The tightened security had thrown Keahi for a bit. Used to being able to wander about the city, he felt caged in. It had taken him a while to find a route out of Harbor that wasn't blocked, but he'd managed. And now he was making headway for Seasons. If anyone knew what was up, it would be Persy.
He wasn't paying much attention to his surroundings as he got closer to the flower shop and was startled to therefore see the shop closed. Frowning, Keahi stood and stared at it for a bit. What was going on?!

Sneaking was proving hard for Quinn. He was alright at getting over rooftops, but he wasn't exactly the best jumper in the world. He could climb things great, and he was agile when it came to running, or dodging, but jumping--not so much.
This resulted him him flinging himself from one fire escape to the next, clinging for dear life and pulling himself on, making a huge clatter in the process.
"Meow!" He said, trying to do a cat animal voice the way he did a snake one. It came out surprisingly well, and he checked around to see if a cat had been hiding behind him and had actually meowed.
It was just a cat. Just a giant, noisy cat. A giant, noisy cat that will be in serious trouble if he doesn't hurry.
Seasons was his destination. He had only been there once, but that woman seemed to know what she was talking about. He heard people coming to investigate the giant, noisy cat, and he bolted across the next roof.
"Ohshitohshitohshitohshit!" He clambered down the roof and bolted, heading towards seasons as far as he could. This resulted in several sharp turns, one of them leading into a large kid.
He's fat. He's a player. And he's fat. Ew. You're on the ground. Get up.
Quinn pushed himself up, and crossed his arms at the boy.
"Why," He questioned, sneering down at the boy with obvious disdain for his pant size, "Were you in my way?"

The sound of someone running towards him finally distracted Keahi from staring at the closed shop. One look at Quinn was all it took for him to gather that he was a player as well. Yeah... if Quinn was straight, Keahi was supermodel thin. This guy just screamed gay. In fact, it was like gay, glitter barf personified. Perhaps he would know a bit more about what was going on? Seeing how Keahi's first choice of informants was missing as far as he knew, he figured it wouldn't hurt to see what this boy knew.
"It's closed." He jabbed a thumb at Seasons, ignoring Quinn's rather rude greeting. "Any clue what's with the roadblocks?"

"Blacksuits." He muttered. "Assholes. They're doing the blockades. I don't know why. That's why I was coming here, but apparently that flower girl is Em-Eye-Ay."
"I'm Quinn. I know you're a player, so let's skip that. Quetzalcoatl. And you, my rotund friend?" He looked impatient. Very impatient. Something had seemed out of place for a while now, and he wanted to find out what it was. Not just the blacksuits, he had just felt like he was being watched. He had to get out of that house.
His mom was still at home, though, so she could make sure it didn't blow up. She'd be safe.

"Blacksuits?" From how Quinn said it, Keahi gathered these were not good guys. So probably best to avoid them at all costs. Joy. Well, avoiding home was the best idea at the moment anyways. Since movement was restricted, all of his siblings were stuck at home or forced to stay nearby and that was not fun. He sighed. "Yeah, I was coming here for information too."
"Keahi. And Honu'aumakua." What a mouthful.

"A pleasure, Keahi," He said, dripping sarcasm, "to meet your acquaintance. Honu'a-whatnow?" He paused. "I suppose I can't talk. I dare you to try to spell Quetzalcoatl."
Quinn had no idea where to go from there. This kid had nothing to say that he didn't already know, and that-flower-chick from Seasons wasn't here.
"Any ideas? I have no idea what to do, at this point."

Keahi chuckled. "Yeah, well..." He wasn't even going to get into the whole "one god, plural pronoun" thing and he'd rather skip the whole "they speak with my dead grandfather's voice" part as well. "I... think I'll pass."
The boy frowned and thought for a moment. He hadn't met too many players in the game and those he had... well, most of them he'd rather not run into again. "I don't know. I mean... I never thought she'd not be here..." Even during the blackout, he'd come here to get answers. Not that he'd really gotten any. But the place had been open then. "You don't think... they got her, do you?"

"Good choice." He rolled his eyes.
"That's always possible. She seemed like the type of chick who could handle herself." And she seemed like kind of a b***h, too. But he kept that thought to himself.
"Look, if that's all you have to offer, I should probably head back home. I've got things to get to. Later." He turned away, and hooked one thumb on his shorts, the other hand waving loosely as he walked.

Keahi sighed. Well, at least the guy hadn't tried killing him... though he was now without any more information than when he'd began. He waved back and looked around a bit. Well... maybe he'd run into someone else with a bit more information...
