECO MUNDO GUIDE
Step 1 - Post a profile using the profile skeleton in the forum "Profiles" this is MANDATORY. This is for Any race Arrancar, Hollow, Shinigami, Vaizard etc etc. (You can go back and edit it as you train and grow stronger so don't worry.)
Step 2 - Unlike Vizard or shinigami you do not need to attend the Acadamy. You do how ever need to be trained by an espada or an arrancar no less than 3 levels above you.
Step 3 - You now start off as a hollow in Hueco Mundo. You can remain a hollow or become a Arrancar. If you wanna remain a hollow just go ahead and stay hollow and reek havoc in Real World and chill in hueco mundo. If you wanna be a Arrancar then I will explain in these next two steps.
Step 4 - Go and find a espada or Arrancar as previously stated. It does not matter which one. Get them to help you become a arrancar. Now if they refuse you I am afraid you are just gonna have to find someone else or prove yourself to them. You can't become a Arrancar alone.
Step 5 - Finally, you can now use your release and get introduced to that. Train with it and use Hollow techniques even to train. When you first become a Arrancar you are still gonna be pretty weak. You need to train alot with the release. You can reek havoc on real world too. Also, if you want to join a espadas or fraccions then you can do that too. Follow there orders and become stronger even faster. Of course you gotta listen to them. All Arrancar have to follow the Espadas orders. But, if your not a fraccion you can move more freely but you won't get as strong.
