Despite what the name implies, the black ghost inn is a pleasant place with a very low crime rate. The owner, Moog, prides himself on having an inn that values customer service over everything but quality. The prices are reasonable and you get a very nice view of the country side if you ask for one. upstairs there are 10 bedrooms, some larger and some smaller and all have a very comfortable bed and a small fireplace. the beds are enchanted so that the person that rents the room is able to have what he/she wants accomplished in the bed happen, whether it be a three day rest or something less innocent. on the whole a visit here is always relaxing and enjoyable.

walks in and asks for a table for one with a veiw. sits down to the table and stares out the window "i wish that this all could go away" when the tavern girl comes over he orders a boiled crab. sighs "but when that happens i will probably be dead" when the crab arrives he starts to pick at it absent mindedly " i probably be dead anyway if all of this had'nt happened" eats hardly any and asks for a small room figuring that he was despairing anyway.

*Zenosuke Walked down a dirt pathwith His hands in his pockets, Looking up at the sky. looked forward and then glanced over to at the Inn, He observed it slowly and shrugged his shoulders slightly*

"Hmmm, Might as well stop and relax for a little bit"

*He thought to himself as he approached the inn and slowly opening the door. He proceeded in and closed the door behind him as he went over and sat down at vacant table*

Meandering down the cobblestone path, the winds seemed to be blowing so hard that everyone around them headed for their houses. For him, it didn't give the same impression. Sure, the weather here was horrible, but maybe it was just Mother Nature's (Father Icis') way of caressing him. Aeri laughed to himself.

After a long day at the market: buying what he needed for the rest of his travels, the sun began to set and he decided it would be best to find a place to sleep inside tonight--according to the fortune teller it was supposed to rain.

Gazing a the shops up and down the street as he walked, he was surprised to not find any places to stay. Except one.

"The Black Ghost Inn?"
His head tilted as he wandered around the building suspiciously.

The building itself was intriguing. Any normal person would've been deterred by the vines snaking up the sides of the building, the dark windows, and the strange forest in the back whose presence just seemed way too convenient. As he wandered around a little more he saw benches where he assumed people sat and ate when the whether was nice out. Behind that he saw a small garden filled with plants form the building next door, and behind that, he saw a well.

It seemed strangely out of place. Curiously, Aeri approached it to look inside.

Aside the well was a small bucket attached by a rope. Considering how there was still water inside the bucket, it could be assumed that either it had been sitting there a while and was filling with rain, or that someone who had filled it left it there. The possibilities made him curious.

Almost forgetting what he had approached it for, Aeri peered over into the deep dark depths of the well. Also on cue, a soft wind began to pick up, almost as if nature itself again was nudging him, persuading him to hop inside.

As the magician bowed down even lower, aside from the sloshing of the distant waters, sound began to fill his ears. It sounded like music; wind chimes! But where was it coming from?

Struggling to see in the tunneled darkness he could see a brown, rectangular box, floating in the black water. It was partially propped open, and the sound was coming from inside.

Using the bucket, he skillfully fished it out until the ambiguous object was now resting in his hands. As the music from the box echoed around him he wondered why the song sounded so familiar.

"So you can hear it too, eh?" A sly, sinister voice called softly from within the well. Nelo skillfuly climbed up the side of the well, and popped his head out, startleing Aeri, and laughing about it. "Ever since all of the happenings at the castle, the music has ben playing from seemingly ordinary objects. Wierd, huh?"

As he turned toward the inn to head back, he heard what sounded like a voice. It made him flinch, though, from the outside it may have looked more like a twitch. Doing a complete 180, the draped fabric from the cloak he wore drew an exaggerated gust of wind that shot out from his feet like a ripple. Caught off guard, he gazed at the head inside the well cautiously and tried to calm down.

The words that the stranger spoke finally began to register in his head.
It? he thought, looking down at the box. "You mean this?" Aeri asked, opening the damp box in his hands. To his amazement there was no sound. He was confused.

"Ever since all the happenings a the castle . . . ordinary objects."

"The castle?" The white haired boy looked off into the distance at his destination. He'd been heading in that direction since he made it to this town--he had business to take care of. He cleared his throat, trying to sounds as untroubled as he could while still avoiding the stranger's piercing red eyes. "You know what goes on there?"

"Well, who dosent?" Nelo sneered, slanting his gaze to look more sinister, enjoying the terified look in the boys eyes. "I mean, the explosions, the dragons flying in and out, and the earthquakes, its hard to not notice somthing is going on up there." Ne jumped out of the well to shpw that he wasn't even damp from being in there. "People have been saying that the long-lost Elemental towers of Darkness and Light have re-awakened." He laughed menacingly. "And thats a good thing for me..." His look changed from sinister to friendly. "I used to work up in the dungeon any way."

Apparently, living up north with the rest of his people he'd been missing out on alot. Thoughts began filling Aeri's heads at what was being told to him, he began to remember everything about what his good fried Saga was telling him and about why he had left. Things were beginning to make more sense now, but it still wasn't enough. He needed answers.

Feeling a little more bold--though, not less scared--he walked up closer to the strange man, still on his guard. "So does that mean you know a way I can get inside?"

Nelo smiled sinisterly again, and leaned against the side of the well, and though he was much older, he acted alot like the 16 year old that he looked like. "That depends on how much you're willing to pay. Haven't gotten many jobs in a while... but I like your style. I'll get you into the castle for 50 silver pieces." He put on his trader face, the one that said he wouldn't budge to much on his payment. "That won't be a problem, will it?"

"Uh . . ." he looked around awkwardly. He didn't have that much money, and--even though he would've surely taken it--there was no point in giving him the money he had if he would still be owing.

But he had an idea. "Not if you know where to find some silver." And being that there was a restaurant nearby, he gestured the strange man to follow. He needed to get to the castle by any means possible, and being the performer (and the apprentice of a thief) that he was, he had his methods. Considering how much of a badass this guy looked from the start, he doubted the guy would have a problem with dealing with illegal actions.

"I said I liked your style, but now I REALLY like your style." He did a quick duck into the shadows of the resturaunt, near where the trash was put, and nodded. "Do what you need to do. I'll be waiting formy payment."

As he left the stranger in the alley behind the restaurant he nodded. Once inside he had no problem at all raiding the place of all its knives since they only had one chef who was last seen outside sexually harassing the waitress. He stuffed them dangerously into the folds of his cloak as slid out through the back exit of the kitchen and dumped them onto the ground.

The magician sighed, "Okay . . ." he tried his hardest to remember the spell, the smell of burning metal was ingrained into the back of his mind from his last attempt.

In a flash of white smoke and a violent hissing noise the steel form the knives molded into the image of exactly 100 coins.

After chucking lightly he frowned, obviously ashamed of exactly how good he was at such forgery. "You can have the rest. . . . Just make sure you spend it all before the next full moon or it may begin to fracture." He stood to his feet, "Now, take me to the castle."
