Invite!!!
Everyone!!!
Tell all your friends, provided they can meet the standards of this guild.
Guilds thrive on new membership and regulars, this one especially. If you aren't constantly spreading the word and inviting new members (I realize only crew can technically invite or accept people, but you regular members can always tell people about it and provide a tasty link), you should be asking "Why aren't I donating all my gold and cracking my skull open to get this guild moving in the right direction?" Because you haven't been recruiting anyone to do that for you!
Mm...may put in some kind of reward system for top donators and recruitors (wtf, those aren't words?), and of course people I like will get crew positions.

Hallo. I was, as with the last guy, 'recruited' by the badges in people's signature. I saw enough of them that I got curious and came here. I checked out pretty much everything last night, and decided that I liked it.
