//Terra.giganet is the address for the digital plane in 2016. Recent advances in technology have allowed all humanity to connect with each other via a new system the reads brainwave patterns and neural impulses directly from the brain.

With this new system, the Nue T.P.E. system, many great things can be done to forward mankind's understanding of one another. However, for now, the most popular feature of this fiber-optic network of souls, is the "Fantasy Terra" RPG. In it, player take the form of an avatar of themselves and become stronger as one of numerous character types.

However, the system is far from perfect. One in every 7, 562 users experiences a "Neuro-feedback error" in the system. This leads to one of two things; first, a black out, where the person's memories of being in the system are gone, as is all the data they've created in their home system when not connected to the network or "conciseness sleep terminal", this is a blackout.

The other is far stranger, far rarer, and far more dangerous. In a select few instance s a neuro feedback error has caused the user to bend the rules of the program they were running, in most cases the "Fantasy Terra" game, but only in very specific ways.

However.... Nue T.P.E. and //Terra.gignet are still growing like wildfire.

Who knows what will happen in the future.

In an effort to understand the blackbox that is the near entirety of Nue TPE system workings, various records are being kept, logs from //Terra.giganet that display abnormalities in the system and it's player characters.

伊太画木 礼生, 17 years, old, Tokyo Japan - born and raised. First daughter and second child in a normal Japanese nuclear family, that was the life of our subject. However, Tragedy is seemingly a strong thread in this trail of destructive player characters.

In January of 2015, Reina, her brother Jirou, and several other traincars full of people were on a 7:15 outbound train from Shinjuku station when terrorism struck one of it's last and most desperate blows. An armed man, with a hidden knife and ingested explosive marched from the back of the train to the front, killing several dozen civilians. The actual events are unclear, but it seems seeing her older brother knifed by a laughing man was perhaps too much for Ms. Itagaki, as in the aftermath, the terrorist was stabbed beyond recognition and thrown out of the moving train.

Police reports cite how eerily calm Ms. Itagaki seemed, she even testified as to saying she felt "broken, and then complete... first two, then, one." for a brief moment during her fearful encounter with the unlucky train bomber.

Shortly thereafter, her player character in "Terra Fantasy", , began to exhibit signs of an abnormality. The spell-like ability program BINARY COMPLEX allows her to manipulate the flow of game data around her. Her other abnormality runs under the filename BLOOD CICADA, this single-shot attack, does infinite damage to A.I. targets. However, if the target is a human, their nervous system is overloaded and they have a seizure. All confirmed cases thusfar have reported horrific visions of murder, dismemberment, generalized gory, horrific images during and after the seizures.

Briefly, it should be noted that is a level 125 Chaos Mage, with the tendency to type in English leetspeak, rather than her native Japanese or even plain English.

I don't know if this girl is the victim, for seeing a train, full of innocent civilians turned into a hell of death and blood, her brother's tragic end, and destruction of her psyche by her own hands, or if she's a villain, for hurting some many innocent //Terra.giganet "Terra Fantasy" players. Either way, my fear of the Nue T.P.E. system's black boxes just skyrocketed.

What is Nue TPE anyway? This blackbox... it frightens me.

Of the four abnormalities observed so far, the only one I have not reported on yet is , a Blade Master at level 162.

Or rather, I should talk about the girl behind the player, Rosemarie Mélancolie. Ms. Rosemarie was born in the Rouen area of France. Her Mother died in childbirth, and 8 years later, her father was shot, after refusing to give his daughter's hand in marriage to a drunk old man, stumbling about the streets with the weapon in question. 13 years later, she has been in and out of therapy many times and been on suicide watch almost constantly, after numerous attempts on her own life. A patient who believes their life brings only pain.... how tragic.

Personality aside , like the other abnormalities, has unique abilities. Her first is listed as APHRODITE'S KISS, this ability destroys the mind and drains the exp. of whoever she uses it on, however, in order to work, this ability seems to require physical contact, and some kind of physical reaction or stimulation from the victim. Hence a kiss is perfect, it stimulates the victim and initiates physical contact. Her second "gift", as I hesitate to call it, is more direct; BLACK ICE MOON stops the electrical impulses of players, NPC's and other A.I. in her general area from moving about the server. In game terms, she can freeze everything around her.

Her last logins have been from her place of schooling, an art college in Berlin Germany, the same art college as Yvon Paras.

What's going on here, how are these four connected - if at all?
And what exactly DOES Nue's blackbox hold?
