It is useless. It's a piece of junk they need to get rid of. I don't know a single person offhand who uses it, because people are content with PMs, and profile comments are just like chatting in the first place. Plus, there's already tons of IM services that work better, so I don't see the use of one for Gaia.

Apparently entire guilds have their own channels.... neutral
No one uses them, there are tons of better IMing services, it works oddly so that even if you wanted to use it you would just get frustrated, and lastly...why Gaia, why?
