hmm well how funny do you want it? XD cuz I know some which are mildly funny but not completely comedy.
I guess if u like REALLY funny ones you should check out Nodame Cantabile (tho the drama series is better in my opinion XD)
and if you like action with funny as a sidedish, you can try D.Gray Man or Ouran Highschool Host Club.... I dunno XD

Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan
Death Note
Kingdom Hearts
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
and alot more!
I'm not saying that these are all funny, im just saying that these are my favorite anime.

funny? Check out shugo chara. it, being japanese and all, doesn't really make sense story wise, but it's still adorable and there are some very funny parts in it o3o

Bleach is a good one but it has fighting in it as well. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is a good one tho I still found it very funny.

I know animes that I love which have a bit of comedy in it, though mostly drama, romanec, action, supernatural, and fantasy in it though xD

I also really like Air Gear. It's a cool shonen anime that has good comedy in it You'lln proly also like The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 3nodding

Oh!!
I forgot to mention Full Metal Panic Fumoffu!!! Make sure you watch the Fumoffu, because the orgional is a drama/action. But it's seriously hilarious!!!

Also, Mahou Sensei Negima and Negima?!, most definately!! But I prefer Negima?! over Mahou Sensei Negima. Negima?! is the retelling, but it's better than the original. 3nodding
