i don't know why it would, the picture it's self only 160KB the max is 1000kB (i should know look at my signiture that gif pic i have is like 830KB and it's a size smaller then the previus one i had which was 946KB plus the text i had which put me over the limit and since i downgraded the picture i havn't had any problems with it.
so my question to you is did you have a whole bunch of text with the picture (excluding text for pictures urls) cause that would do it or you had other pictures that pushed the size limit
that's the only things i can find that could have been wrong with it aside from innapropriate content but kissing is hardly that
