I gave claire 5k, so I don't know how she is doing on the quests... but I sold a gaia medium tshirt, and made 15k. I had an extra and needed to get rid of it.
84bartender84's house is right next to mine in the town, the same zipcode as my birth year. I intend to make it into a club house/bar thing.
