So far my ideas are:
-Submitting Fanart
-Forum Games (I have a few XD)
-In addtion to regular forum games, we could have an annual or a scheduled Davy Back Fight. I'm not sure what kind of games we could do, but we can com up with something.
-Picture posting. Posting whatever cool fanarts you find on the net.
Other thing includes rules and whatnot.

Another big thing is spoiler discussions. This could go all in one topic, and not anywhere else. The thing is, I'll have to permit anyone from posting scans. We don't want to do anything that is agianst the ToS.

I'm thinking we should make a random game that involves the use of tallying up some points universally in the guild.
These points could then be converted into Beri, and we could put up Wanted Posters showing our current count.
Like... there's a game I'm thinking about right now (that I've done before) where I/we make up a hidden list of things that could be done in a forum. If someone just happens to do it, their bounty would go up.
Example: On my "hidden/predetermined list" there's a line that reads "Post an Emoticon on page 4 of this thread." If someone happens to do it, point(s) are awarded to raise their bounty.
We could probably keep a Sticky with a post that updates everyone's status, bounty etc. Who knows... maybe we can continue to expand on this and integrate it into the Davy Back Fight somehow or something. Form alliances, make crews, etc.... almost... RPG-ish.

Also, Hiroy... we're going to need to collaborate on the Wanted Posters (I got a template worked out already). I don't want to be using Gaia avatars for pictures (seems tacky). I think it would be awesome to see your interpretations of people's avatar styled as One Piece characters. I don't want to pile work on you or anything, but it was just a thought that might make us feel more involved. Tell me what you think.
Sidenote: I also locked the Rules and Guidelines sticky.

I'll start making a list of random things. We'll say that a user will need at least X amount of points to even earn a poster mugshot. This should allow some buffer time for you to make them at a slower rate.
During that time, I'll make a sticky where it'll be locked and contain a list of all the wanted posters and I could update each bounty as needed.
Question: Have there been any cases in One Piece where someone's bounty is lowered? (Probably not.)
