Hi~ For grammar lesson #1, we are learning the Korean alphabets! Yay!

Let's start with consonants smile

in alphabetical order,
ㄱ (ㄲ), ㄴ, ㄷ (ㄸ), ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅂ (ㅃ), ㅅ (ㅆ), ㅇ, ㅈ (ㅉ), ㅊ, ㅋ, ㅌ, ㅍ, ㅎ

ㄱ is similar to g as in god.

ㄲ is similar to k as in sky.

ㄴ is similar to n as in night.

ㄷ is similar to d as in do.

ㄸ is similar to t as in stop.

ㄹ is similar to tt as in butter (not [t] but a flap like a Spanish [r])

ㄹ, when used as a "coaster" in a word like 일, is similar to l as in filling.

ㅁ is similar to m as in mother.

ㅂ is similar to b as in bad.

ㅃ is similar to p as in spy.

ㅅ is similar to s as in astronaut.

ㅆ is similar to s as in suit.

ㅇ is similar to o as in poke.

ㅈ is similar to j as in jail.

ㅉ is similar to tz as in pretzel.

ㅊ is similar to ch as in charge.

ㅋ is similar to k as in kill.

ㅌ is similar to t as in two.

ㅍ is similar to p as in pool.

ㅎ is similar to h as in hat.

ㅕ is similar to "just"

ㅗ is similar to "order".

ㅘ is similar to " Wow!" or "what".

ㅙ is similar to "wagon".

ㅚ is similar to "Quebec".

ㅛ is similar to " Yoda".

ㅜ is similar to " doom".

ㅝ is similar to " one".

ㅞ is similar to " weather".

ㅟ is similar to "we" or "Oui!".

ㅠ is similar to "you".

ㅡ is similar to "good" or 'chateau".

ㅢ is similar to "oink!"

i can't deny that =]

ehh i was born in Korea
and then i moved to Canada
and then to Texas.
o and i lived in a random Mediterranean island for 2 months
to learn English before going to Canada...and that's it!

I think it was called Malta.... sweatdrop
It was nice. Ocean was blue and food was awesome.
But since I went there in winter, I didn't get to enjoy summer activities sad
