An episode of DS9 did an episode involving time travel back to the days of TOS. That episode was Trials and Tribble-ations. Now, I've gotten the distinct impression that most of you weren't into Star Trek before the new movie, much less have seen much of DS9. So I'm giving you a double-whammy: DS9
and TOS in one blow, heheheheh.
What I find really charming about it is that all of the quirks and zeerust isn't ignored or handwaved away. It really bugged me how the new movie kept nothing that might evoke the 60's period TOS was made in - to me, the zeerust was part of Star Trek.
But, enough blather. I'll just say that this episode is epic. Watch it.
