Cross Acadamey stands to bridge the gap between the human race and the vampires. There are two classes, one of day where the students are human, and that of night, where all students are vampires. But those of day do not know the true nature of those of night. There are those protecting that secret- the prefects Yuuki Cross- daughter of the chairman who runs the Academy, and Zero Kiryu- son of the famous vampire hunting family...
There is an unstable peace, but thanks to the hands of fate, everything is going to be upset in its balance. I will show you a

Many generations back, my anscestor was bitten by a pureblood, and he almost sank to the status of a level E, but a nobel female vampire took pity on the poor creature and allowed him to live off her blood, and soon had a child. Down the line, the Aleanmitore family became very influental not only in the vampire world, but in the human world as well. We use our money and resources to fund various human government officals that would benifit our nocturnal world, and we supply what information they can to the Vampire Council. He was finally taken under the care of Zero's master. Far excelling Zero, many hunters worried that Chris wasn't normal. He displayed exceptional reflexes, above average strength, and incredible endurance. Nothing came up on any of the medical tests he was put through. Rules, and Other General Information
1- Hate to disappoint (some) but this is NOTHING like Twilight. This story is based of the wonderful mind of Matsuri Hino. Vampires are very beautiful, but the do not sparkle. Stuff like that, kay? If I offend you, I'm sorry, but I'm trying to stick with Hino-sensei's story, not Stephnie Myer's.
2- All rules of the guild apply. You have a problem? Message me, or or those whom I dub as mods of this RP. (As of now, that would be just myself and Tamaku).
3- Come on y'all. Be smart. God mod... you die. Pretty much that simple. If you want to try something, and you think it might be pushing God modding, PM me or the mods to check. Please and thank you.
4- NO ONE! Not even my character is a pureblood Vampire. There are hardly any left, so the only one on campus at Cross Academy is Kaname Kuran. On this note, we need people to play normal humans as well as Vampire Hunters. Please keep this balance or I will get angry, and you won't like me when I'm angry.
To clear something up that Hinote brought to my attention. There is a differance between noble and pureblood. Purebloods are extreamly powerful, and... well, let's just say everything stays within the family. They are also the only ones that can turn humans into vampires.
Nobles on the other hand, tend to have slightly weaker abilities and, somewhere, have human blood within them. But have fun with it!
Seriously. Four rules. That should be easy enough to follow. (More may be added, but we'll see)

PowersMost vampires in Hino-sensei's world have a unique power. Of course, Purebloods have various abilities and are extremely powerful. Here is a list of powers that the non player characters have, and if you are playing a vampire character, PM me your power with your profile, or at a later date if you cannot think of one. As a note, all vampires have mild regeneration/healing abilities. When they drink blood, it speeds up the process, but when they are injured by vampire hunting weapons, such as those Zero, Touga Yaguri, and Christopher posess, it takes longer for those wounds to heal, even if you manage to get a hold of blood. NPC's and their powers~ Akatsuki Kain- the element of fire (Closely related cousin to Hanabusa Aidou) ~ Hanabusa Aidou- the element of ice/ can freeze stuff (Closely related cousin to Akatsuki Kain) ~ Kaname Kuran- The only pureblood on the campus of Cross Academy. Various powers and abilities. ~ Maria Kurenai- (unknown, she will be introduced into this RP at a later point in time) ~ Rima Toya- The Element of Lightning ~ Ruka Souen- Mind Control ~ Senri Shiki- can manipulate his blood to act as a whip coming from his forefinger. ~ Takuma Ichijo- Skills with a katana There are other NPCs, but these are the main ones that you will encounter. Players and their powers~ Lasali (Rilma)- Psychic based- Xray like vision. She has to be within or just ouside a building, and she can tell who is where in the building, and what they are doing. ~ Angeline (Hinote)- can maniuplate the smoke from her cigerettes and use it as a weapon or defense. ~ Kalynn (Rexian)- Plant control.

"Yuuki~ I would like you to meet one of the newest members to Cross Acadamey." Kaien Cross crooned as he motined for his adopted daughter to join him in his office. A few paces behind was the Acadamey's other prefect, Zero Kiryu. Yuuki's large brown eyes blinked curiously as they landed on the thin figure sitting on the Chairman's desk. Long raven hair fell down the other girl's back and she wore a white uniform with black trim and a red ribbon. "A night class student," the brunette commented, slightly flustered. She immedatly bowed, and the other girl finally noticed the new presances in the room. "Its nice to meet you!""Ah. You must be Kaien's daughter, Yuuki." Her crimson eyes moved from the bowed girl to the stoic boy leaning against the door frame. "And this must be the infamous Zero Kiryu. My name is Lasali Aleanmitore." A small smile played across her lips. "It is a pleasure to meet you both. Now, I must excuse myself. I do need rest before class tonight." She gracefully hopped off the desk and made her way out of the office, her raven hair flowing behind her. "Yuuki, Zero. I must ask you two to keep an eye on Lasali-chan at the class changes today. Just make sure she doesn't get lost please." "One less vampire in the world won't bother me that much..." Zero growled as he turned around and left the way opposite of the new girl. "Uh... Uh..." Yuuki went to the door and looked both ways, after the others' retreating backs. "Back to class now, Yuuki." He waved his daughter off and pushed her after Zero. Once he was sure they were out of sight, he adapted a serious look and went back to compleating the rest of Lasali's paperwork. ******************* Within the Moon Dorm, Lasali found herself getting lost rather quickly. She sighed heavily and finally determined to ask the next being she saw for help. The first was a female, roughly her age wearing a 'night' gown and a robe. Her hair was a soft brown and her aura seemed to give off a fair amount of arrogance. "Excuse me, could you tell me...?"The other female pushed past her and continued on to what was presumably her room to get ready for class. Sighing again, Lasali walked back down the stairs and fell asleep on the common room's couch, hoping to be woken up in time for class.

" Your shame is warranted Christopher, but your silence betrays you."
" I have nothing to say. I know what I must do."
" As to be expected. Remember your training Christopher, this incident will pass quickly. You have proven yourself on every occasion."
" Time will tell master Yagari. I shall fulfill the task set by yourself and the board with Chairman cross."
Yagari nodded his one eye focused on the young man who sat watching the scenery go by. As the large white building came into view, Yagari sat up, lighting another of his famous menthols. Chris looked up at the impressive building with a curious dread. Working with his enemy to ensure their safety was beyond his reasoning, but there he was, about to take on that very task. Chris was the first to exit the car, taking his place beside master Yagari. The two made their way up to the chairman's office. Yagari was the first to enter, a discussion with the chairmen about his involvement with the school ensued. A few moments later, Christopher was called in.
" Here is my former pupil Christopher. He is suspended from his duties for his actions on a combat mission. You had requested an experienced person to take up another prefect position."
Christopher bowed to the chairman.
" Christopher Belmont, reporting for duty Chairman Cross as per your request. I am ready to receive my official duties."

At first, it seemed that Kaien would continue his serious air, but a switch seemed to flip as he got up on his desk, on his knees and got his face less then an inch away from the young man. "Your first duty... as prefect... no, GAURDIAN is..." He stopped and sat back on his feet, adapting a thoughtful look. "I acutally don't know. Yuuki and Zero seem to have everything covered until we swtich between the day and night classes..." He turned back to the boy, "There is one thing I do ask of you, Christopher. You are not to bring harm to any of the students. You are merely enforcing the rules of this Academy," Cross chuckled and waved his hand up and down. "But if you don't comply, I'm sure Yagari will see to your punishment." Seeing the boy's stunned and shocked look, Cross adjusted his glasses. "By the way, Yagari, did you mention the special condition of those that are apart of the night class?"

Christopher looked up to his former master, a look of horror on his face.
" The night students are vampires. It is the wish of chairman cross to bridge the gap between humans and vampires with this academy. I expect you to fully comply with his wishes while you serve your pennance Christopher. Do you understand."
The chairman could almost see the fire of hate burn in Christopher's eyes. Christopher closed his eyes for a bit, anger still written on his face, but then faced his master once more and bowed.
" Yes master Yagari. Chairman cross will have my full cooperation during this time."
Chairman cross could tell it took more willpower than the boy could summon to utter those words. His hate for vampires rivaled Zero's, and possibly outmatched it. Christopher accepted his new uniform and arm band, designating him a prefect. He awaited further instruction from Cross, as to his dorm, patrols, and the rules he was to enforce.

"Drinking blood is strictly forbbiden on campus, and there is little trouble with that." Cross paused as he thought back on one particular incodent, but continued on. "No Day class student is allowed out after dark. If you find one, you are to send them back to the Sun dorm immediatly. Take thier name, then bring that name to me. I will deal with them the next morning. Yuuki and Zero will fill you in on the rest of the little details. Mind you, these are just precautions. The students we have are usually pretty good about following the rules. You get the eccentric girls every now and then, but..." He shrugged. "Girls will be girls. Speaking of Zero, you will be sharing a room with him, and sharing a bathroom with him, as well as Yuuki. Do you have any questions?" Outside the window, the sun was starting to set...

He stood there silent before the chairman for a bit, an aura of indignation pouring forth from him, but he nodded.
" Yes sir."
He bowed to the chairman and his master, before picking up his things and making his way to the dorm room he would be sharing with his old friend Zero. It had been 4 years since he had last seen him. Taken away in the night after his parents were slaughtered by vampires.
" Typical monster behavior."
He muttered under his breath as he walked down the lonely halls.

As he walks down the halls and outside, he spots Yuuki and Zero on thier way to the Moon Dorm for the daily class changing. Zero hasn't really changed much, except for the fact he was taller. The darkening sky seemed to stir Lasali and she sat up, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Once the crimson eyes opened compleatly, she spotted several of her kind starring curiously at her. One blond boy in particular smile and held out a hand to her. "You must be new here. Welcome to Cross Acadamy.""Ichijo... Let's go..." A dark haired vampire walked past the group, causing them to follow. Lasali found herself blushing as she grabbed her books and followed after them, her head bowed. They all waited patiently at the gate. On the other side seemed to be a horde of screaming, hormonal teenage girls.

Christopher said nothing to either of the two as he placed his effects in the dorm he would be spending the next 2 years in. He changed into his appropriate attire with the arm band fixed across his right arm. He soon joined Zero and Yuuki in enforcing the crowd's cooperation in allowing the night students to pass. He stared on as they passed, keeping his face as neutral as possible. All those monsters, taking classes acting as if they were normal people. All these girls, gawking at them like supermodels. He felt sick to his stomach.
" All right ladies and gentlemen remain behind the designated line as per the instructions you have been given numerous times in the past. This is not a social hour, return to your dorms immediately at this time."
He looked at zero, a look of respect on his face. Zero had tolerated this routine longer than he, and if he had found a way to live with it, he had more guts.

She kept her head bowed as she followed the procession of the Night Class students, but, unbeknownst to herself, she looked up as an unfamiler voice spoke. Her crimson eyes locked on a dark haired human male. She didn't feel the urge for his blood, she had grown used to the blood tablets that had been developed recently. But she couldn't quite place what it was she felt.
"Um. Lasali?" Yuuki had appeared at her elbow to check on the non moving female. "Are you alright? You need to get to class."
"Oh. Eh heh. Yes, I am alright, Yuuki." She offered a stiff smile, still trying to figure out what it was that kept her rooted to the spot. "I guess the landscape change is finally getting to me. Thank you for your worry." With one last glance at the human boy, she took off after the other Night Class students.
Zero scoffed as he glanced at Chris once the annoying Day Class girls had left, and the Night Class was off.
"You look well, man," was all he could offer. Chirs would no doubt notice an odd tattoo on the left side of Zero's neck.

Chris' eyes met Lasali's, and time slowed down. She could feel that familiar feeling she had when she was near others of her kind, but it was so very faint. His eyes were heartless in appearance, even for a humans. Something about her gaze stirred his mind. Something he had forgotten long ago. When she was finally pushed past he shook his head, feeling like he had just come out of a trance.
" I'm lucky so far I suppose old friend. It's been a while since that night four years ago. I'm glad to see you are still in good health. I'm curious however...when did you get the magic tattoo my friend. Very few of us out there earn that privilege."
