Kayin looked across his roster for the day... A teenager, Lucia. He had high hopes for the cat, since her species was renound for its grace... it shouldn't be a difficult class. Not to mention the class listed on her signup sheet was similar to what he was to be teaching, simply under another name.
The classroom was simple. Two ladders, a board in between them... steady enough for a person to stand on, and underneath it a gymnastic's mat. Off to the side was a bucket, though the lid was still on it so its contents remained a mystery.

Lu enter in her new meele class, she had a new teacher but she love acrobatics and her board, she needed a lot of balance for skate, she think this go to be easy. But you never know.
" hello I'm Lucia but call me Lu, I'm here for a meele class" she smile and wait, she know that some teachers like discipline in their alums.

Kayins was thinking much of the same, easy class... though at the same time he was thinking how he could make it harder. It was a teachers job to push their student after all... His eyes rose from his paperwork, reading over a few other details... gave his student a welcoming smile.
"I'm Kayin." he returned the introduction, giving her a bow of his head and extending his hand for a hand-shake. "Come right in... get relaxed..." he started, gesturing her to come over. Over all, he was a very friendly looking man, "When you're ready we'll start with some stretches... please tell me when."

Lu smile to Kayin, he seems a good teacher, she relaxed a little and she shake his hand " Nice to meet you!" she know that to be polite is good with teachers.
she take out her hoody and she now wears a thing black top and matching shorts, comfortable cloth is the best for stretches, she remeber her class with kuyoja, " are we to do yoga? or you are to teach me a new stretches" she said waiting and getting in front him " I'm ready"

"Please do what's most comfortable to you..." he smiled, removing a sash from his body to discard to the side of his classroom. "If I see any mistakes, I'll offer my advice."
He started his own stretches, going from side to side... touching his toes, then bending over backwards... making himself into a "bridge" and then flipping to his hands... back to his feet, his arms rose above his head, right leg moving back. Each movement was slow, gracefully flowing into the next without a pause.

Lu nods to Kayin and start her stretches. She sat down on a matt placing the palms of her feet together allowing her legs relax. She remember this position of her last class, Then she lean forward to lay her body against his legs.
After her first stretches she look at Kayin and try to do the bridge, but she cant the position give her a little of fear to fall.

As soon as his own were complete, not a full set of streaches... but enough for his job. He looked to her, smiling a little as she attempted to do the bridge...
He moved over, kneeling next to her on the mat. "Lay on your back..." he waited for her to comply, then moved her into position along with his instructions "Bend your knees... Feet flat, put your hands flat on your palms... alright, now push-- make your arms straight..." his hand moved to her back to help support her as she rose.

Licia lay down as Kayin ask her and let him guide her in the bridge movement. She notice his hand in her back. Then she bend her knees as he ask and her hands flat. After a moment to assure her position and she start to push to made her arms straight. Her legs tremble a little at the start but when she notice that she is sure and Kayin hands in her back made her felt more secure and hold her position for a little more.
