Anyone have any suggestions on how to make this guild better in any way? Post your ideas here! Please be serious about this, no silly things like 'OMG! We should lyke totally make the guild all pink and stuff!' okay? Thanks.

Maybe clean up the old threads? I Think you can delete them and there are 11 pages of them, most of which are out of date (like the gaian olympics)..Just maybe a few that obviously don't need to be there?

A Gaians of Washington address "book". With the neat housing developments nowadays, it can be hard to find friends houses. We can all put in our Gaian 'zip codes' or something, and have "parties".

I was thinking of seeing if I could purchase a subforum for all the regional threads. All the 'does anyone live in ____' and such like that. Good idea, yes or no??

i think a subforum or two migh tbe the best idea for a guild like this.
having people from across the state talking is cool and all, but for getting together and stuff...meeting people in your area would be smart choice.
are you thinking like a western and an eastern forum? or are you planning on getting a bit more specific, like southwest southeast, northeast northwest?

I wasnt going to get very specific. I wasnt even sure if I wanted to have an Eastern and a Western subforum, although that might be a good idea. I just dont want it to seem like I was seperating people too much.

see, thats why you have the main forum, so that everyone can talk and yada yada. But with the subforums, people can talk to other people in their area.
ive seen alot fo topics like..."ANYONE LIVE ______" and with the sub forums, those would pretty much go away, at least, i think anyway.

Ok, well then I think I'll at least make an Eastern Washington subforum and a Western Washington subforum. I just want this to be okay with everyone because it's being bought with the guild's money that people have put in. Maybe I should make a temporary poll....hm...

I kinda think it should be one subforum. Like call it "Reginal Threads" or something like that and then move the "Spokane Branch" and "puyallup" and what not (sorry about spelling I'm tired).
If that goes well then maybe split them in half...if the titles of subforums can be changed anyway.

Ok, I've created a subforum for regional threads. I moved most (hopefully all) region based threads there. If I missed any or moved ones that probably shouldnt be there then please PM me so that I can correct the matter.

Well as I suggested in my other guilds... maybe an evening offering of milk and cookies or cider would be nice; it would sure make people happy to have some nice, hot, chocolatey goodness of cookies in their tummies! biggrin But no... a real suggestion would be maybe starting a b-day list (if not one is started) so if anyone wanted to- they can give gifts to that person for their birthday biggrin .

Maybe a Washington Event sub forum. So we can keep track of things happening around Washington. I know of only things happening around Bothell and Woodinville occasionally Seattle. But I'd like to know if Redmond had a parade... Or which High schools winning track. I'd like to see something like that.
Also... a better system for keeping old threads out sweatdrop im gettnig confused with all the old threads.

Funny, I was just going to suggest County subforums. Then again, that might be to much. Maybe Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest Washington Subforums or somethin like that.
