Well if you have a really good idea for a guild and your willing to make it work, Your should keep it. If your not going to use it then I would sell it.

As the owner of a guild myself, I think you should sell unless you have a really good idea of what you want to do with it. Owning a guild can be a lot of work and they die all too easily unless the captain is 100% committed to maintaining it.
