One of my extremally close friends who sits near me in German, has a brother who lives in Columbia. This "brother" is actually post-op on top, and pre-op on bottom. Apparently, he was gay, but then discovered that he was a female on the inside. He's with another gay man who also wants a sex change. So instead of being gay, they'll be lesbians. I've met him before, and he's a wonderful person.
Anyways, she was telling another girl about him, and these two a**-holes next to her overheard her, and they started acting really stupid.
Zak: "That's sick!" Seth: "yeah, really. If I were the doctor, I would cut it off and let him bleed to death, two birds with one stone." Zak: "Dude, that's f***ing hilarious! Those people are f***ed up!"
Note: These names were not changed, because I really don't want to protect their identities.
The funny thing was, that two other close friends of mine sit in front of those two, and the rest of the people around them are apparently open minded, because they turned around and glared at them. The whole section, exept for those two and two other kids(all of these kids are flunking, and they think that its funny), were glaring at them, and my friend(the one with the brother) started bitching them out, and even punched them.
I just think that people like that should keep their mouth shut. Of course, if that actually happened, then half of the state would have to have its mouth cauterized shut.
Is it like this up north? I haven' been up north for 5 years, and then I was too young to pay attention.

My school is supposed to be one of the most accepting schools in my state lol, but there are a lot of stupid kids who are rude, and crack jokes, and even though a majority or accepting, you still have the majority who aren't. there will always be jerks. I don't know in the hopefully near future, maybe things will change smile

*sigh* unfortunetly people are stupid everywhere. I live in a really liberal area so it is rather uncommon for anyone around here to say anything like that out loud but there are a lot of places up north where that would be an average conversation.

Y'know, to be honest, that's why I'm kind of afraid to tell to many people that I'm transgender....but this isn't about me, sorry, just relating. I really don't like people like that, I probably would've hit them. More people really need to have open minds...like that will happen in this ******** up world.

I've lived a lot of places and its suprising how often that happens. Its so sad how narrow minded people can be. Where i'm living now its totally fine i go to a school with 112 people and if any of them are homophobic they are very good at hiding it.

Yeah point blank those people were assholes. I hate that kind of situation SO much. Every once in awhile someone will mention a situation involving gender or sexuality identity and some ignorant closed minded p***k will open his/her mouth and puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. I'm sorry you had to deal with something like that.

If people bothered to listen, well it may be easier to get something across.

. . . Though, that is a little creepy . . . They won't have the nerves that women do . . . You know, down there. I don't understand how it's supposed to work. I mean, yeah, I'm all for free choice . . . But still . . . THat just seems a little odd to me. Eh, oh well. Whatever they want is cool with me. Shame you guys don't live here. I live in Lawrence, Kansas . . . The only liberal town in the state and home to Kansas University. We're liberal and damn proud of it! Nobody, except that ******** Fred Phelps, gives a damn about orientation around here, and if they do, they know to keep their mouths shut (for the most part. Some people side with Phelps, but everybody else hates and makes fun him. He has the most retarded website, too: godhatesfags.com)! When you get to college, you should definitly go to KU. And for the record, Lawrence is the complete opposite of all the Kansas stereotypes. And furthermore, there is no Kansas accent. We are quite neutral, thank you very much! You'd never guess where we were from if we were to talk to you. Quote: I've lived a lot of places and its suprising how often that happens. Its so sad how narrow minded people can be. Where i'm living now its totally fine i go to a school with 112 people and if any of them are homophobic they are very good at hiding it. And that is a freaking small school! We have more than that in our band (276, to be exact)! Where are you?
