This is just my rough draft for a summary for the first page since we have yet to have one. I wanted to make it as short and simple as possible while still getting the message across. Feel free to add anything or tell me ways to improve on it. You may also make on of your own if you feel it would better suit the guild. Remember, this is a rough draft.

Good and evil have always existed in the earth since the dawn of time. The two forces have constantly collided with one another to the point where in some cases, lives where lost. Even with casualties, the fight for good and evil never rests.
Fast Forward to today where superhuman abilities, magic, and enhanced technology inhabit the earth and is used by chosen few. Some use their abilities for the sake of good while others use it for personal gain.The world knows and have gotten used to the fact that people with strange and unusual powers exist whether they like it or not. Costumed Heroes and diabolical Villains inhabit the planet and constantly do battle with one another for the sake of good and evil. Now the fight for Citadel Creek and the rest of the planet rages on between these two forces. The question is what role will you play?

I like it, its simple, compelling, and explains what were all about, which is getting together making stories, and if you think thats what a good roleplay is, a bunch of people making a story, or in our case a universe for stories to take place in, short version of this...ZOMG THAT OWNZ LOL!

I think you and Pan should collaborate on this. This is great but when reading you must ask what makes this any different than any other hero vs villain rp?

To be far knucklehead, it is the people who make the roleplay what is and shape its idenity, so saying were different would be redundant snice every super hero rp will vary, no matter how similer the front page is.

If it's any help, this is what I've put into the recruitment threads. Once we figure out what to put on the front page of the guild, I'll put it in the threads too smile

Thats understandable. I just wanted to at least put a rough draft out in the open so we can expound on it. I don't want to make it to wordy but make it interesting to the newcomers who may be interested.
We also need a picture. Now I'm not sure if hostile wanted to make a cover on the front page but I can find a picture on the net fits the rp.

We need something real catchy to keep the viewer reading but at the same time inform of whats sets this rp from other. I also agree with an overview of the map. As for a title picture it would be sweet if someone had photoshop.

I'll be making a compilation picture of everyone's characters, yes. smile
I'd offer to make a map of the city too, but I'm terrible at maps.
What we could do is get an aerial photograph of a city from google maps and just colour co-ordinate the sectors. I could do the colouring easily, so long as Pandorym is able to tell me where he wants everything to go smile

A summary is probably good; I go overboard on everything, and few will want to read it.
I have a color-coded district map that's going up with my next "Setting Information" post, which will describe each district.
