Hmm... how many takes did you do? Normally when I record a song I do at least 5 takes, and a few before I start to warm up my voice. Also, it helps your voice if you sit up straight and relax when you sing. =) I have a friend who records his own songs regularly, so I pick up stuff... ^^'' And I've done a few choir performances too.

I think it would help if you just tried to relax your voice a little more when you sing. You sound a bit nervous.

Good job on the lyrics (although you should try to make them flow a little smoother). I like the "I AM THE HERO" part! XD Hilarious. And root beer FTW. ^^

The important thing about this stuff is that you have fun! =) Just relax and enjoy when you sing.

I really recommend sitting up straight and doing a quick warm up before hand though, it really does help! ^^
