Hi my name is eric. I just turned 15 i know its pretty late to start a journey now but i always worked with pokemon.
i went to see professor birch to get my pokemon he was feeding the pokemon when suddenly the torchic stubbed its toe into a blind fury since im so good with pokemon I calmed it down with a mix of oran berries i found a while back and put into a juice type potion. After wards professor birch was so thankful he decided since i could handle torchic he would give him to me
I was so stoked, i felt like i was ready for any thing with my new friend torchic and he was looking pretty tough to.

D had entered the Pokemon Lab, looking for Professor Birch. He new that the Professor was often out in the field doing his research, and apparently today was not an exception. He found a Lab Aide, who told D that the Professor would be back momentarily. As the time had passed, he decided to wait for the Professor outside of the Lab. As he did, he saw the Professor running from a Zigzagoon, with a bag holding three Pokeballs. When one Pokeball had jumped out and landed right into D's hands, and the Treecko was released. Just by a single glance at the Zigzagoon, the wild Pokemon was scared off instantly. Professor Birch then talked with D, and thanked him for using the Treecko to chase off the Zigzagoon. The Professor had realized that D had wanted a new Pokemon, and when D had been asked of which one, D had chosen the exact same Treecko, the exact Pokemon that he had wanted even before his encounter with his new Starter Pokemon. D had also received 5 Pokeballs. With Treecko, now back in his Pokeball, D set off to Route 101, where the Zigzagoon had retreated to.

"CHRIS GET UP!" Mom yelled banging on the door. "Uhh 10 more minutes..." Chris groaned. Mom reached on top the door frame and grabbed the key then unlocked the door. "You need to get up or your going to be late! Professor Birch is waiting for you and you need to be there in 20 minutes." "Ughh fine" Chris got up and turned his feet over the side of the bed. "I'll put your waffles in the toaster" Mom said walking out of the room. Once Chris finished getting ready and ate breakfast he set off to go to Professor Birch's Lab. Once he got to the lab the professor had 3 pokeballs with him. "Good Morning Professor!" Chris shouted "Ah, good to see you Chris! Ready to pick your first pokemon?" Professor Birch asked. "More than anything!" Chris said. "Well do you know what one you want?" Professor placed the pokeballs on a table. "I kinda want a Treeko" Chris replied. "Ok" Professor Birch reached for a pokeball and handed it to Chris "I'm sure you 2 will get along well!" Chris thanked the professor and walked outside the lab. He let the pokemon out of the pokeball but it wasnt a treeko it was a mudkip. "This isn't Treeko" Chris said.
"Mudkip!" the mudkip happily said and rubbed against Chris. "Well I guess you will do" Chris giggled "Besides you are kinda cute"

Elisa-Jay sighed, today she is finally getting her first pokemon. Her mom wanted her to finish school before traveling round the world, or how she put it "If you want to be a trainer, you have to have an Education!" So when she finished high school her mom told her to go to Professor Birch, handing her new clothes and a trainers traveling bag. Elisa-Jay walk just outside of route 101 where she always see Porf. Birch researching (playing). Today was no exception, there was Porf. Birch playing with a Treeko, Torchic, and a Mudkip. The Treeko was playing with the Professor, the Mudkip was relaxing on a big rock, and the Torchic was trying to get to the Mudkip for a fight (but the rock was too big).
Prof. Birch notice Elisa-Jay coming up, "Well, Hello Elisa-Jay!"
"Hello, Professor Birch." bowed Elisa-Jay.
"What brings you here?"
"Well...I finally finish with school and wanted to be a trainer still. So..."
"That is wonderful!"
Like someone said it was dinner time the Treeko started playing with her like a rag doll. Then the Torchic tackled her and stood on her, looking at her straight in the eyes. I can't even control these pokemon. How am I going to be a Trainer?!
Like hearing her thoughts the Mudkip tackle both pokemon away from her. Then decided to lay in her lap and relax again. Elisa-Jay look up at Prof. Birch and asked, "Umm...Professor, Can I have this one?"
"Of course!"
The next day both Mudkip and Elisa-Jay set out their Journey. "Well Mudkip, Let us both do our best!" said Elisa-Jay looking up at Mudkip relaxing on her head. "Mudkip!"

 +[ Why hello, Mr. Birch ] My mother was still asleep, as well as our maid, butler, and even my father. It felt kind of sad leaving the home at such an early time of day but I didn't want Professor Birch to wait too long. It would be a shame if someone were to get that Treecko before I could, though I did manage to write my mother a good-bye letter before leaving, maybe that would be enough? Well, there wasn't much time to think, the sun was already coming up and I still wasn't out of the house. "Whoa, no time for good-byes huh?" I waltzed out the door with a pep in my step because today would be the day I got my first Pokemon. Pretty exciting if you think about it! Through the small shrubbery and past the cherry tree, I knew the long way, short way, and even the most boring routes to get to his laboratory. Why? I guess I've been so anxious to get my Pokemon that I could hardly keep myself still, what with all the anticipation! It was a great day for me and nothing was going to ruin it. As I walked into the lab, I was greeted by one of his staff whom told me that he was in the back tending to a couple Pokemon, of course I asked if I could go back there and they told me right away, so I went! "P-Professor!?" I was shocked to see the Professor in person, who was... Amazing. Okay, so I might as well say it, he was rather attractive and I was soon finding myself blushing. Such a silly thing I can reassure you, but I couldn't lie, I always found myself attracted to men with knowledge. "Aw, you're here much earlier then everyone else, wonderful." I smiled widely, I know I did, I couldn't help but do it. I turned everything he said into a flirtatious comment and accepted them gladly. Why? Well, I guess because I wanted to. "Oh my, why thank you!" Of course, he gave me a confused look and smiled back at me. Ugh, grown men, I swear they know nothing about flirting. Wait, oh right! Back to how I got Treecko! So there I was, in the backyard with Professor Birch. "Hey, look here! It's that Treecko you've been wanting right? It's a keeper! Though it's a rather serious Pokemon so uh, you might need to give it extra attention." This comment was a total flirt. I mean think about it, it's obvious he was relying on me as the sole person to take care of this poor serious Treecko who normally couldn't function in the world. Such a daring request from me, but I was up for anything as long as he was the one who asked me. "Of course I will take care of him sir, what more do you expect?" I winked, though of course he gave me that confused look again, "I hate to say it but I think it is time I left, you know, I must be moving on to my journey, correct?" He totally hesitated for a moment before saying yes. But that hesitant moment was him debating his love for me. I know, so romantic, but it's his loss since he told me yes. "Farewell Professor Birch, until we meet again..." I left the lab with eyes full of tears, I was so waiting for him to tell me to stop and kiss him, though it never did happen. Which made me wonder, did Professor Birch have a wife because if he didn't I could totally be candidate number one. Oh right, sorry I forgot again. Treecko, come out please." The Pokemon didn't grin or smile. So terribly cold, I almost wanted to trade it in. "Now Treecko, I'm your partner so be a good boy okay?" The Treecko rolled its eyes, I repeat the Treecko rolled its eyes. Oh dear, I could tell this was going to be one bumpy ride after another.

Many people wonder why I waited so long to get my first pokemon. My parents fell on hard time when I was ten, and it took everyone in the household to go and work in order to make ends meet. Then my father passed away from illness, followed by my mother two months later from grief. A bit of bittersweet, but my sisters and I decided to simply sell the house and split the money between the three of us. We've gone on our seperate ways since.
I walked up to the professor's lab with my voucher in hand. Long before the door opened, I was already going over in my mind which one I wanted, basing my decision on typing and advantages. When the professor brought me inside the lab to see the three, reason went out the window.
First was the Mudkip. It seemed to not have any interest other than eating and sleeping. The Treeko seemed a bit lax. But the Torchic was vibrant and had a snappy attitude. A real firecracker, that one. And she seemed to take a bit of a shine to me. In my mind, while Mudkip would have the best coverage and defense, Torchic was pretty much the kind of gal pokemon I was looking for. No sense having a pokemon partner if you really couldn't connect with them on some level.
I decided to name her Donna, after a friend of minewho had a similar personality, one who left for her journey seven years ago. Now it was my turn.

I woke up and jolted to the lab hoping for a new pokemon. I see Prof. Birch getting some of the pokemon ready. He must have seen how tired I am, since i slept at 4 and now its 7. Birch just gave me the Mudkip i've been wanting.
"yay!" I cheered. "i've finally got my first pokemon." I then wondered whats its name should be? "I know your name will be swampy!!" Then, I was about to leave until Birch called me.
"Hey, Akira! Don't forget your pokeballs" *hands 5 pokeballs to Akira*
"thank you Birch" I then leave to Route 101

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! went Toshiro's alarm. 'I swear, one of these days, I'm gonna smash that frickin' alarm clock...' he though to himself as he got up. He walked over to his calendar and said to himself, "Let me see... Today is... YES! Today's the day I start my journey!" He got dressed as quick as he could, ran down the stairs, and simultaneously kissed his mother good-bye while grabbing a couple granola bars from the cupboard. He bolted out the front door and sprinted to Prof. Birch's lab. One of Birch's aides was already outside. Toshiro stopped in front of him and caught his breath, saying "Where... is... Professor... Birch?"
The aide looked at him and pushed up his glasses"You could've walked, you know. The professor should be back any minute now, seeing as he spent the night camping out so that he could study the habits of nocturnal Pokemon. Ah, there he is now." the aide said, looking over Toshiro's shoulder.
"Hey!" Prof. Birch called to the two of them, "Can I get some help with my gear?"
Toshiro jogged over and helped Birch carry his camping gear into the lab. "Can I get my Pokemon now?" he asked excitedly.
"Hmm... Yes, you can. Which one do you want?" Birch asked him.
"I definitely want a Torchic!" Toshiro said.
"Alright, a Torchic it is then!" Birch said, pushing a button on the wall. A section of floor slid away and a pedastal rose up with three Pokeballs on it. Birch picked up the one with a small flame etched in it and handed it to Toshiro along with 5 empty Pokeballs. "Do you have any idea what you want to call him?" Birch asked as Toshiro let his new Pokemon out of its ball.
"I think I'll call him Blaze" Toshiro said as Blaze nuzzled his pantleg. "Thanks Professor!" Toshiro called behind him as he and Blaze waled out of the lab and on to Route 101.

So, i just turned 14, and im ready to get my first Pokemon! Oh, im sorry, i almost forgot. My name is Tisgan, but you can call me Tis for short. My family just moved here, so im pretty pumped. That morning, i got dressed and went as fast as i can.
As i arrived at the lab, i saw just the assistant and many weird machines. " Wheres the Proffesor? " I asked the assistant. " He's in Route 101, he went their pretty early today." He replied, " Well, I can give you your Pokemon right now if you want. ". " Of course i want to! " I exclamed. " What Pokemon do you want " he said. " Since i don't really know wich one i want, suprise me. ". And with that, the Aide pushed a button, and a weird table appearred. Then he gave a random ball, and 5 pokeballs. I said thanks, then i trotted out, playing with my new Pokeball.

James had staid up all night so he could get his pokemon early the next morning even sneaking out of his house to get his pokemon as early as possible. When he got there though he discovered they weren't open yet >.> so he sat down and fell asleep in front of the door only to be woken up from his sleep by Professor Birch himself. "You came here to get your first pokemon didn't you?" Yes, Sir" james muttered out still kind of asleep. "Here you go." Pro. Birch said as he tossed James a pokeball it was a treeko just what James wanted. He was so happy he stood up and danced before running off to the next city leaving Birch chocking on his dust.

Elizabeth walked into prof. birch's Lab,for some reason he wasnt in his lab today and she figured He would be out in the feilds. She smiled walking out of the lab and heading up to the route to the forest. He promised she could get her pokemon today and she would hold him to that promise even if it killed her.She glided out of the town. As she did so she heard screams and quickly ran to see the professor stuck in a tree. he was being chased by a zigzagoon.She sighed laughing alittle at the site. But soon she realized he was in trouble.
"Elizabeth Grab a pokeball from my bag!!"He shouted she nodded running to the bag. She didnt know what to pick. her hands hovered over the three pokeballs but one just called to her. She picked it up and threw it, Out of the ball came a blue light and then a mudkip.
The mudkip looked at her as if smiling saying 'ill fight for you.' The mudkip stood intfront of the Zigzagoon waiting for elizabeth to order it to do something.
She thought about the basic pokemon moves. A pokemon like mudkip in its physical built would know tackle.
"Mudkip use tackle!"She shouted and the mudkip attacked tackling the zigzagoon. Elizabeth looked at the zigzagoon wondering if it fainted. It didnt but it was weakened. The zigzagoon attacked the mudkip. Elizabeth looked at the small mudkip hoping it was okay.
"Mudkip use tackle" she ordered, the small mudkip charged for a tackle but the zigzagoon dodged and tackled again. Elizabeth looked at the mudkip it looked so fragile and scared it made her want to cry.
"Mudkip..please..."she wimpered praying the little creature didnt get hurt.Mudkip tackled knocking out the zigzagoon before falling on the ground exhusted. Elizabeth ran over to it picking it up as prof. birch climbed out of the tree.
"She'll be okay, just needs to rest for awhile. its been a long day lets all go home."He said, Elizabeth nodded handing him the mudkip, she didnt know how to heal it and thought birch could take care of her. Elizabeth went home, The next day when she woke up she felt something laying next to her. She looked over to see the small mudkip. Around its paw was a note. Elizabeth gently took the note and read it,
'Elizabeth,
Last night when i was trying to care for this youngling it seemed to want to go outside, it kept pawing at the door wanting out. when i finally let her out she ran to your house and pawed at the door. I realized she really bonded with you and wanted to be with you and i found i couldnt let anyone else have her because she only wanted you so i spoke with your mother and we decided this mudkip is yours.

Elizabeth was so excited she jumped up and got dressed looking at the little mudkip in admiration. The small mudkip woke up and looked at her elizabeth thought,
"Can i call you Luna? since you officially chose me last night?"
the mudkip nodded as if saying "I dont mind a bit." Elizabeth packed up all the stuff she'd need for the journey and smiled,
"come on luna today starts our journey"She declared as the mudkip walked over to her jumping in elizabeths arms. Elizabeth ran down stairs and out the house only to be stopped by the fare well party.
"Elizabeth, i always knew this day would come and im so happy..We love you and good luck" her mother smiled warmly hugging her and petting lunas head. Prof. Birch walked up handing her a pokedex and five pokeballs.
"I hope this helps. Be sure to catch as many pokemon as you can and please record their data for me."
Another person came up, it was an old man. Elizabeth knew him because he use to always babysit her.
"I was once a trainer too. strong and fearless, remember the stories i told you?Well now you can have some stories of your own.Here..this should help" He handed her a potion, "Itll help that little guy when he needs it."
Elizabeth nodded she was about to start crying. "I love you guys and ill be sure to call and write and tell you all about my journey!"She walked town the road to the route, she was excited about her journey but also alittle scared

Veronica sat on a branch very high in a tree, overlooking Professor Birch's Laboratory. "Where is he?" She spoke to herself, annoyed that her partner was not here yet. If they were going to cause a scene, and snag a pokemon, they would have to do it fast, because from Veronica's latest lintel, it would only be Birch in his lab today, none of his assistance's would be here. "Hoot..Hoot" Veronica looked up, and on a branch above her, sat the bird pokemon HootHoot. "Ugly thing" She mumbled, awaiting her teammate.

((Just as a warning, i will be going on holiday for two weeks starting august 4th. sweatdrop ))
Garcian wondered towards Prof. Birch's lab, gazing off into the middle distance and at anything in the trees, when he spotted a Hoothoot in a very high tree directly behind the lab, at first he payed it no mind but then he spotted a second set of movements slightly below it, these movements were larger and more gentle than any pokemon, he peered searchingly into the tree and noticed what appeared to be a young girl, more or less his age, with a determined look about her, she didn't seem to have noticed him.
Sensing an opportunity for some mischief he slowly snuck around the lab and got to the tree the girl was hiding in and carefully climbed it.
He got above the girl and wrapped his legs around the branch he was on, he quickly shifted his weight sideways and pivoted upside-down on the branch, from the girl's perspective he would have come out of nowhere. "See anything you like?" Garcian said before she could react.
