NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) (Zero Tolerance policy)
By joining this guild you agree not to discuss the content within this guild outside in public forums, other guilds, clans or other variables. This is from thread topics, messages or even the intellectual property such as the teams system, uniform/rankings, art etc.
Breaching this will be considered as harassment, imitations maybe perceived as plagiarism and may result in a ban from the guild. It would certainly be reported for harassment to Gaia or an Omni mod if they were copied by another guild.
The Non Disclosure Agreement is not revoked even if your membership is terminated by yourself or a member of the crew.
arrow Where do I start?
First thing you need to do is post in the ◄█۞█►Introductions◄█۞█►thread. Then, if you're going to participate in our RP, you need to head over to the ◄█ FAQ █► and work that out [You'll need to get your races skeleton from the history sub-forum ].
[ 1 ] arrow Follow the gaian TOS and chatterbox rules at all times.
[ 2 ] arrow No posting inappropriate content.
[ 3 ] arrow No trolling and/or flaming
Posting inflammatory statements to provoke reactions and/or using unfounded, derisive and personal attacks is punishable within the guild punishment system.
[ 4 ] arrow No advertising other guilds and/or threads without guild master's consent. Signatures are fine but no threads or posts dedicated towards this purpose.
[ 5. ] arrow Do Not Quote a picture, page stretching is a reportable offense on gaia!. We all so ask you not to quote someones normal post unless the thread in which you are in is quite active.
[ 6 ] arrow Do not spam. This includes excessive picture posts and bumps. There is no reason to bump a thread in a guild EVER!
[ 7 ] arrow We recommend that you keep your posts relevant to the forum in which you are currently in. Try to make your posts informative and/or entertaining. We understand that there's always some 'noise' in the form of greetings and so on. On the whole, please show some relevance.
[ 8 ] arrow No overly abusive language. We have a very liberal policy regarding language, but please try to be civil and courteous towards your fellow Gaians. If your post is excessively vulgar, insulting, explicit, self-deprecating or racist without any justification, you will be banned. (Please try to refrain from flaming others? Excessive and overly abusive insults will result in banishment from the guild for anyone.)
[ 9 ] arrow Sexually explicit posts maybe deleted. Cybering is absolutely not allowed in the Guild. (Cybering is role-played sex acts. And any member found to doing this WILL BE REPORTED TO A GAIA MOD exclaim
[ 10 ] arrow Try to keep your images PG-13.

[ 11 ] arrow When you make your profile make sure to have the number 42 at the end of the title. You can ether us numbers are write it out ether way works with us. If you don't and try to RP you'll be banned for a week.
[12] arrow Rules change policy
We reserve the right to update, amend or change the rules without notice. The threads date will be displayed for the last changed notification.
[ 13 ] arrow If we get a complaint of a player "God moding" a God or Dime-God level player will step in and if in fact said player is God moding they will have their character killed. God and Deim-God level players have the power and authority to kill another players character with out question if the person that is killed is God moding. They also have the power to bring a dead character back to life if they so wish.
[ 14 ] arrow There is a 4 line min for RP posts.
[ 15 ] arrow No mater your rank in the guild you can still be killed, people remember that.
[16] :Arrow: All your powers MOST BE FULLY approved before hand
